r an additional $2,000. I began seeking out a catering company of our own choosing, and found MiChef on the Knot. Right from the start I was impressed with the broad range of choices he had to offer. We scheduled our tasting, and when we arrived he did not disappoint!! The food was delicious and we immediately knew we did not want to look any farther. His prices were amazing…seriously…so worth the buyout at the venue. When they arrived at the wedding, they were so professional, yet so friendly. The food (again) was delicious, and we had guest complimenting the fact that even those at the end of the 170 person buffet line, still got hot food. His team was so attentive and kept everyone’s drinks filled, and cleared the tables off quietly and thoroughly once the meal was done. If you are looking for honestly delicious food for an amazing price, please do not look any further. Thank you Chef Mark for blessing us with your gift!! And thank you to your sweet wife too!!

They are prompt and reliable in every step of the planning, their food is always delicious, the servers are courteous and efficient, their dishes, glasses, and cutlery are always spotless, and Mark and Isabel have complete control of the rapid and varied activities that must be accomplished in the kitchen.
