It was an absolute pleasure working with Michael Thomas Floral for our wedding flowers. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the bouquet itself was striking, full, and well secured. And while I can go on about the gorgeous flowers, it was owners Kathy and Bill and their stellar customer service that really made the experience one of a kind. I highly recommend Michael Thomas Floral for not just skilled arrangements and beautiful flowers, but for genuinely wonderful customer service and care.

I purchased two dozen Gerbera Daisies from Michael Thomas Floral for my wife for Easter. After the first day, the flowers begin to die and by the second, almost all of the flowers were dead. While I don’t think flowers should last forever, they should certainly last more than a day or two. It was incredibly disappointing to buy flowers for my wife and have them die so quickly. I contacted Michael Thomas Floral several times via both phone and email regarding a refund for the dead flowers and left several messages, but I never received a return call. Unable to reach the florist, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. A week later, I received an email from Michael Thomas Floral. They apologized for not having time to call and said they would either replace the flowers or give me a credit. I responded back the same day and said that I would like a credit for the flowers back to my original form of payment. Instead of the credit, I received an email from Michael Thomas Floral a couple of days later asking why I was disputing the credit card charge when they had agreed to provide a credit. I responded that I had opened the dispute prior to receiving their email and I would be happy to withdraw the dispute once I received a refund. Once Michael Thomas Floral saw that the credit card charge had been disputed, they reneged on their promise to credit my account because I had disputed the charges after not hearing from them for a week. Michael Thomas Floral has tried to justify their transgression by stating that I first contacted them a week after the flowers had been purchased, which is not true, and claiming that the flowers died because they were not stored properly, which is also not true. It’s shameful how this company will go to any lengths to avoid providing a rightfully deserved refund. I bought flowers that died within a day or two of being purchased. I contacted the business and the business said they would provide a credit then reneged on that promise. Michael Thomas Floral is an unethical company with horrible service, and I will never do business with them again.

Our wedding was on 7/27/2018. I had a specific look and colors in mind, along with pictures of what I wanted. Michael Thomas was amazing!!! My flowers looked exactly like the photo I gave and the colors were a perfect match! I was in love with my bouquet and it was exactly what I wanted!!!

I cannot even begin to describe how absolutely beautiful our flowers were for the wedding. The value and quality were great. The level of professionalism was amazing. Delivery was prompt and early too. I highly recommend this florist. You will NOT be disappointed! !!!!
