I went to a wedding a few years ago and had the cake, it was absolutely amazing. I asked my friend if she can refer me to who made it for our upcoming wedding, and it was Michael! The taste alone is un matched. He took so much care and planning through the entire process. Our tasting was detailed, and delicious, he had a wide assortment of flavors for us to choose from. We ended up adding on cannolis last minute, he was very helpful and the guests loved them. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the area, absolutely amazing customer service, the cake was gorgeous and the taste was great!

Michael Anthony is a treasure that God blessed us with on our wedding day in March of 2010! He is now a part of all our greatest milestones for my whole family. His cakes and all baked goods are out of this world AMAZING!! I am gluten free and moist is difficult to come back with that dietary need but he nails it!! Not only is Michael Anthony incredible and talented, he is an AMAZING human, so caring and patient and passionate about his beautiful career and he puts the talents that God has blessed him with to the max! All of my best friends have also booked him for their weddings along with my MANY brides that I have introduced him to. You are making a HUGE mistake if you don’t chose a Michael Anthony cakes!!!!

Michael Anthony created the most amazing wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding in June. He was very professional and easy to work with. Such a kind person and he goes out of his way to help make the day perfect. But the best thing is that his cakes are the most delicious you have ever tasted. He also created small gluten free cakes for those guests we had that were gluten free and those were just as delicious. I look forward to using him again in 2025 as our next daughter will be getting married! Thank you Michael!

We wanted the cake to look a specific way as well and he was able to replicate the design that we found online perfectly. I can't emphasize enough on the flavors as well. It was perfectly made. We went through way too many meetings and taste tests with various bakers around town but he was the only one we found that made great tasting cakes and could also bring to life our unique design! So many times you go to weddings and the cake looks beautiful but taste dry, pastey, or like it sat in the cooler for 4 days. He understood the Tiffany’s design we imagined and not only brought to life my dream wedding cake visually, but he was also able to provide us with three terrific layers, chocolate, tiramisu, and red velvet; it was divine! Our wedding was 11/27/21 and despite our wedding being so close to Thanksgiving, our cake was moist, soft, and every layer taste amazing. Ironically our guest thought the cake was better than dinner and they raved about the red velvet cake! Working with Michael Anthony Cakes was a wonderful and easy experience. From the few vendors we reached out to, Michael followed up within the day and we were able to schedule a cake tasting in the same week. We chose 3 flavors to try out and it was absolutely delicious that we used the same in our wedding cake. One thing that stood out was that the cake was light and not too sweet (as we preferred). Flavors were great especially the strawberry lemonade. We were also able to ask for adjustments like more coffee in the tiramisu layer. We brought screenshots of a few design ideas to the tasting and Michael discussed more details on each style. I was able to email questions at any time and Michael was quick to reply or set up a quick call. Cake was delivered on time and many guests complimented the look and taste.

We ordered our cake from Michael and was blown away. It was so stunning. Everyone was raving about his cake. People from our wedding were asking for seconds. He is professional and a master at his craft. We will be ordering from him again for future events.

There isn't a lot people in this area that do Hispanic cakes, I can 5o him and my heart was set on Puerto Rican wedding cake it wasn't on his menu and He looked at me and said I'll do it for you. He made it and tasted amazing he truly cared about what we needed and wanted for our special wedding day!

Michael Anthony made us the literal best wedding cake!! I'm a great baker and I know what a good and quality cake is. When I tell you that this man is IT he is the real deal!!! Our guest RAVED about his cake, and the layout/decore of the table was more than I could ask for. He will truly be our only cake artist (he's truly an artist of his craft) for any and all of our family events. I had 6 different flavors for my wedding (3 for the cakes and 3 for the mini cakes). This man is truly a genius when it comes to creating flavor profiles and getting the cake to the ideal texture. His cakes are full of flavor, moist, and you'll get that perfect bite everytime!! We sampled many cakes and his by far beat the competition everytime!!! Don't hesitate, but RUN to book him!!! Also he's a super great guy!! My husband and I are still trying to figure out a way to make him a part of our best friend's group lol.

Beautiful cake on a lovely wooden cake stand. we enjoyed every bite. he came early and had it all set up with the flowers and decorations. easy to work with. yummy cake. you can't go wrong.
