When searching for a make up artist for my wedding, I had a distinct vision and criteria - clean and natural. As someone who does not wear a lot of make up on a day to day basis, it was important to me that I felt like myself on my wedding day. Michaeleen provided exactly that. She respected my opinions, heard and applied my feedback in my trial, and was just an overall joy to be around. Communication was frequent and prompt. I had email replies from Michaeleen within minutes - consistently. On my wedding day, Michaeleen was like Wonder Woman. She arrived on time with friendly energy and positivity. With a total of 10 people in my party to complete make up for, she perfected each look while also keeping an efficient timeline - all on her own! Michaeleen made my wedding day amazing. She did makeup for myself and 6 others and while I appreciated her more “natural” looking makeup, she was also able to provide a full glam look for some of the other girls who preferred that. I loved feeling like myself on my wedding day, and even with sweating on the dancefloor my makeup stayed put all night! As an added bonus, Michaeleen is incredibly kind and was very responsive throughout the process.

Michaeleen was an absolute machine on my wedding day! She did my make up, as well as my two bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law's. The make up was stunning, and lasted for the whole day and into the night. I don't think anything but my lipstick moved until I took the make up off myself! If you’re in the market for a wedding makeup artist and/or eyelash extensions, Michaeleen is your gal! She is amazingly talented at her craft and also one of the best people you will ever meet. I had eyelash extensions done a week before the wedding - they were stunning and lasted weeks after the wedding was over. I even had people on zoom at work complimenting how good my lashes looked! The night before the wedding I ended up in the ED with food poisoning so when I rolled up late to the venue from the hospital to get ready, I was looking ROUGH. Michaeleen took it in stride and put me at total ease while she worked her magic. When she was done I looked like a completely new person - the makeup was SO GOOD and natural. She made me feel so beautiful and confident. Michaeleen also did the makeup for my bridesmaids and the moms - everyone looked gorgeous. Michaeleen took the time to listen to what everyone wanted and we all agreed that this was the best makeup we’ve ever had done. I wish Michaeleen could do my makeup all the time - cannot recommend enough!

I would highly recommend Michaeleen for bridal makeup and bridal skincare prep. We had a destination wedding & since I live a couple hours away from Michaeleen Sicard Esthetics, I could only did a bridal makeup trial and an additional session of "prep" the week of the wedding. I am so happy I did the oxygen facial and eyelash extensions with Michaeleen since it was my first time having extensions and they turned out perfect. For my makeup, I wanted to look more elevated from my day to day however still wanted it to look like myself. Michaeleen was spot on and I felt so beautiful! My bridesmaids also all felt and looked gorgeous.

We started planning our NH Lakes Region wedding well over a year ago. I found MIchaeleen through a search of local vendors. Michaeleen is absolutely amazing! From the moment I met her during my trial, I knew I was in the best hands. Michaeleen is such a kind person, and her presence was so calm and positive during our getting ready process. On top of that, her makeup made me feel absolutely gorgeous. I felt like I still looked like myself - but the very best version. Our wedding day was super rainy and very humid, and I was sweating heavily on the dance floor. Where do I begin! Michaeleen is truly the best of the best. I recently got married and Michaeleen was there to do my makeup, along with the others in my bridal party and WOW! Our makeup looked so natural while enhancing our features and made everyone feel beautiful for the day. The best part is that through all the tears, laughing, rain, and dancing, we still looked amazing with the makeup fully intact at the end of the night. Although the makeup application is a huge piece, Michaeleen's character can't go unnoticed. Michaeleen is simply the best! I wanted my bridal makeup to be effortless and natural, and she more than delivered. I have never felt more beautiful, but I still looked like me! Hiring Michaeleen was one of the best choices I made when picking vendors for my wedding. I had the hardest time finding a makeup artist that wasn't full coverage and full glam. My only instruction was that I wanted "my face but better" and she was absolutely perfect. The first time I met Michaeleen, I felt like I had known her for years! Her warm smile and awesome personality are just the tip of the iceberg. She listened to me and my ideas, answered any questions I had thoroughly, and made the whole experience personalized to me and my skin. Michaeleen was AMAZING for all my bridal needs, both pre-wedding and wedding day. She has this facial bridal boot camp that I took part of where she customized a series of peels for me so my skin could look as good as possible on my wedding day. It was awesome doing that because 1. I got to know her beforehand and 2. Who doesn't want their skin to look the best it can, especially for their wedding day? I did 3 peels with her starting about 2 months before. She assessed my skin at the first appointment and picked the best treatment going forward for me. The week of the wedding I also had an O2 facial done, dermaplaning, and a lash lift and tint. I am so glad I found her on the knot!! She is so much more than an incredibly talented makeup artist. She was everything I needed in one! I also loved her makeup work because I wanted something natural, and I felt like when I looked at portfolios of other makeup artists it was just too over the top for me.
