se pictures would the things we will always look back on I really wanted to find the best photographer. Thankfully we did. Michelle was so great to work with, and extremely patient! Her style is to capture natural moments as opposed to setting up endless shots, though we had our list of pictures and she captured them beautifully as well. It turns out I have a hard time acting naturally when I know the camera is on me, something I figured out during our engagement photo session. She was so patient with us as we (or I) got more comfortable acting naturally. In the end she was able to capture some great pictures, likely due to her talent more than me completely getting over my awkwardness. I was worried about a similar issue being evident during the wedding itself but having gotten to know Michelle during the engagement photos it did feel less awkward the second time around. While I was obviously a little more distracted, Michelle's ability to seamlessly move around the space made it so I was never fully aware of her presence or felt the camera on me. It made for a nice realization when we saw the pictures and I learned she had been everywhere! I couldn’t be happier with our photos and our decision to work with Michelle.

Although I barely knew she was there all day, she captured so many beautiful moments making sure to get our personalized decorations, and each of our family and friends smiles. t super easy for us to find a photographer who was more into telling a story and grabbing alot of candid shots, compared to the "set photos" as I call them. Sure they look nice but you can tell they are not genuine. Michelle will grab it all, but she really excels at capturing the moments and the unscripted. We had many phone calls and met in person before the big day which was very nice. There was a moment where we realized we had forgotten the rings during the ceremony and Michelle was bad ass and dropped her equipment and ran into the house to grab them for us! It really was an awesome memory. I can not speak high enough for the quality of her photography and character!

e to get her. From our first conversation we knew she was perfect to shoot our wedding. She is so warm and personable, and we really enjoyed getting to know and working with her. In the end we felt like she was part of the family. My husband and I were amazed when we saw the wedding photos and kept saying to each other "I don't remember seeing Michelle around when we did that" while at the same time whenever we were looking for her to take a particular picture she was right there. It is like she knows where to be for all the right moments, even if that ends up being on top of a pile of pallets to get a group shot over our wedding bonfire or sitting in the middle of a muddy road to capture the right angle during our engagement photos. Michelle is very talented, she was able to capture so many details with an artistic flair despite difficult conditions of sunsets and alternative lighting sources like the bonfire. I know some believe that there isn’t a big difference from one photographer to the next but having talked with friends / family who had horrible experiences with their wedding photographers working with Michelle proved to be one of the best investments we made in our wedding. We had so much fun working with her, we can’t recommend her enough.

Michelle’s photos are truly a gift of memories captured and preserved in such a beautiful and meaningful way, and we will cherish them for years to come! My favorite photos are some of the candids of our guests during the wedding. She was able to capture everyones emotions in beautiful pictures. Michelle was able to give us a sneak peak of our wedding photos the day after the wedding! What could be more exciting!! My husband and I were able to come home after such an exciting weekend and pull up the pictures online and re-live the weekend in such a wonderful way! She is by far, the best of the best. Look no further! My husband and I met with Michelle (after I stumbled on her online) and immediately knew she was the perfect fit for us. Her portfolio captured so many wonderful candid shots which brought so much life to each event we saw. It reassured us that we could be ourselves on our wedding day and let her work the magic without us worrying about a thing. Her demeanor on our day was calm, focused, and professional. I had family members and friends come up to me DURING the wedding saying how great that she was, and they said things like "everywhere I turned, there she is!" and "she is so sweet!" and "that photographer is on the move!" She had two cameras strapped to her, and she used them both with so much grace. Michelle previously photographed at our church and venue before on multiple occasions and made sure to collaborate with us in terms of lighting, honoring rules of the church and our priest. She came to the table with ideas and feedback based on previous weddings, which as a result, made our photos that much better. Michelle also made sure to work with our DJ to make sure they were in sync throughout the reception. With a "destination" wedding (for us) she was prompt, easy to reach, and scoped out just the right spot for us to take photos off-site in Vermont. She made us feel at ease and helped to work out a timeline with us beforehand so that our day could run without a skipped beat. The dress will turn to junk, the decor will rot, but your photos will be (perhaps) the only lasting memory you will have. Every photo we have is pure beauty, there is absolutely no wasted shot. My pictures are incredible (all 800 of them!) and we received them so quickly. My favorite part was the sneak peek we received just hours after our wedding.
