He perfectly executed the first set of dancing immediately after our First Dance—everyone was out on the dance floor and the energy in the room was unmatched! When dessert was ready, the majority of the guests left the dance floor but he knew which songs to play while everyone was away and knew how to get them all back out on the floor when they were all done. As an emcee, he was so lively and energetic—never pushy or annoying. In addition to DJ services and lighting (which comes included in his DJ package!), we also got the photobooth which was an absolute HIT! At the end of the night, he gave us the photobook with all of the pictures AND a flash drive so we were able to post all the funny pictures to Facebook and send to friends and family. provided all the sound equipment for the ceremony/reception and worked well with the venue and officiant to help coordinate the sequence of events throughout the day, even without a rehearsal. As a DJ, he did a nice job of getting to know our music preferences but also reading the vibe in the room and catering to the audience - we were so happy to see so many people dancing! He also handled our after party for a very reasonable price, sticking with us for 12+ hrs. About 2 weeks before the wedding, Michael scheduled a call with us to make sure that we communicated all of the touch points and songs we wanted to hear. He did such a great job taking what we talked about and extrapolating to have the perfect soundtrack for our wedding. Throughout the whole night, neither of us can remember hearing a song we did not like. Almost every single one of our guests commented during and after the wedding how great of a job Michael did with the music.
The venue for our ceremony and reception were not wired for sound (the ceremony was outside) and Michael had the equipment and knowledge to set everything up so all of our guests were able to hear us during the ceremony and thoroughly enjoy all of the music during the reception. Additionally, we had Michael’s team do the photo booth for our guests to enjoy. The photo booth was a great addition and at the end we got a book of all our guest’s photos as well a digital copy of all the pictures.
In short, my husband and I cannot recommend Michael highly enough as a DJ. He provided exactly what we asked for and made it a truly awesome evening.

From weather issues to timing problems and unhelpful staff, he made it his responsibility to make sure our day went on as I saw it in my head! From our first meeting through the wedding day, Mike’s passion and commitment to his couples was evident. At our first meeting, Mike spent more than an hour with us, getting to know our personality, our music tastes, and what we wanted in a DJ. One of the main decision points for us was the up-lighting that he provided as part of our package. The additional color and its coordination with the music really took our reception to the next level. Mike met with us again a week before the event to settle the details of our song list, ensure he had the names of our wedding party correct, and check all the timing for the reception. He could not have made things more easy for us and provided suggestions when needed based on his experience. On the day of our wedding, Mike worked with the venue, officiant, and wedding party to ensure that everything was timed out correctly. He essentially served as a second wedding coordinator and checked in with us several times throughout the night to ensure that everything was going to plan. Whenever we talk with our friends and family, they comment on what a great time that they had at our reception, and that is largely due to the party that Mike put on for us.
