Michelle was such an important part of our wedding day and choosing her to capture images of our special day was one of the best decisions we made! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was always available to answer questions and communicated with us in a timely manner. We were able to freely enjoy our wedding day because we had complete confidence in her ability to know where to be and what images to capture. She is so fun to work with while still being able to manage an entire wedding party and stick to a timeline. We received all our wedding images within a week and could not be happier with them! When my husband and I were looking for a photographer for our wedding, we knew we needed someone that was confident, energetic and fun. Our wedding was a two day process that had a lot going on, a timeline that was not guaranteed to go on time and a guest list of roughly 300 people. We met with a few other photographers before Michelle, and after talking to Michelle for a few minutes during our first meeting I was sold. Michelle is so organized, kind and confident. She has years of experience and her photos are beautiful. Her husband Trent was our second photographer for both days and they did an amazing job together. Michelle is literally THE best! After getting engaged, I reached out via social media to get any and all recommendations for photographers. After not knowing where to begin, I instead decided to do a google search where Michelle Huber Photography was right at the top. I clicked on her website and immediately fell in love with her work. I emailed her and we were meeting within the next week. When my fiancé and I had met with her, we knew right away that she was our person! We looked through many photographers but after meeting Michelle, we knew she was the one! When we met with her, we felt so comfortable and knew it would be a great choice. Michelle welcomed us to her beautiful house to take our engagement pictures which happen to be the hottest and most humid day in the Fall. Despite the ridiculous heat, we had a great engagement session. Michelle is so quick in her turnaround time that by that night, we already had one sneak peak sent to us! Throughout the planning process, Michelle was always there to answer our questions whenever we needed. On our wedding day, her and her husband arrived early and started snapping pictures right away. Even though they had never photographed at our venue, they dove right in to get familiar with the grounds. Michelle made me feel so calm as we were getting ready and I saw that it was down pouring outside. She made the inside space work perfectly to take majority of our pictures even though I had hoped to be outside. Between her and her husband Trent, they captured every moment of our special day. After our wedding day, we left for our honeymoon and within a week, I was sitting on the beach and I had already gotten an email with ALL of our wedding pictures ready for us to view. Hiring Michelle and Trent was the best decision we made for our wedding! She is truly amazing. This decision was solidified for us even more after attending a few weddings after ours and noticing what other photographers are like. Notably, my husband’s sister got married a couple weeks ago, and his parents had nothing but amazing things to say about Michelle and her work and style after working with his sister's photographer. I mean, the others were OK , but definitely didn't have the same attention to detail, professionalism or take the time to make us look good, whether it was the family photos or couple or bridal party photos as Michelle. And her turnaround time for photos was amazing-we had our USB drive with all of our 1500 high resolution wedding images in our hands 10 days after our wedding!

After looking at so many different photographers we chose Michelle to shoot our special day. She was so great to work with, and made us feel so comfortable. Also, very professional. She arrived early and made everything really easy for me and listened to my ideas. All of our photos turned out amazing. Just a tip to future brides: try and consolidate your family photo groupings. I realized standing for an hour+ right after the ceremony trying to herd people was frustrating. Overall, we were so happy with our photos and will keep them forever.

The wedding day: I'm adding onto my original review to speak to Michelle's and Trent's amazing work at our wedding! If you want beautiful and timeless photos that capture the energy and excitement of your wedding day, photos that will be framed in your home for the rest of your life, I highly suggest Michelle's photography. She is so personable and friendly that I felt like I had an additional friend throughout the day, but she also floored me with the beautiful photos she captured. Something I didn't already know about Michelle is that she captures so much detail; we got ready at my childhood home and she had gone around capturing pictures of heirlooms from my late grandmother, my mother's garden, and my beloved cat who was trotting around enjoying the hubbub. During wedding planning, we booked Michelle for an additional hour last minute in order to capture certain moments during the day, and she was flexible if not eager to be available for us. I have a wonderful memory of Michelle standing to the side during the reception, just enough so I saw her out of the corner of my eye, so that she could say goodbye for the evening and I'm so glad she did - I wanted to give this woman a HUGE hug for being such an amazing photographer and capturing our day in the best and most marvelous light. Thank you, Michelle!! The engagement shoot: I found Michelle from thorough online searching; when I finally met Michelle at a coffee shop, it was like a breath of fresh air! She had arrived early and was set up at the largest table, was upbeat and friendly, someone who you walk away from and feel like is already a good friend. We had our engagement shoot last week and within 24 hours we were reviewing our photos, then had all photos within a couple days! They were STUNNING; I’m thrilled with them, she has a remarkable eye and we have had raving compliments from others! Although we were blessed with a balmy 30 degree day, I can only attribute the amazing experience to Michelle’s great attitude; she’s excited to be with you, helping you through a vision she might have, with funny rabbit trails if she suddenly sees the right thing in the right moment (she even caught us in laughing fits after complete failures of being awkward people, and those pictures ended up being lovely and some of my favorites!). Where to begin...from our very first meeting, Michelle was absolutely fantastic! I am so unbelievably glad I chose Michelle to take our wedding photos. I had actually been following her pictures for years getting inspiration on posing and lighting ideas and it was not a hard decision at all choosing her for our wedding day. She is so easy to talk to and to get to know, it was like I had a good friend following me around all day! I had lots of questions before our big day and she was really good about responding right away and giving me good advice. Michelle was AMAZING to work with. She captured our entire day in just a few 1000 pictures ;). My fiancé and I were so lucky to work with her. She would answer my emails right away and help me with any questions I had. Our first time meeting Michelle we knew she was amazing! She arrived before us and had everything set up for our meeting. This was our first thing on the wedding checklist to check off and Michelle made it so easy. We had our engagement photos on a VERY cold day in December and she captured many amazing pictures in those cold few hours. We are not the most photogenic people and Michelle changed that – she made it so easy to be in front of the camera. The wedding day was perfect; Michelle arrived early to get everything ready. Of course we were running behind schedule, but she helped us get back on track and organized. We had the most gorgeous weather on our wedding day and she would find the perfect spot with the sun shining just right to make perfect pictures. We had about 20 people in our wedding party (not including 4 little ring bear and flower girls under 8 years old). She got everyone in their spot and managed to get the 4 younger ones in their spot and captured the moment. We gave Michelle a list of whom we wanted to get pictures with during the wedding day (she provided a form for us and we filled it out). She managed to get every picture on the list and more! I could not get enough compliments from family and friends on how great our photos turned out and how amazing of a job Michelle did. Here I sit about 2 weeks after our wedding and we already have our pictures!! I can’t believe how fast she got them back to us. Michelle is amazing at what she does and it shows through the pictures. Jimmy and I will have these photos forever and be able to show our kids. Every time we look at the photo’s I know we will be able to relive the entire day over again. We will be back to get more pictures in the future and would recommend every single one of our family and friends to go to Michelle.

Michelle and Trent were awesome to work with! They captured so many details that I wasn't even aware of until we got the pictures back. All the pictures turned out amazing, and we were dealing with 95 degree weather with extreme humidity! :) What my husband and I enjoyed the most was Michelle's calm personality. On your wedding there is so much going on, so we felt at ease that both her and Trent were very relaxed all day. Most of the time we didn't even notice they were there, so to have all the pictures we got back - blew us away!!

I couldn't be more thrilled that Michelle Huber was our wedding photographer. She has an amazing eye and is such a professional. We got to know Michelle over the course of two super fun engagement shoots, one in downtown Minneapolis and one at her property in Prescott. The images from our engagement sessions were beautiful. By the day of our wedding we felt like we really knew Michelle, and there was nobody I would have rather had follow me around all day, especially because I get stressed out having my picture taken and it takes someone really good to make me feel comfortable. One of the best things about the day was Michelle interacting with our 4 year old ring bearer and flower girl - she could manage our 14 person bridal party and rather large family, including these two squirrelly kids and two babies, like a total pro. The images turned out fantastic, the lighting is gorgeous (we had a cloudy/rainy day and had to take a lot of pictures inside and they still turned out phenomenal). Also, I couldn't believe how fast we got the images back! Michelle kept an eye out for potential issues, like our tall centerpieces being in the way of pictures during speeches and at dinner, and she proactively arranged with us so that she could capture the images she knew we would want. Michelle caught all the photos we wanted on our list and then some. I loved the pictures she took around my mom's house (my childhood home) in the morning as we were getting ready, and the photos of our gorgeous tables and centerpieces and many of our guests at the reception and on the dance floor. She has so much knowledge and experience about the wedding business. This being the first wedding I've ever planned among my family and close friends, her knowledge and expertise was invaluable. We would have been lost without Michelle! She is so nice and fun to be around, and I would 100% recommend her for her talent and professionalism. We hope to have Michelle photograph more portraits for us in the future. I know we will cherish our wedding photos for years to come, and we had such a positive experience working with Michelle.

10-star excellence here folks. Michelle was just awesome. She has an absolute gift spotting locations, lighting, and poses that made unreal shots. She has the perfect combination of creativity, friendliness, flexibility, professionalism, and "easy-going-go-with-the-flow" that a photographer is supposed to have. I've never enjoyed being in photos and thought making me look good was going to be a full-time gig that weekend but she smoked-it. It was completely painless. They made it so easy! Both of them worked really hard that weekend and it showed-we really appreciate it. We enjoyed having them there with us too! The groom and I were a little shy in front of the camera but her laid-back personality and great ideas helped us feel at ease while capturing so many beautiful photos. We had the best weekend ever with Michelle and her husband Trent. While our wedding wasn't a destination wedding for us, it was for many of our friends and family. Because of this we wanted to photograph the whole weekend to capture all the memories we had and ones we weren't able to see. By the end of the weekend they were just another set of wedding guests- our nearest and dearest! At the initial meet Michelle blew us away with her bubbly personality, her artistic eye and the quality of her photos and photo products. We were thrilled with our choice. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. My husband hates taking pictures, and she made him laugh, smile and look natural in both the engagement and wedding photos. She was very relaxed but worked her butt off our wedding weekend and captured so many photos of things and interactions I wasn't even able to notice on our day. She epitomizes flexibility but didn't let the quality suffer in any way. It was an outdoor wedding, something that I think can be a real challenge for photographers but our photos were absolutely beautiful and many complimented both their work and winning personalities. I didn't fret over pictures at all that weekend as I knew we were in excellent hands- and I was right!

I wish there were more stars to give! When I was searching for photographers online and came across Michelle, I had this magical " AH-HA" moment. It was such a great feeling to be so certain that I wanted her to capture the big day. Michelle and her husband, Trent, were a great team. Michelle's photos were way above and beyond my expectations! (and I would consider myself to be obsessed with photos). She did two engagement sessions (winter and summer) and our wedding, and I have gotten so many complements on her photos! On top of that, she has a very sweet personality and is fun to be around! Michelle was referred to us by my beautician and choosing her to be our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. Michelle did our wedding and engagement photos and she was absolutely amazing. She had great suggestions as to location and what to wear for our engagement photos and our wedding photos were incredible. When we show our friends and family our wedding photos they cannot believe how well Michelle was able to capture all of the emotions of the day.
