rought so much to the planning process and she always made us feel like we were the center of her universe. Then, when it came to the wedding weekend, she was nonstop. We were so incredibly impressed with her and her team - they were everywhere, capturing everything. We don’t think a single moment was missed, and she went WAY beyond what was asked of her. Nothing ever felt forced and she completely matched our energy all weekend long. She was energized yet grounding at the same time, and it was exactly what we needed on a day full of both excitement and nerves. She truly felt like part of the family or a best friend, really helping to make the day go smooth. We only have a preview of our gallery so far, but we look at the photos every single day and we know this will not be the last time we work with Michele. We had quite high standards for our photos and would absolutely recommend her a million times over to any couple looking for their photographer.

She had a form that I was able to fill out about what important moments and family portraits I wanted. She made sure to capture all of them and was able to shift people in and out of family photos in such an efficient fashion. From the moment we began working with Michele, she was quick to identify our personalities and the proper way to communicate with us. the day. From the start, Michele was so helpful in helping us decide on a location for our engagement shoot. She knew all the great places to take pictures and even bared a cold and windy day in March to get some incredible shots. She helped us make sure our photos were natural looking, giving us little tips here and there to help us look our best. Michele was genuinely interested in our wedding day, helping us with our timeline to make sure that we got to enjoy every minute and ensuring us that everything will go smoothly. She captured beautiful reactions throughout the day and did awesome with managing an 18-person wedding party! The Masonic is a tricky venue to shoot because it has very little natural light and is generally a pretty dark space, so her knowledge of the venue was imperative! She was prepared with off-camera flashes and knew all the good spots. It was snowing on our wedding day so we got some GORGEOUS pictures in the snow at the DIA and pivoted to some warmer, dryer spots inside the Masonic for our first look and other portraits. I highly recommend Michele to anyone! Her experience and positivity helped make our day go so smoothly and now we have beautiful photos that will last a lifetime!

when COVID derailed our plans multiple times. She was so reassuring and even helped us find a new church when our day shifted from a 300 person wedding in Metro Detroit to just our parents and siblings on Mackinac Island/northern MI. She answered every question (and there were a LOT) with such care and consideration, and was on board for all of my unconventional ideas. All of my family members raved about Michele (and her husband, who acted as a wonderful assistant) who fit right in with our small, 20 person group. By the end of the weekend she felt less like a photographer and more like a friend. On top of all that, her work is beautiful. I mean STUNNING. We are so happy with how our photos turned out. The compliments we get on our photos are endless. She went above and beyond to edit the photos, taking into consideration our personal preferences. While shooting individual photos of the myself and the groom before our reception, Michele let each of us snap a few photos of the other person along side her which was so fun and something both my husband and I loved! Michele is fantastic. We can't recommend her enough.

Both my husband and I come from big families, and our wedding day had a lot of moving parts (2 houses, 3 zeffas, different locations for the ceremony and receptions…etc). Michele captured it all! We have so many gorgeous photos that people are constantly gushing over. As I’ve been making photo gifts for people, I can’t even decide which photos to print, because I love so many of them. Like many couples, we had a lot of re-scheduling and second-guessing through the pandemic and Michele was flexible, supportive and a joy to work with through the entire process. We had her do our engagement photos and we loved working with her so much that at each delay or new government mandate in the lockdown/shutdown/etc. she was our first and most important "vendor" to check in with before we selected a new date. She's a great photographer and a big part of that was getting to know and bring out the best of her subjects. She's got a great eye and you could tell she was as a true pro, though made you feel as though it was just a close friend taking your photo. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I tend to be really goofy people, we never stop talking and are often times making very odd faces at each other. Not only did Michele expertly capture all of those moments (yes, she has my full permission to share every crazy look I made that day with anyone who wants to see). But she was also able to get some extremely intimate and romantic shots as well, that highlight the very core of the loving relationship my husband and I have for each other. She even suggested something fun like smoke bombs at the end of the night for some fun and colorful photos that looked amazing! The most impressive aspect of all is the fact that she photographed not only our wedding this summer, but also my brothers and the Photos, (while all STUNNING) clearly highlight that she knows how to capture each couples individuality because our two sets of photos look nothing at all alike. This woman is versatile, sweet, dedicated, and the most fun person to have with you on your wedding day. s even more excited than we already were for our big day. I had talked to a few photographers before I came across Michele's work on Instagram. It was clear from the second I started talking to her that Michele was so experienced, knew exactly what she was talking about, was so professional, and was just such a joy to talk to. Michele is just an awesome person to be around. She is ALWAYS smiling, she is so kind, and she is so loving. We call her our wedding angel, and every single person at our intimate wedding remarked at how wonderful of a person she was and how she fit right into our family. What a blessing she has been! And her work is just PERFECT. Our engagement pictures were everything we could every ask for. She captured exactly what we envisioned our wedding photography to be. She just has an eye for detail and natural light that my husband, a photographer by hobby, and I are just obsessed with. Then COVID-19 hit, and everything we had planned for 2.5 years for our wedding blew up just 60 days before our big day. Michele - bless everything about this woman - consoled us and worked to amend our plans. She was so flexible with us. We were really concerned about a second/third/fourth wave of COVID cases, so we wanted to seal the deal ASAP. Michele was so wonderful. She did everything to ensure she could be at both our small ceremony and our bigger reception later in the fall. She didn't bat an eye every time the stay-at-home orders were extended, and we needed to postpone. She truly cared that we have the best start to our marriage. Our Wedding 1.0 pictures turned out perfectly. I never imagined I could be so in love with the memories someone else captured - I WAS WRONG. We really feel like Michele is the reason we were able to salvage our wedding and make it absolutely perfect. We could not recommend Michele any more. She has become family to us. In fact, we have already recommended her to 5 of our newly engaged friends and almost all have taken our word! She is incredible. The best part? We get to do it all again in October - government and corona allowing.

She just knows, because she really takes the time to get to know you throughout the course of your planning. Also here is a tip: don’t hesitate on booking her package with her assistant! Maria was beyond amazing. I didn’t believe it when people told me, but it is true that your wedding day really will go by in a blink of an eye. But the second reason is that she is the most professional, responsive, and personable photographer ever! It is clear that wedding photography is her passion and she was so, so incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding and day of.
