Michele and her stylists handled our large wedding party with care and consideration for every detail needed to make sure we left feeling as beautiful as ever ready to conquer the day. The planning process was seamless, the communication was excellent, and Michele worked with me to make sure my every need was met in terms of appointments and trials. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Michele Lisa Salon.

Unprofessional, Unreliable and Unorganized. My fiancée had nothing but issues from the very beginning. They canceled one of her scheduled appointments, hours before it was to take place. The second appointment was supposed to be confirmed the day of AFTER my fiancée's business hours, but they called during these hours, incorrectly. She got an automated text message to confirm the appointment with the wrong time, with no Reply link. When she did call to confirm, their staff did not have her marked down for an appointment because they called at the wrong time and their confirmation text had no means of replying. Michele has a serious issue with lack of clarity and communication. She also has a condescending and arrogant attitude. She repeatedly interrupted my fiancée when she attempted to ask Michele questions regarding the contract and pricing. That's what a smart customer would do; ask questions about the most important day of their life, with one of the most important services of that day. Michele took it very personally when my fiancée questioned the pricing and expressed that she had concerns with the lack in quality of the work performed, pricing and schedule. She blamed my fiancée for the hours that the stylist was scheduled on the wedding day, when it was the stylist who made the suggestion. She had no idea that Michele had to approve the hours worked. Again, no communication on Michele's part. It is 10 days before our wedding, and Michele made the suggestion that she suggests that all communication be ceased, and my fiancée should find another salon to hire. 10 DAYS BEFORE OUR WEDDING!! I am completely disgusted by this treatment of customers and Michele's lack of professionalism and disrespect. I am appalled as to how this salon got a referral. All of my fiancée's concerns proved to be accurate. I would not wish for my worst enemy to hire this business. She just added more pressure and stress for our day. I feel so horrible for my fiancée having to deal with such a predicament. Michele Lisa salon, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope this review helps others and everyone takes this into very careful consideration. I would seek a professional, which is anything but Michele Lisa and her lack of business ethics.

I would 100% recommend Michele Lisa Salon for your wedding day hair and makeup. I believe they had Caterina, Johanna, and Gianna do my and my mom’s hair and makeup, as well as my bridesmaids’ hair. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup on my wedding day, and my mom loved hers as well. My bridesmaids also looked fab! I did a trial a few months earlier and we were able to make two changes to my trial hairstyle for my wedding day. I couldn’t have been happier with it. Their email communication during the planning process wasn’t great, but it didn’t detract from our experience on the day of. The girls were so easy to talk to and fun to have around while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready.

This place is amazing!!! A week before my wedding, a friend who had promised to do my hair backed out. We found this salon on a list of vendors from our wedding hotel and gave it a try. I went in the morning of my wedding with no photos, no trial, having never been there — and the stylist NAILED IT! My hair came out SO perfect, and Johanna was so reassuring the whole time. She spent time listening to me talk about my hair texture and tendencies before styling and was able to use my clip-ins in the style too, even on surprise notice. My sister also got her hair styled and was obsessed with how it turned out. She really appreciated how her stylist made suggestions based on her hair texture, improving the style specially for my sister. The other women in the salon were also very sweet, offering us water or coffee and making sure we were comfortable. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially knowing I'd never spoken to them before my wedding day. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again!
