and I a enough to make sure he'd have our interests at heart on wedding day. He shot through the rain and didn't make us feel like it was ever a chore for him. Michael caught moments that I barely remembered but came flooding back to me once I saw the beautiful photo. That was great. But that I didn't even realize he was taking those pictures made it even better. He and the other photographers weren't even noticeable and that was a big deal to me because I've been at weddings where the photographers were so loud and disruptive you couldn't even hear what was going on at the ceremony. Not the case with him and his group. Speaking of his group, two other photographers were with him who were outstanding. My wedding planner told me that he always bring someone well-known in Asheville's photography circle if you request a second shooter. Jesse Kitt and Erica Mueller were also there. They spent some time with the boys while Michael was with me getting ready. My husband, who doesn't like getting his picture taken, was totally at ease - the photos of him and his family show it and these are by far the best photos I've ever seen of them. On the day of the wedding, I felt like I didn't really look my best because my family was stressing me out pretty bad. So I was worried that my photos would show this and the early ones I saw that other people had taken did kind of show it. But Michael's photos were so much better and there were plenty of beautiful ones that made me look a lot prettier than I felt! Obviously I can't say enough good things about this photographer. But maybe the most telling thing about how good he is comes from the fact that everyone who wasn't at the wedding sees my photos and is like 'oh wow this is the most beautiful wedding, what a fairytale,' etc.. And when people who were at the wedding see the photos they are like, 'wow this photographer is the best in the world!' Don't get me wrong - it was a beautiful wedding, but Michael was able to capture this gorgeous, elegant, side of it. Go with him! :)
