he wedding date gathering all information for our layout and vendors we had hired for our event. She coordinated all paperwork and schedule arrival times for all our vendors making the last 45 days before our wedding a breeze as she took on all communication and logistical operations. On the day of the event, they arrived on time and immediately got to work! They kept us either on schedule or ahead of schedule and took the best care of myself and my husband. They made sure we had hors d’oeuvres and drinks waiting for us after the ceremony, had time to eat our dinner and cake, and helped us pack up our decorations after the reception! Their services were such a blessing and we are so lucky we came across them. We will always recommend Michelle Phu Events and use them for every event we have!

Michelle outdid herself - she was extremely thorough in all of our calls and prepared me well for the day of our wedding. When I got to the venue, I didn't have to worry about anything because Michelle seamlessly set everything up and had all of the vendors set up in a timely manner. I've always been the "planner" of my friend groups, student organizations, and work events for 100+ attendees. As a result, I'm usually the one running around and making sure things go smoothly and then reviewing the event to see what could be made better. I did NOT do any of that when Michelle was in charge. She handled everything flawlessly. We had a long engagement and she helped us with every single detail and had the BEST vendors to choose from based on the vibe that we wanted. She was knowledgable of the Vietnamese traditions that we wanted to incorporate into our wedding and knew the vendors who would best make that dream a reality. During the planning process, she put together this amazing 12 page moodboard with every detail from what the welcome table looks like, to the actual color scheme which helped us visualize what everything would look like together. As a Project Manger, it was SO nice to have someone who just came to me with a list of trusted vendors who I could vet and decide to move forward with. Her and her team were timely, so so detailed, organized, and helped add onto our ideas with amazing creativity based on their experience. Now let's talk about the day of! I was fully expecting to be a bundle of nerves and for the day to go by in a blur which is what a lot of people tell you. But with all the prep work already done, it came as a surprise to me that the morning of, I wasn't nervous at all, just excited and full of joy and happiness that our big day was there. And the day did NOT go by in a blur - I remembered every single part and it was the best day of my life. Getting ready was so smooth and calm and her team even had a whole kit to help when I was having a button issue on my dress and veil issue we found out about right before walking down the aisle. But it wasn't a big deal because her team had solves! I didn't have to think about where or when I needed to be places and it was so smooth. Once we said our I do's we got to what we thought would be the dreaded picture time. The best part of it was that Michelle was the light throughout the pictures because she made sure we actually got to eat our delicious appetizers and had drinks ready as soon as the bar opened. The reception went so smooth, our vendors were SO awesome, and Michelle was there to help guide us throughout the traditions we wanted to incorporate. We had a blast and she even had drinks already packed in our getaway car :) If you're debating on hiring a planner, do it. And hire Michelle. She was an expert and had every little detail thought of throughout the process that I wasn't familiar with. Of all the vendors you need to hire during the planning process, I would 100% invest in Michelle to plan the entire thing because it will be so much more fun. I had the best day of my life and I account a lot of that for the work that Michelle and her team did!!
