Our experience working with Michael’s on East was great! We put together a wonderful tasting that allowed us to narrow down our choices, and on the day-of, everything was delicious and beautiful! The servers and bartender were very professional and friendly, and we got many compliments on the food :)

We and our guests loved the food from Michael's On East at our wedding! We were not the easiest group, since a significant number of guests (and the bride) had allergies, such as dairy, gluten, egg, and mushrooms. MOE did an amazing job accommodating these allergies. Our contact at MOE was also helpful and friendly in all the preparations leading up to the event. Would definitely recommend them!

Working with MOE from start to finish was amazing! Not only was their service great but their food was beyond amazing. I knew when we had our food tasting that we made a great choice to use them for our wedding! On our wedding day their staff did such a great job and the food was SO good! We are still getting compliments from guests that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! Super pleased with our whole experience of working with MOE, highly recommend using them.

We were married at Marie Selby in May with about 110 guests! Michael's was absolutely phenomenal. We did a plated dinner and the food came out so quickly and hot. I had multiple guests rant and rave how it was the best wedding food they'd had! Amy was also so responsive and accommodating -- we really couldn't thank her enough.

We were married at Selby Gardens in April of 2022 and Michael’s on East went above and beyond for every little detail. Amy was so responsive to every question we had, made wonderful recommendations to guide our meal selection process, and was just incredibly lovely to work with. On our wedding day we continuously received compliments on how delicious the food was and how attentive the staff were. I could not recommend MOE more.

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding with the help of Michael's On East! The assistance with planning, the food, and the ease with which most everything was included was incredibly helpful. Our stressed was definitely eased because of their help. We loved every minute of our day!

Michael's on East was absolutely fantastic! I cannot speak highly enough about this incredible catering and events team. I worked with Amy, the Event Sales Director for my wedding. Amy was so great to work with, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind! I am vegan so when it came to deciding the vegan entrée, I was initially nervous about my options. Amy and the chefs at Michael's on East quickly put me at ease and gave me the option of sending the chef some vegan recipes I might want to try! They set up a special vegan entrée tasting for me that was so awesome. That was such a fun and personalized experience. Let me say that vegan meal came out INCREDIBLE!!! We had custom his and hers drinks at the wedding that everyone absolutely loved. Everyone loved the food and drinks at our wedding, the staff took care of us, it was delightful. I highly recommend this catering company. Thank you Amy and everyone at Michael's on East!!

Everything about the venue was perfect, especially the food. Everyones order was correct, delicious, and fresh.

We worked with the Michaels On East team for our October 2020 Selby Gardens wedding. Their team was easy to work with, extremely detailed and easy to get ahold of. MOE handled all rentals and event set up for ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception, as well as all beverages, appetizers and dinner. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was and how good the drinks were. I especially appreciated the attention the staff paid to the bride and groom over the course of the reception. We never needed to ask for anything, and they kept our glasses full. MOE is a reputable fine dining restaurant, and their event experience is precisely the same. We highly recommend Michael’s On East catering.

Michael's on East is insanely good. I used them for catering and table/chair/dishes/flatware etc rentals for my wedding earlier this month. As the weather was iffy Phil attended the walk through with us and the rehearsal to help us decide what to do in case of rain. On the wedding day they had everything set up (as the weather had cleared) in three different locations (ceremony, cocktails and reception). Unfortunately out of nowhere a smaller patch of the storm appeared above us and began to rain. In about 45 minutes this amazing team had the 3+ hour set up transformed into weather appropriate and beautiful locations. Not only did they transform the entire set up and save the event, they were on top of their game for the food as well. We had restaurant owners attending as guests and they admitted to us later they were worried with the wedding delay (due to the weather) the food might not be as presentable as it would have been - but they were SO impressed with the quality, presentation and overall yumminess of the cocktail food, and the main meal, they couldn't stop raving. Starting from the tasting we had at the restaurant (the cook put together different options and made a spectacular custom menu for us) all the way to the 12+ dessert bar, we were SO pleased. I would recommend this vendor in ALL capacities (rentals, catering, etc). THANK YOU MICHAEL'S ON EAST for making our day so special even in the rain!

Phil was awesome to work with on planning, Ngoc, his assistant, was accessible, food was fabulous (portions generous), and service was impeccable! The setting was gorgeous and every detail was perfect! Thank you!

MOE not only has amazing food, but they have amazing service. Our guests said it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding.

I cant tell you how impressed I am with how Phil and his staff pulled all my ideas and thoughts into one great space for us to have our wedding! They were on point with everything and they food just doesnt get any better that that!!!! Food is a big deal for us and our family and we couldnt just put it in the hands of someone who would just heat it up and go... we had amazing pasta stations and carving stations and all of our guests went back for seconds and thirds!!!

My guest could not get enough of the food and the taste was to die for. The crab cakes had so much crab you for got it was a crab cake and not just crab.

We had our wedding reception at Michael's on East and it was absolutely fabulous. Phil Mancini was so much fun to work with and we enjoyed putting our menu together with him. He's creative with food and menus and is open to any ideas you bring to the table. Our biggest priority for the wedding was to have food that would amaze the guests and we definitely did! He works with you to stay under his quoted price per head and doesn't nickle and dime. Not to mention, it's generally accepted that Michael's on East has the best food in town. Working with Phil was wonderful. My only complaint is with Phil's assistant who I had a difficult time communicating with. I had trouble contacting her at times and we had several instances where she made incorrect changes to our menu/proposal. Ultimately, I went straight to Phil and got things taken care of promptly and efficiently because he is fabulous (as I've mentioned many times)!

I had two weeks to plan my wedding and Michael's On East came through and provided the most amazing wedding food I, and most of my guests, have ever had. I still have friends coming up to me telling me it was the most amazing food they have ever had. With my limited time, we were unable to do a tasting and trusted their expertise to bring perfect food. And they did. Beef, mahi mahi, cornish hens, crab cakes, it was a meal I will remember for the rest of my life. The staff was incredible as well, very polite and professional.
