Which is fine, however, they put my brother’s name down twice and delayed putting in the order. When we called for an update, they said he hasn’t come in when clearly, they had his measurements. There was no communication when the tuxes would arrive. It wasn’t until 2 weeks before the wedding, I had to call them and they said all tuxes arrive the Tuesday of the week of the wedding. That would have been nice to know espically since the order was put in late. After the tuxes were dropped off by each individual, each one was given a verbal, everything is here and is ok. You’re all set. Well, they called my husband 2 weeks later about a missing tux, when all tuxes were dropped off. And instead of contacting the individual groomsmen who paid for it. They bothered my husband. Overall the tuxes turned out great and they were able to easily get the orders for out of town’s groomsmen. However the lack of communication and disorganization was really disheartening and added nothing but stress.

My first visit to Michael's was with my entire grooms party on a Saturday in which we had 3 locations lined up to check. After our experience we did not even go to another location as there was no need. Our party was welcomed with a classic option of local bourbon or a local beer which helped ease the nerves of some of the groomsmen. We were walked through the options and Michael understood exactly what we were looking for. After a couple initial measurements we were given the history of the location from Michael which was amazing and very educational. After each of our tuxedos came in Michael's was very good at communicating with everyone individually when their items arrived. My fittings were very educational and they Taylor and Michael were very attentive to my needs. After a couple fittings i had exactly what I wanted and everything happened in a timely manner to where there was no stress before the wedding. The product and materials provided were too i had and if you purchase your tuxedos as we did they come with alterations for up to two years! Hell of a deal. All in all i would highly recommend Michaels due to its history, premium product provided and their customer service!
