Michelle March Photography

My experience with Michelle March was a terrible one. We met in person,spoke several times, exchanged several emails and discussed concepts. We finalized a date, price, requirements and responsibilities. We verbally agreed on a final price and that was followed by me sending a final contract and payment. I chose her as my photographer and she accepted. I informed her I had mailed contract and payment. A couple days later, she informed my wedding planner via email that she accepted another contract from another client for my wedding date and would not be able to complete what she had already verbally and in writing agreed to do. She never even called to give a first right of refusal , having full knowledge that my check and contract were in the mail and received. I have email proof that there was an agreement reached for my wedding date. This shows lack of professionalism , customer service,and overall poor business performance. If you try to negotiate with her just know she may double book a client and offer you inferior service which was not agreed upon. When I emailed her to discuss the issue , she completely shirked all responsibility and was " sorry to hear that I felt disappointed ". This shows lack of accountability for her actions and overall lack of integrity. If you are looking for someone honest, reliable, and professional, look elsewhere ! There are plenty of talented photographers who are not willing to compromise their reputation by conducting themselves in a shady and dishonest manner.

everyone must take my advice and hire michelle march as their wedding photographer! i have researched photographers in the south florida area for months now and have not found a photographer of her quality, service, pricing and most importance her passion and hard work. she was an absolute pleasure to work with and i recommend her to all modern brides looking for a classic take on modern photography! you will not be sorry!
