Michael was amazing! He is so talented with putting together all wedding florals. He was easy to communicate with. Being someone who doesn’t know much about flowers, I let him take lead and everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend Michael and his team!

We came across Michael B Anthony from a google search. Boy are we happy we did! We couldn’t be more happy with his services! My husband and I weren’t exactly sure what we were looking for, but Michael worked with us and helped us discover the perfect floral arrangements for a reasonable price. Our guests couldn’t stop ranting and raving about our floral centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnières, and pocket squares. We would recommend Michael B Anthony a thousand times over!

I cannot recommend Michael and his team more. I don’t know much about flowers and wasn’t even sure what I was envisioning and after speaking with Michael he made the process soooo easy. His work is just beyond beautiful and we received so many compliments. I truly did not need to worry about anything because Michael was on top of it! I can't recommend Michael and his work enough. He was easy to work with but his vision for my wedding inspiration is what won me over. He got exactly what I was saying right away! Walking into the Whitney garden and seeing the floral pillars for the first time, I will never forget that. Then seeing all the bouquets, they were better than I imagined! My husband and I didn't have a really solid idea of what we wanted when we went into our original consultation with Michael. We're not huge flower people, but we love plants and greenery. Michael seemed to immediately understand our likes and dislikes, as well as the aesthetic we were hoping for. By the end of our first meeting, he was making suggestions that helped us visualize a wedding that was even better than we'd expected. He was very flexible with some of our more unique requests, and he helped us achieve a look that matched with our personalities. When the centerpieces, bouquets, and other florals arrived the morning of our wedding, we were blown away. They were perfect. The bouquets and the centerpiece for the sweetheart table, in particular, were beyond anything we'd imagined, and Michael achieved a subtle but impactful look for every part of our wedding. We would recommend Michael to anyone! He was fantastic throughout the planning stages of our wedding. As we made slight changes to the planned arrangements (slight adjustment to the number of tables, etc.), Michael was responsive and understanding. Everyone who came to the venue to deliver and set up flowers was extremely professional and friendly. (We've even repotted some of the centerpieces to keep in our home!)

We hired Michael B. Anthony for our March 4th wedding, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful! Michael and his team did all of the work on the day of, and we had little contact, which was appreciated since we were so busy! Michael did a wonderful job of designing flowers for our wedding day. The flowers were beautiful and stayed fresh all day - even through the unexpected Michigan heat wave! Michael & his team truly delivered every step of the way in preparation of our wedding day. He was by far the most communicative and organized vendor we worked with from start to finish, totally patient and understanding with reschedules due to the pandemic, and was beyond impressive with the way he interpreted my and my husband’s vision for our floral and bringing it to life beyond our wildest dreams. I’m not kidding when I say our floral was the talk of the entire event! It was incredibly unique and absolutely breathtaking. I will never get over how gorgeous and detailed Michael & the florals he created were from top to bottom. I couldn’t have been more happy with the flowers that Michael designed for my wedding. They were absolutely stunning. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. I was absolutely in love with my flowers for our big day. My bouquet has so much texture and so many different flowers i would have never imagined to have and it was absolutely stunning and my simple bridesmaids bouquets complimented it so well. As for the décor at the venue it was simply stunning as well. Michael was amazing. He communicated with us throughout all the unknowns. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic wasn't easy, but he allowed us to not have to think twice about our flowers or centerpieces. I even had a special request to put the letter "E" on some of the bountainers and bouquets to honor my late nephew, Easton. Michael, fulfilled my request beautifully! Michael was amazing to work with ! My flowers were unique and absolutely STUNNING ! Even during the stressful 2020 COVID wedding debacle, Michael was more than generous and helpful as our event changed multiple times. He worked with me and adapted with me and I ended up with gorgeous arrangements for our photos and the small intimate gathering of family. Best part.....my bouquet !!!!! I mean wow ! A real one of a kind arrangement that I could not have been happier with. Michael was incredible! From the very first conversation, Michael was professional, attentive, thoughtful and so creative. I love flowers but I am clueless, and he sent me over so many options and ideas after our initial conversation. I loved this and his creativity and passion and knew I needed to book him! He took my vision (and lack thereof) and worked with it to make it incredible! Our wedding was originally supposed to be in May 2020, but we ultimately postponed and decided to do a small ceremony in October. Michael has been so incredible during this whole postponing/canceling/crazy time. On top of being so accommodating, he made our reduced 13 person wedding feel so incredibly special with the time and care that he spent on everything. I would highly recommend Michael for any of your floral needs and I'm already excited to work with him for our postponed reception!

Michael was amazing. Not only did he communicate with me often and always respond to my emails right away, but the flowers were so beautiful. We had to completely change our wedding due to covid and I needed a new florist. Michael was happy to step in and exceeded my expectations. My bouquet was beautiful, the bridesmaids were obsessed with theirs. The corsages were amazing and so were the boutineeres. Our archway for our ceremony also transformed our backyard to make this into a dream wedding. We also did a memory bouquet for my mom which was equally amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Michael! I showed him a million different Pinterest pictures at our meeting and somehow, he knew exactly what my vision was! Our centerpieces were so gorgeous and romantic, and the bouquets were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! He got the exact shade of purple roses that I was looking for and we got nothing but compliments on them! Even after having to change things completely, and cut the wedding substantially two weeks before(thanks Covid) , Michael still pulled off the beautiful romantic look of an inside ballroom, outside!

Michael did a phenomenal job on our wedding. He was so supportive and flexible when details changed several times, and made sure that our decorations turned out amazingly. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting his arrangements!

I had met with two florist before finding Michael and honestly I knew from pictures he was the one. We met before the guest list was done so I had forgot we had only planned for 150 people. We ended up having 300 people so 2 wks before the wedding he had to double the arrangements! There were no problems & so many guest are still complimenting on how pretty the tables were. I would highly recommend Michael B Anthony as he was able to make my dream a reality!

I didn’t have a specific idea in mind for my flowers just a color scheme and once I saw my flowers they were perfect! Michael nailed it! Planning a wedding from South Carolina was hard but working with Michael made my flower situation the easiest and least stressful part. He was great responding to my calls and emails as well as sending me pictures of what he was thinking. My flowers turned out better than I imagined!! Book him, you won’t regret it.

I’m so happy we hired Michael for our wedding. I didn’t have specific florals in mind, just a color scheme and a “vibe” and he nailed it. He was a great all in one vendor who included our rentals and was very mindful of our budget. I can’t believe I got a bouquet that looked so stunning, people still tell me about it months later. He even went out of his way to get specialty beer hops incorporated for us as my husband and I met over craft beer and homebrewing. A family member accidentally took a vase home and he held no slight against us, making it easy to return. The only thing I wish was different was that the 4 corsages were not like we discussed, they were pretty but seemed more prom than modern and they browned by the ceremony. All said and done I’m happy he was our florist and would recommend him to anyone.

Our flowers were the wrong color on our wedding day. According to his contract, we were supposed to be notified of any floral substitutions, which we were not. Additionally, the boutonnieres and corsages were browning and literally falling apart before the reception started. The moms had to take their corsages off because they could not be worn. Lastly, our centerpieces were set up incorrectly. Our contract clearly stated the greenery was supposed to be in rings around the candles, however, they were set up woven through the candles instead. When I emailed Michael after my wedding bringing forward my concerns, I was brushed off saying I signed a contract (which he didn't follow) and that was that. I emailed him again stating he violated his own contract and NO RESPONSE after multiple attempts. Michael clearly only cares about getting his money and not his customer satisfaction.

As a recent bride, I can vogue for how incredibly talented and experience Michael and his team is - they made my wedding dreams and vision come true and much more. Michael helped ease my stressed mind - I was pretty unexperienced with all that was needed to plan a wedding - but Michael helped me from the start in letting me know exactly what I need for the big day. I had some ideas of what I wanted - but also was very open minded with my flowers and centerpieces - but when the day came - my heart stopped when I saw my bouquet - it was everything and more than I could've ever imagined. We had a phenomenal experience with Michael B! Not only was he incredibly understanding, friendly and knowledgeable, he was extremely accommodating to last minute changes. After a preliminary trial about a month from our wedding we realized our initial plan was not working and Michael B. worked very closely with my mom to completely start over and knocked it out of the park! The day of setting up he was prompt, efficient and willing to make adjustments. He and his team were incredibly kind and gracious with their time as well and really helped us pull together a BEAUTIFUL day tearing down and resetting up the pergola they created in our reception hall as well. Michael B. is incredibly knowledgeable, creative and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him and his team to all future weddings!

WOW! My wedding flowers were out of this world. A lot of people don't think that flowers matter, but they truly can make your wedding. Michael B. Anthony is that vendor to make your wedding INCREDIBLE. Our flowers were the most beautiful, vibrant, unique and colorful flowers I have ever seen. Michael did our shower, and our wedding and WOW he did not disappoint. He helped with us with set up, delivery and was an incredible support system throughout the planning and when I had questions. I have never seen such a large bouquet for a wedding, and it was mine! Our day was truly so beautiful because of Michael's arrangements and we are so happy we used him. My husband and I were incredibly disappointed with the level of service and the way we were treated by Michael B. Anthony Florists and we suggest other couples give some serious consideration before booking him for their wedding. We met with Michael after reading many of his stellar reviews and knew that he was the recipient of several awards for his work. For these reasons we made an appointment to discuss our wedding plans and what we were looking for. During that initial consultation we found Michael to be professional and we were impressed by the work examples he shared with us. After this first meeting we thought we were in good hands, but it turns out that was not the case. On the day of our wedding we were incredibly disappointed with what was presented to us. Our boutonnieres were not at all what we had specifically asked for, and the poor excuses he provided instead broke before we even began our ceremony. As a result, none of our wedding photos (which we spent a great deal of money on) include what we hoped would be an important part of our wedding attire. In addition to the mistake made with the boutonnieres, we felt the other flowers and arrangements were way below the level of work shown to us in his previous work examples. The corsages worn by both our mothers were brown within a few hours, despite being kept cool as soon as they were presented to us. The table decorations were simply a few roses in a glass vase and were something that could have been created by an amateur, and the arrangements that were created for our outdoor wedding ceremony paled in comparison to what we were shown during our initial consultation. In addition to being incredibly disappointed and upset by what was presented to us, we, and several of our guests were also uncomfortable by the fact a member of his team showed up to our wedding ceremony wearing a "Blue Lives Matter" t shirt. We did our best to not let the unprofessional work of one vendor spoil our wedding day, and waited a few weeks until after our wedding to share our concerns with Michael before posting any reviews publicly. Sadly, Michael's response and attitude were equally as poor as his product. While Michael did accept fault for completely ignoring our request for a specific type of boutonniere and agreed to refund the cost of these, his response to our other criticisms was at best unprofessional and at worst, frankly rude. When we explained that we felt the level of service we received was not equal to the examples he had previously shown us, his response was simply that "that would cost more money." However, in our initial consultation we never discussed our budget; we told him what we wanted, he showed us examples, and gave us a quote that we agreed to. Michael refused to accept any additional responsibility for his poor level of work or provide anything resembling a reasonable apology, and while we tried to continue to communicate with him in a professional and mature way, he responded by blocking my husband and I from his social media accounts. To this day we are still unsure why such a highly reviewed and award winning florist would provide such disappointing service. We know that he was also planning his own wedding around the same time of ours, so we can only assume he put his own needs before those of his paying customers. If this lengthy review has not made it clear enough, we strongly suggest that other couples do NOT hire Michael B. Anthony.

Michael B. Anthony and his team were a dream to work with. From the moment that I met with him, he completely understood the vision that we had for our special day. My husband and I wanted something classic and Michael definitely delivered on that. We opted to just to flowers for the reception, but we were also doing the ceremony and reception in the same room. Michael very kindly arranged to flowers to be a part of the ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day and a more perfect and professional florist! The minute I saw Michael's work I knew I needed him for my wedding day. The usage of color, greenery, and arrangement is just to die for, and he proved his spectacular work on my wedding day. From beginning to end, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Michael. We were incredibly nervous with our color choices for the wedding, and how everything would turn out... It’s almost a month after my wedding and I am still hearing about how beautiful the flowers were. Michael designed the flowers for my wedding, reception, and bouquets for the bridal party. I was an out of town bride, so the first time I saw the flowers were at the wedding. This required a lot of trust, and Michael did an amazing job! I was floored when I saw every arrangement for the first time. He took all of ideas and took them to next level. He was very professional, I never once felt forgotten about or rushed. Michal also made time to make last minute adjustments, that were not small.
