We wish we could give Michel 10 stars because she is a super hero! Michel insured that our wedding became more than we could ever imagined! We originally thought that we could do it all on our own - including the day of! HA! We can only imagine the disaster that would have been... instead we walked into our reception hall and our mouths dropped - was this really the same DIY decor that had been piled in our second bedroom for months? It was breathtaking and our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was! We hired Michel as a day of coordinator, but she was SOOOO much more. We both have been in/to many-a-wedding and have had first hand experience with day-of's who were less than stellar. They often seemed disconnected and unfamiliar with the vision that my friends had built up so big in their minds only to be somewhat disappointed when (a lot) of things didn't go as hoped. With Michel, this would never be a problem as she makes sure that she knows every detail of the wedding before the big day so there are no surprises. We did not hand Michel an easy task - a 3 day camping wedding in the Santa Barbara Mountains... at a beautiful venue but it is pretty much a blank canvas. In the months preparing for the wedding, Michel's calls were a lifesaver... no matter how much you think you know about weddings you do not know everything... Michel literally knows EVERYTHING! There would have been so many forgotten elements, missed opportunities and less amazing memories had it not been for her incredible insight and vision. She is also the most organized person we have ever met. She also provided references to vendors that saved us a ton on our budget and every single vendor we hired, including those from out of the area, loved working with her. If you are getting married in Central or Southern California - or heck - ANYWHERE -you need to hire this woman! We have already told countless people already that the best decision we made for the wedding was hiring Michel!
