She quickly picked up on the direction we were going, and as the big day was drawing near, and wedding stress was taking over, she ensured us we were in a good place, everything is ready to go, and helped put us as ease. Which was a huge thing, because 'wedding stress is real!' The day of went so well, Michele and her team directed all the vendor traffic, made sure all of our decorations were out and set up. They took care of us through out the night. She really made it easy for us to enjoy the wedding and all the work that went into planning. We worked remotely with Michele, as we are in South Orange County and Michele in San Luis Obispo. We met one time in person prior to the wedding and the rest of our communication was email and over the phone. I am spreadsheet nerd, and Michele delivers a nice spread sheet, with vendor contacts, complete day-of-timeline, venue layout, the works! Sharing the timeline early on, and having weekly meetings made working remotely really easy. When it came time to head up to San Luis Obispo for the final time, we knew that we were good to go! I literally felt zero stress leading up to my wedding because of her. I got married in April of 2019 and the weather report was saying that it was going to rain. Of course, I was a extremely stressed as my venue was all outdoors. I immediately called Melanie to express my concerns. She gave her input and was all ears. It was honestly just nice to have someone to walk through my thoughts/emotions with. On the day of the wedding, I remember finishing dinner and telling one of my maid of honors that I needed to plug my phone in somewhere. Melanie has overheard me and within 2 minutes she walked up to me, asked me where my phone was and said “I’m going to plug your phone in for you”. I felt like this happened multiple times with various situations. Whether it was needing a drink, a charger, or even a bite to eat while taking photos, Melanie was right there ready and willing to assist. In addition, Michele Carroll events had wedding decor items that she was willing to let me use the day of the wedding. As you’re planning your wedding, you’ll realize this is a huge plus and all the “extras” sure do add up quickly. Planning a wedding from across the country is quite a challenge - Michele kept us sane, organized and focused. I enjoyed working with Michele so much that I even recommended her to a friend BEFORE our wedding took place (this friend also hired her). On the day of, Michele and her team did a fantastic job setting up. Everything was exactly as I envisioned. They made sure that the day flowed as close to on time as possible. She even worked with our photographer to change his schedule last minute to make sure we got some photos of the getting ready portion (something I overlooked). During the reception, Michele and her team were EVERYWHERE, making sure my husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves. From making sure were were fed (and had a drink in our hand) to keeping track of our personal belongings (like my veil and marriage license) to packing up after the party ended.... it was such a relief to not have to worry about anything on my wedding day! All in all, her team is fantastic and Michele is fantastic. I am so thankful for her help and highly recommend her to any bride to be!

the first wedding at Halter Ranch, Paso Robles September 16, 2017 and the wedding went flawless thanks to Michelle. She was so informative, organized and so on top of every detail we couldn't have done it without her. . Lauren did a great job keeping all the details together. Lauren has her own timeline that we both fill out together through out the planning. It is a great system for us to work with together because it kept us organized and on track. She stayed in tough with me every week. There was easy access and she explained everything clearly with details. We were always up to date, organized, and on the same page. She answered all my questions and helped sort out all the minor and big details for me; even the long list of minor details the brides don't even think about! On the rehearsal day, we had her for one hour and she did a great job explaining everything to the bridal party throughly on what needs to be done to make the big day run smoothly. She showed up with her suggestions from her vast experience with weddings, changed things that needed to be changed, kept things in order, and explained things in detail. On the wedding day, she was extremely patient and welcoming with everyone. She did a great job limiting all my stress and worries for myself, Groom, and parents. I'm just going to list a few little things that she did on the big day that made a huge difference and meant so much. She helped with the photographs, she continued to make sure myself and my groom were comfortable and situated at our bridal table and through out the whole day, she filled the glasses for the mothers of the bride and the groom, and during the father and daughter dance she realized my father had his glasses on his head and she took them off knowing that would not look good in the photos. Also, I was supposed to bring a list of things for her to do and where all my decor should be placed and I forgot it. Even though Lauren did not have my list to go off of, she displayed all my decor on her own and made the ceremony and reception look perfect! She went above and beyond her normal duty! The planning and the wedding day turned out perfect! There is nothing a bride should worry about with this amazing coordinator working with you. I highly recommend Lauren as your coordinator. She will make your special day a memorable one!
