Where do we begin? Michelle made our wedding day something special. She was like having an old friend shoot our wedding, we were that comfortable with her. We cannot say enough about her and her second shooter, Amy, they were so organized and full of energy; they managed our time and our wedding party so well. Michelle managed to created special moments for us while also capturing them. I'll share a few. My mom and I were nervous about where to stage the getting ready photos, but Michelle arrived and before you knew it she had taken gorgeous shots of my dress and sweet candids of my bridesmaids helping my mom figure out the buckle on her shoes. My husband and I did shots alone on the beach with Michelle and Amy and before leaving they asked if there was anything else we had in mind. I shyly asked if I could do some photos in the water; Michelle immediately hiked up her pants and hopped in the water with me. Splashing around in the frigid bay water remains one of my favorite memories of the day. Finally, Michelle spirited my husband and I away for sunset photos during our reception; running through the hotel in our wedding garb as Michelle clutched all her gear was yet another fantastic moment. I realized that day that aside from your new partner, you spend most of the time with your photographer. I can't imagine spending that day with anyone other than Michelle. With Michelle you get so much more than beautiful photographs: you get to spend the day with a lovely, bubbly personality who can't wait to get great photos with you. There are a lot of photographers on the Cape, but there's only one Michelle. We'd get married again just to spend another day with her.

Michelle and Amy were amazing! We had so much fun with them and they were so understanding of our crazy family who kept trying to jump into formal pictures. We also got shots in 3 different locations and she timed the sunset shoot perfectly.

Michelle was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From our first conversation to meeting for coffee to go over all of the details for the big day, I knew she was going to be a fun photographer to work with. From the second she arrived to my suite for "getting ready" pictures, she made myself and everyone else feel comfortable and excited. She really is a ray of sunshine, so friendly and incredibly professional. Michelle and her assistant, Amy, felt more like friends at the end of the night to not only my husband and I, but to the entire wedding party and our family. If you are looking for an INCREDIBLE photographer for your wedding, engagement session, etc. definitely choose Michelle Kaye. She is not only a gem of a person, but her work is also stunning. She is able to capture all of the love in the room in one photo, and we can't wait to have our beautiful pictures for the rest of our lives. Michelle really outdid herself for our wedding! She exceeded our expectations in every way. She went the extra mile to get unique, unforgettable shots. She worked tirelessly to capture every angle and special moment of our day. Whether it was running outside to shoot us through the window for our champagne toast, grabbing beautiful moonlit portraits at twilight time or cheerfully treading through the brush to get just the right organic framework, she just astounded us with her artistry and dedication. She captured the full range of emotions on our wedding day. She took time and listened to what we wanted, made sure we got every shot on our list, and took special effort to make us feel and look glamorous and beautiful on our wedding day. Michelle's great, upbeat attitude made the formal portraits fun and breezy. She studied the venues we'd chosen and considered the time of day and the light before shooting, and boy did her studying pay off! She does amazing things with light and color, bringing out the individual beauty of her subjects and their surroundings. We couldn't be happier with Michelle's work and really enjoyed working with her. She knew how to get all the right shots without being intrusive and was a joy to be around. Michelle is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about how fantastic she made our wedding day! From the moment we met Michelle we knew we wanted her to be the one to capture all the memories of our special day! She has so much energy and excitement - she was as excited about our wedding as we were! She is also very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about weddings and actually helped me with a lot of my planning just by asking a few simple questions and giving me some much needed advice! The week of my wedding was horrible weather - rain and wind, non-stop all week and was going to continue through the weekend. Michelle was the one that kept me from having a nervous breakdown over the weather report! She was so excited and sent me all sorts of great ideas of things we could do despite the weather forecast. Knowing she had all sorts of ideas up her sleeve really helped calm me down! And of course the day of the wedding was crazy as they always are but she was right there with a solution any time anything came up. She is not just a photographer! She is a seamstress (fixed my dress when I almost lost the whole thing on the dance floor!), a wedding coordinator, crowd controller and so much more! She even has bribes in her bag to keep the kids behaving during pictures! I truly could not have made it through my day without her! And let's not forget about the photography.....absolutely incredible! We are so thrilled with how our pictures came out! Everyone we have showed them to comments on how fantastic they are. Wedding photos are not cheap but I guarantee you that Michelle is worth every penny! She is an absolute delight to work with and I cannot wait to have another event for her to photograph. Creative and fun, makes the day enjoyable while capturing beautiful images.

When I was looking for a photographer I tried to find someone located in the Cape Cod area that would be familiar with the setting and not have to travel far to our venue. From the first day I contacted Michelle she immediately wanted to get to know myself and then fiance better so she could learn about our style and what we were looking for in a photographer. She wanted to meet in person but I was in NY so she offered to Facetime! At first I was a little hesitant to Facetime someone I had never met but Michelle was so friendly and answered all of my questions. We communicated mainly through email for the months leading up to my wedding and it was easy to communicate. I did not meet Michelle until the morning of my wedding and she immediately got to work. We didn't take that many of the getting ready photos but I think Michelle just didn't want to push us to take photos instead of focusing on getting ready. A few more fun ones would have been good. We chose not to do a first look to stay traditional which meant we would have to take our formal photos right after our ceremony. However we also really didn't want to miss our cocktail hour. We cut down our formal list a lot to accommodate this and well we got some nice formal photos there are a few shots I am sad to say we missed but we did get to experience our cocktail hour. Michelle stuck to the formals we requested but I wish we took more of them, specifically just the bride photos with family and just the groom photos with family and more with the groomsmen and bridesmaids. Also while taking our formal photos they were so fast and I was worried that they weren't coming out but I think they might have been working so fast as Michelle and her assistant were just trying to stick to our request to not miss our cocktail hour. During the cocktail hour and reception Michelle and her assistant Andrew got a lot of great candid photos and I loved the ones taken during our first dance. Right as our reception was getting close to the end I asked Michelle if we could go take some photos down on the sand and she gladly agreed I just wish we had done so early because all of sudden our DJ came running to say things were ending. Our venue was so amazing and I wished we got a few more water view photos together and maybe with my family. Overall Michelle is a great photographer who does exactly as you request and is very willing to get in the bush or whatever crazy position to get a great shot. The only thing I really wish was different is if she offered more of her own ideas to the bride and groom. She is the professional and I know some bride and grooms would get annoyed to be asked to take different photos but in the end the amazing photos that they get will make it all worthwhile. If you are getting married in Cape Cod book with Michelle you will have the most sweet and kind photographer around!

We we're so happy with Michelle from the first time we met her. She was funny and enjoyable to be around. We knew we wanted someone who we'd like - knowing she'd be with us ALL day - and also who could take charge and get people organized. She really exceeded our expectations on both fronts. Michelle was super easy to work with, providing regular check-ins before the wedding to see how things were going, provide more information, etc. She also agreed at the last minute to come to our rehearsal and shoot for us there. We are looking forward to some really great, more casual photos, and the impromptu "engagement" session she shot for us! The whole day of the wedding Michelle was a mad woman! She got in beautiful shots of our dresses and other effects, turned a seemingly old barn garage into a stunning backdrop, and was smiling and laughing with us from behind the camera the whole time, which helped create an energy we were all excited to be a part of! Michelle's physical energy was also insurmountable - she was climbing, running, and laying down in the street to get the best shots. She and her second shooter were always on the move but it was hardly noticeable - they were professional and polite and even guests of the wedding were impressed with their performance. Hiring Michelle was one of the best decisions my husband and I made throughout the wedding! We're so happy we had her with us to capture our day!

Where do I even begin. There isn't enough space or time to write how amazing, and wonderful she is. My fiancé and I had her do our engagement photos. Her work is spectacular. We couldn't have been happier with our photo session, her great persnality, the time she took with us, her passion, and her great personality. She treats each photo as if it were her own family, making the experience truly special. I am so beyond grateful to have had her record this special moment in our lives. Thank you so much!!

On my wedding day things were as crazy as all brides think they won't be. I remember certain parts of the day vividly, but the rest are a complete blur. Now, years later, I still have the amazing photos Michelle took at our wedding. Not only the ones we requested, but many others we love and could never have thought of! She took the time to take photos that showed us parts of the reception and ceremony that we would have otherwise missed. She was ever-present but I barely remember her or her assistant being around. I can't say enough about her professionalism, product and sincere enjoyment of OUR day!
