ime. Michael’s made that fear unnecessary as Renee ensured us from day one that all rentals would go smoothly. Each of our drivers (Gary, Andrew, and Wally) were incredibly professional and kind and knew the routes to take based on the provided itinerary. We were reassured by one driver to get all of the pictures we wanted without rushing, which was so nice to hear as we neared the end of our rental duration. On top of the excellent employees, the buses themselves were also fantastic. We rented 2 large buses and a small bridal shuttle. The seats were comfortable and clean, and most importantly for our summer wedding, the A/C functioned so well that we even got to ask them to turn it down! We would highly recommend Michael’s Limousine for all of your transportation needs.

the driver was 15 minutes late picking up the bridal party the day of the wedding- and did not call to tell us he was running behind- and so my entire pre-ceremony timeframe was thrown off creating some stress. Otherwise, I would recommend this vendor.

Had a large beautiful limo bus pick us all at our homes and bring us to airport and then when we got back the same. She assisted me with my dress, made sure my girls had plenty of water, and was at my side whenever I needed anything. All of the vehicles were clean and looked brand new! Mike Jr was really great to work with and drove my husband and I in the Rolls Royce back to our hotel. He even had champagne for use to celebrate with as we drove back to Boston!

ortunately the second limo driver who drove the hummer limo was not as great. He picked my bridesmaids and I up late when we were going to the ceremony. He also scraped my parents' neighbors retaining wall with the limo. After the ceremony, the same driver of the hummer limo took our wedding party to the reception and multiple people in our wedding party told us that the driver was rude to them. Overall however, we are happy with our experience!

Renee was extremely responsive in adjusting our times and route as the day approached and we became come worried about getting everyone to the ceremony and reception on time. Our driver was Hicham, and he was great, taking calls from guests and adjusting his trip on the fly as needed. The vehicle was in perfect condition and quite comfortable (we took a ride across town in it ourselves). We'd definitely use them again for a big event.

Boy are we glad we went with Mike's. The Rolls Royce was absolutely stunning and in pristine condition. Our driver was early, prepared, and so kind. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on such an important day. Would 150% recommend.

to pick up the girls at the hotel and take them to church and then to take my new husband and I to the reception. The limo was prompt, clean, and the driver was very professional and friendly. We got to the church while people were still coming in, so he stood in front of my door so no one could peek in and then when the coast was clear he helped me out....then afterwards he poured my husband and I champagne! The ride was smooth and even though both trips were short it was worth it not to have to worry about driving ourselves. Great service!

ry hot the whole drive. Our wedding ended at midnight and he was supposed to be there right at midnight to pick us up and then come back to do a 2nd trip with the rest of the bridal party. My husband and I, our bridal party and our parents waited on the sidewalk for 20 mins. We called and left a message with Michael's Limousine and did not receive a call back. We started to panic since we had no way of getting in touch with the driver and had everyone just get in cars with any remaining guests and most had to call ubers. Around 12:30 one of my bridesmaids and her date were still at the venue waiting for their uber when the van finally showed up so out of the 26 people he was supposed to drive, he drove 2. The driver got in touch with me to let me know that he picked up the wrong wedding party from our venue. He said "a bunch of people got in my van and I just drove them and didn't realize until they told me that I brought them to the wrong hotel that it wasn't your party". For the amount of money we paid and seeing that the venue is well known for having multiple weddings a night it was highly unprofessional for him to not even verify if the people were for the correct wedding. It was embarrassing to have to tell our parents and bridal party to start looking for rides after standing on the sidewalk for 20 mins at my own wedding. The owner, Michael, only refunded us $200 out of the $325 we paid for the 2 trips he was supposed to make at the end of the night. Had my bridesmaid known she would have gladly paid $20 for an uber instead of me paying $125 for someone to show up 30 mins late.

The bus arrived on time at each destination and i couldn't be happier with their service. It was an easy company to work with from email 1. Highly recommend them for any event!

thing I wanted to do was cry my entire ceremony) the drivers were beyond kind, they stood with us had a nice conversation, got me a water (with a straw so I didn't mess my lipstick) and offered me an altoid before we walked down the isle. They opened the doors to the church, and even fluffed my dress!! These may seem like small gestures but looking back they helped calm my nerves on an extremely big day in my life. I wish I knew there names because if like to personally thank them for helping me during that moment. The limos were beautiful clean and crisp. And the red carpet they roll out looks great in my pictures. We also enjoyed the champagne toast. I would recommend this company !!

Rolls Royce available on the date I needed it, and he said he would call me back the next day. Prices were decent so I said great. He did not call back for several days, so I called back myself, deciding to give them the benefit of the doubt. This is when everything went downhill. I still couldn't get a straight answer, I was told it was past 4pm so the computers were already shut down for the day, and I was told I couldn't rent the Rolls Royce because I only needed it to transfer the bride and groom from church to reception, I didn't need it for 3 hours. But I could still have a limo as previously discussed, but somehow now they only had a black one available and I should call back the next day to see if there was a white one. I SHOULD CALL BACK, not the company. I was constantly doing this company's work for them. I decided to look into other companies and once I received amazing customer service from another company, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Then the father tried to talk me out of cancelling as they were shocked that I was not going to sign the contract, and I never felt better saying I found a company that better met my needs and had both vehicles I needed. Customer service was so poor and the other company had no problem giving me Rolls Royce, plus an extra half hour with it in case I needed it for FREE! So this company lost in the end, I do not recommend them.
