From our first consultation through ordering our gorgeous canvas prints, Michaela and Tim were supportive, helpful, encouraging, calm, realistic, creative and fun. The bride and grooms private moment on top of the mountain at the golden hour after the ceremony. The family portraits are forever cherished. I don't know how Michaela and Tim were able to get all of these photos. I swear they're superheroes with super powers. After all of the planning and all of the work that goes into this one day, I appreciate being able to see it all. This team had to shoot with candle light during our dinner and speeches in basically a wine barrel room and oh my goodness, GORGEOUS photos! Who knew!? And they captured the exact second the lights shot back on! Honestly, these two feel like long time friends. I’m a firm believer that your photographer is THE most important vendor you’re going to hire for your big day. Trust me and get this team on the books! Michaela even gives you great pep talks in the elevator right before you head down the isle. I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about this team. Before our wedding they went over tons of "types of photos" to find out what we did/didn't want, what was important to us, if we wanted anything special/specific to my husband and I. On our wedding day, they arrived on time while we were getting ready (Michaela with me/bridesmaids and Tim with the groom/groomsman). They were super helpful at keeping us on our timeline (based on sunset and ceremony time/transport) so we got all the pictures that were important to us. One thing that is really unique this team does is they shoot on film and digital, which is something we were interested in, and we LOVED the results. We seriously have photos that belong in magazines, they are so gorgeous. After the wedding, our photos were hosted online and we received them on USB. Personally they are a joy! They are relaxed and funny, and loved to learn about our story as a couple and helped tell it through our photos. They made my husband and I feel so comfortable and special. The biggest reasons we love them and why we are already planning to have them do all our future family photos: 1) You’re going to get absolutely gorgeous photos. Not awkward portraits. Nothing over-photoshopped. Simply beautiful photos of you and your loved ones. They do an incredible job incorporating the scenery and capturing the moment. From our wedding day, we have romantic photos of us walking on the beach with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background and we also have hilarious shots of our friends on the dance floor. You’ll get a perfect balance of artsy/classic/fun. 2) You will genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I never realized how important it is to actually want to spend time with your photographer until our wedding. They will be with you throughout the day, helping you stay on schedule and interacting with your family and guests. Speaking from experience, you want someone like Michaela to make you feel comfortable during a boudoir shot. You want someone like Tim who can spend time with the groomsmen as they get ready and to nudge the groom to keep him on time. You will then probably wish they were also wedding guests because they are such great people. 3) The ratio of amazing photos to price is insane. My goal was to have 5 photos from our engagement shoot to use on our wedding website. When they sent us the album, it literally took hours to choose our favorites because there were simply too many great ones. We just got our wedding photos back and we are trying to select our favorite 50-100 for an album. It’s nearly impossible when there are so many amazing options. I never thought I’d have 100+ photos from our wedding that I loved! We cannot recommend them highly enough. Now book them immediately before someone else reserves your wedding date!

I mean really, this is what really matters and these two can deliver in spades! You won't regret it! 2. RELAXED. They were extremely easy to get along with and made us feel very relaxed, enabling us to get the pictures that best represented the joy and love in our hearts. 3. PROFESSIONAL. Always at their consummate best, on time and exactly delivering on what they promised. No over-promising and under-delivering here. 4. WELCOMING. Dealing with guests of all sorts of backgrounds and temperaments is tricky. From 2 year-olds to the older adult and everyone in between, these two made everyone feel comfortable. 5. GENUINE. Michaela truly cares about making your day special and working with you to determine how to capture your (hopefully) once-in-a-lifetime event and Tim is such a perfect compliment! Both are able to empathize AND provide different perspectives and it shows in the breadth an depth of the photos you'll receive. 6. VALUE. You won't find a better value anywhere. The # of photos we had at the end of the shoot was immense and there were so many awesome ones to choose from, it made it difficult to filter.
