Beautiful limo sprinter van to transport my wedding party and immediate family to the wedding venue. Vendor was responsive throughout the entire process. The only downside is that the driver was 15 minutes late picking up the bridal party the day of the wedding- and did not call to tell us he was running behind- and so my entire pre-ceremony timeframe was thrown off creating some stress. Otherwise, I would recommend this vendor.

Reasonable price , responsive and beautiful limo

Couldn't have wedding due to COVID and bakers restrictions. When asked for money back we were told the deposit is non refundable and they can barely keep the lights on. Asked for a copy of the contract and it took days to get it back. Owner is rude and only cares about him. Now we're forced to take matters to the Attorney General.

We hired Michael's as it was a preferred vendor of our venue and we are so glad that we did. Our driver went above and beyond to make the day seamless. She re pinned the boutonnieres, made sure my dress was perfect and felt like my make shift wedding coordinator :) We are so thankful for the service Michael's provided and our stretch escalade limo was just the added perk!

I rented 2 limos for my wedding and the service was AMAZING!! Mechelle and John were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond of just driving us to and from our destination. I highly recommend using this company and requesting them if possible, they made my wedding day so perfect!

My husband and I are so happy we went with Michael’s Limousine for our wedding. Everyone was great to work with. The day of our wedding we were nervous about the party buses getting down the narrow streets of the North End but our drivers did it with ease! Both drivers were friendly and went above and beyond for my husband and I. Mechelle was a great help also! Helping me with my dress, holding flowers, etc. The bridal bridal party got to ride in her bus from the church to the reception and they all expressed how great, friendly, and funny she was. We will definitely work with Michaels again when we need transportation. Thank you for being part of our big day!

Michael's is definitely the way to go if you are looking for class, comfort and customer service! Renee was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right vehicle for our wedding to serve as a shuttle to/from the venue and hotel. She was also flexible with accommodating our last minute needs when the headcount increased and we needed to adjust the number of vehicles and pickup/drop off times. The drivers were professional and courteous throughout the night. They were especially helpful with our guests with limited mobility paying close attention to their needs.

I booked a Rolls Royce with Michael's Limousine. A few months before the wedding, I got a call from the owner telling me he sold the car. Before the panic set in, Michael's assured me that he had spoken with several other companies with the same car and that they would honor the pricing and had the date available. I went with their recommendation to use Expo/Rollo Limo. Michael's handled everything concerning the assignment of the contract and Expo/Rollo Limo was perfect. Both companies were consummate professionals, the car was beautiful and clean, both companies were accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend both Michael's Limo and Expo/Rollo Limo.

We had a destination wedding with 18 guests coming from our home town for 7 days flying to Punta Cana. We wanted to give our guests a pick up and drop off to the airport from each of their homes as a gift from us. Heard great things about Michaels and they were highly recommended and I understand why from the beginning they were so accommodating. Had a large beautiful limo bus pick us all at our homes and bring us to airport and then when we got back the same. The driver was so much fun and it was such a piece of mind not worrying about how people would get to the airport. Our guests loved it so much. Spoke with Michael to set everything up and he would call to follow up and confirm. Truly amazing customer service and company. Would use them again in a heart beat.

I got married on September 8th. Michael's Limousine was amazing! The limo arrived early, and it was very nice and clean. Our driver was the best! He helped me get in and out of the limo without ruining my dress. He came inside the church and fixed the train on my dress. I highly recommend them! They are very professional, and very friendly!

We used Michael's Limousine to transport our wedding party on the day of our wedding - the 32 passenger coach limo was perfect; still very spacious considering our large party (~28 people), the bus was amazing, and the driver was so nice, professional, helpful, and patient with us! The booking process was also very easy and they were very helpful in helping us identify the best vehicle to fit our needs. Would highly recommend them for any bus or limo needs, whether for a wedding or any other event!

Very professional and highly recommend! We hired Michael's Limousine for two limos for our wedding day and their Rolls Royce for our getaway. Their prices were reasonable and they were prompt. Michelle was our driver for the bridal party and she was as amazing as a wedding coordinator. She assisted me with my dress, made sure my girls had plenty of water, and was at my side whenever I needed anything. All of the vehicles were clean and looked brand new! Mike Jr was really great to work with and drove my husband and I in the Rolls Royce back to our hotel. He even had champagne for use to celebrate with as we drove back to Boston!

We used Michaels Limo for our bridal party shuttle to our venue. He was prompt and called as soon as he got to the hotel, the van was great, high end, clean and kept nice and cool. The driver was very professional and everyone arrived on time and looking fabulous!

So fun, I had the party bus with disco lights. instead of champagne I requested Pepsi and Coke. They delivered. After navigating downtown Boston easily and dropping us off right where we needed to be, the driver managed to pick us up within minutes of our call. Easy Peasy!

Our driver was early, very helpful with assisting the wedding party into and out of the 32-passenger Coach Limo, and checked on us throughout our rides to and from the venues. We rented 2 limos for the day of our wedding. Our driver Gary who drove the 10 passenger limo was great! He was timely, and couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the second limo driver who drove the hummer limo was not as great. He picked my bridesmaids and I up late when we were going to the ceremony. He also scraped my parents' neighbors retaining wall with the limo. After the ceremony, the same driver of the hummer limo took our wedding party to the reception and multiple people in our wedding party told us that the driver was rude to them. Overall however, we are happy with our experience!

We used Michael's Limousine for a shuttle service (14 passenger sprinter) getting our guests in and out of Salem from the Peabody Marriott through the extremely busy traffic of Salem on on October weekend. Renee was extremely responsive in adjusting our times and route as the day approached and we became come worried about getting everyone to the ceremony and reception on time. Our driver was Hicham, and he was great, taking calls from guests and adjusting his trip on the fly as needed. The vehicle was in perfect condition and quite comfortable (we took a ride across town in it ourselves). We'd definitely use them again for a big event.

We used a 10 person limo for our wedding day. Michael's Limo was beyond accommodating and professional as we required multiple pick ups/drop offs for both the groomsmen and then the bridesmaids. The driver was incredibly friendly and sharply dressed. He even idled during our ceremony and had a champagne toast waiting for us at the end of the aisle!

We utilized the Rolls Royce for our wedding day transportation from Rockport to Ipswich, MA. Now let's face it-- there are many transportation companies out there that have this vehicle for about the same price. The reason I chose Michael's Limo is because they were one of the only companies who were friendly, flexible and didn't "bully" into booking immediately over the phone. Boy are we glad we went with Mike's. The Rolls Royce was absolutely stunning and in pristine condition. Our driver was early, prepared, and so kind. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on such an important day. Would 150% recommend.

Michael's Limousine Co, found us a car to take us from our send-off to our wedding night hotel last minute and the service was absolutely excellent. Our driver was incredibly friendly and patient. We had a whole set of snafus right when we were leaving(i.e. grandmother falling, forgetting keys, etc..) and our driver was INCREDIBLY patient with us and so understanding! Thank you so much for making the end of our night go so smoothly!

We used Michael's Limousine for the 32 Passenger Limo Couch and Rolls Royce for our wedding 1.14.17. Both Michael Sr. and Jr. were easy to work with. Both vehicles showed up on time and were exactly as promised. The Rolls Royce was a special touch for our wedding. My bridal party loved the Limo Coach and enjoyed champagne before the reception! Would definitely recommend.

We initially didn't think we needed a limo, but after some research we decided to go for it and Michael's was absolutely wonderful. We just needed the limo for the 3-hour package, to pick up the girls at the hotel and take them to church and then to take my new husband and I to the reception. The limo was prompt, clean, and the driver was very professional and friendly. We got to the church while people were still coming in, so he stood in front of my door so no one could peek in and then when the coast was clear he helped me out....then afterwards he poured my husband and I champagne! The ride was smooth and even though both trips were short it was worth it not to have to worry about driving ourselves. Great service!

I used this company for my wedding and was extremely disappointed. We requested that the driver call when he arrived at the hotel to pick us up, which he did not and the van was very hot the whole drive. Our wedding ended at midnight and he was supposed to be there right at midnight to pick us up and then come back to do a 2nd trip with the rest of the bridal party. My husband and I, our bridal party and our parents waited on the sidewalk for 20 mins. We called and left a message with Michael's Limousine and did not receive a call back. We started to panic since we had no way of getting in touch with the driver and had everyone just get in cars with any remaining guests and most had to call ubers. Around 12:30 one of my bridesmaids and her date were still at the venue waiting for their uber when the van finally showed up so out of the 26 people he was supposed to drive, he drove 2. The driver got in touch with me to let me know that he picked up the wrong wedding party from our venue. He said "a bunch of people got in my van and I just drove them and didn't realize until they told me that I brought them to the wrong hotel that it wasn't your party". For the amount of money we paid and seeing that the venue is well known for having multiple weddings a night it was highly unprofessional for him to not even verify if the people were for the correct wedding. It was embarrassing to have to tell our parents and bridal party to start looking for rides after standing on the sidewalk for 20 mins at my own wedding. The owner, Michael, only refunded us $200 out of the $325 we paid for the 2 trips he was supposed to make at the end of the night. Had my bridesmaid known she would have gladly paid $20 for an uber instead of me paying $125 for someone to show up 30 mins late.

We used the 32 passenger limo coach for our wedding party to arrive at the church and then from the church to reception. It was awesome! Our wedding party loved it and had a great time on board. We celebrated and used their bluetooth to play music. The bus was so clean and the driver was very courteous! The bus arrived on time at each destination and i couldn't be happier with their service. It was an easy company to work with from email 1. Highly recommend them for any event!

Michael's Limousine had what we needed for our daughter's wedding: vans to transport the wedding party and family from Boston to Topsfield, MA, and a car to take the bride and groom back to Boston. (We didn't hire any actual limos.) Mike Jr. was great to work with and all the vehicles arrived on time. Everything went off without a hitch!

We cannot express on how professional Michael jr. and his team are. They were completely phenomenal and I highly recommend that everyone use them for any event. They are extremely reasonable, arrived early, and so easy to deal with. Without a doubt I will be using them in the future for all my transportation needs.

I can not express enough how happy I was with the limo drivers I had on my wedding day. I was extremly nervous to be standing in the back of the church with just my dad (the last thing I wanted to do was cry my entire ceremony) the drivers were beyond kind, they stood with us had a nice conversation, got me a water (with a straw so I didn't mess my lipstick) and offered me an altoid before we walked down the isle. They opened the doors to the church, and even fluffed my dress!! These may seem like small gestures but looking back they helped calm my nerves on an extremely big day in my life. I wish I knew there names because if like to personally thank them for helping me during that moment. The limos were beautiful clean and crisp. And the red carpet they roll out looks great in my pictures. We also enjoyed the champagne toast. I would recommend this company !!

Excellent service!

This limo company is owned by father and son. I first called and got information from the son about a limo and Rolls Royce for my wedding day. He was going to look into if he had a Rolls Royce available on the date I needed it, and he said he would call me back the next day. Prices were decent so I said great. He did not call back for several days, so I called back myself, deciding to give them the benefit of the doubt. This is when everything went downhill. I still couldn't get a straight answer, I was told it was past 4pm so the computers were already shut down for the day, and I was told I couldn't rent the Rolls Royce because I only needed it to transfer the bride and groom from church to reception, I didn't need it for 3 hours. But I could still have a limo as previously discussed, but somehow now they only had a black one available and I should call back the next day to see if there was a white one. I SHOULD CALL BACK, not the company. I was constantly doing this company's work for them. I decided to look into other companies and once I received amazing customer service from another company, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Then the father tried to talk me out of cancelling as they were shocked that I was not going to sign the contract, and I never felt better saying I found a company that better met my needs and had both vehicles I needed. Customer service was so poor and the other company had no problem giving me Rolls Royce, plus an extra half hour with it in case I needed it for FREE! So this company lost in the end, I do not recommend them.

For me the limo was not a huge deal since there was less than a 5 minute drive from the house to the church and the church to the venue. However, our limo driver made the experience WONDERFUL! He helped me get in and out of the limo in my mega dress without messing up my hair at all! Also, I had a moment of nervousness when I was left alone just before walking down the aisle at the back of the church. The driver just started chatting with me and really made me at ease. It was a god send. Also, at the end of the ceremony, when my husband and I exited the church, he had a BEAUTIFUL set up on the limo that said congratulations with chilled champagne. Beautiful touch!

Not only did our limo driver show up early, but he had a great sense of humor, got us to the ceremony in time, and certainly knows how to help the ladies in and out of a Hummer Stretch in our dresses. I would definitely use Michael's Limo again!

We used a party bus for our wedding to take the bridal party to the Church, then to the reception after the Church. I called Michaels twice on the wedding day to confirm the time and location, but never got a call back. The bus came 5 minutes late, which is not the end of the world, but enough to make you nervous after not getting return calls. The bus hadn't been running for long enough and was really hot when it picked us up. I was dripping sweat during the 5 minute ride to the church. The bus still hadn't cooled down after the 1 hour ceremony. The bus driver was very nice, but it was not fun to sweat in a big dress.

I used Michael's Limousine service for my wedding and also rented a van to shuttle people from the reception to their hotel. I could not be happier with how well everything went. They were on-time, friendly, and overall provided great service. I would reccommend Michales limo to anyone who is looking for an honest hardworking company who is trust worthy and cares about makeing their customer happy. Thanks again!
