We were able to schedule a gluten free cake tasting (all of them were delicious), he communicated exceptionally well regarding timelines and delivery, PERSONALLY delivered the cake, set it up and made it look beautiful. We were all in awe of the special care he took with such a meaningful cake. It really meant quite a bit to me and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Not only was the cake tasting an exquisite experience, with flavors that danced on our palates, but Michael's thoughtfulness shone through when he printed out inspiration photos for our wedding cake, allowing us to visualize our dream dessert. I can hardly wait to share more beautiful pictures of these stunning creations once we receive them from our wedding photographer. The desserts were a resounding hit—our guests couldn't stop raving about them throughout the night! Our elegant wedding cake was a decadent Buerre Noisette with a luscious apple filling that was simply heavenly. In addition, we delighted our guests with an array of mini cake flavors that included rich red velvet, whimsical Sunbathing Monkey, scrumptious 24 Karat, indulgent Moonshine Chocolate, and delightful biscotti and latte served in charming edible espresso cups. To top it all off, we had delightful extras like mouthwatering s'more pops, zesty key lime tarts, and delectable Cinnabon bread pudding. Each dessert was a little masterpiece that left our guests – and us – craving more!

Michael, he was responsive, helpful, and so accommodating. He took time with my husband and I to really listen to us and help us achieve our vision for our wedding cake. The flavors he has available are unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere and are so incredibly delicious it’s hard to choose! We ended up loving all three flavors we tried so much, that we went with a three tier cake, one for each flavor, because leaving one out just wasn’t an option. I got so many compliments during and after our wedding as to how delicious the cake was which made us so happy to hear. Thank you Michael for stepping in and helping us out— I’m glad our original baker couldn’t work with us, we were in the best hands possible with you!

4 dozen carrot cakes. The cake was 3 tiers. Top tier was Oreo, middle tier was limoncello, and the bottom tier was Frangipane. This was the best cake I have ever eaten at ANY wedding, and I wasn’t the only one that thought so since multiple people had more than 1 piece of cake. If you order from Michael Anthony, you need more servings than guests. Your guests WILL have more than the expected serving The cannolis and strawberries were also gone by the end of the night. We only had carrot cake left over which was still so delicious. Our guests were just full from the other sweets. The appearance was exactly like the picture we showed Michael, if not better. He has great attention to detail, and great communication. We will use him for ALL our cake needs! This cake is the most talked about from our wedding.

The taste alone is un matched. He took so much care and planning through the entire process. Our tasting was detailed, and delicious, he had a wide assortment of flavors for us to choose from. We ended up adding on cannolis last minute, he was very helpful and the guests loved them. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the area, absolutely amazing customer service, the cake was gorgeous and the taste was great!
