edly kept me focused and STILL made me look good in pictures! My husband and I don't love getting our photos taken, but we never felt awkward and love how they turned out. The way she shoots with light is breathtaking. If you need a stunning wedding photographer that can also double as a therapist, Michelle is definitely your girl!

oth! I really wanted a photographer who wouldn't make me feel awkward while posing and Michelle was exactly what I was looking for! She was perfectly able to capture our emotions while helping us to relax and have fun. I am so glad we found her!

ave a very large family (I am the 10th out of 11 siblings, and the majority of them have a lot of kids). Michelle was able to quickly get everyone together and organized for the family portraits. Our family members kept commenting on how fun she was and how much they enjoyed her. Her calm demeanor and sense of humor helps so, so much with wedding day nerves. Trust me ladies, you want that on your wedding day!
I could go on and on about the photos! She truly captures the moment! The pictures take you right back in time so you are able to remember and feel the emotions all over again. Her work is beautiful. Her work is real.
I think one of the reasons Michelle's photos come out so awesome is the fact that she takes the time to really get to know her clients. I greatly appreciate the effort she made to communicate with us. I felt like we got to know her and she got to know us, our backstories, and our current situation. This helped so much when it came time to take the photos.
With Michelle, it didn't feel like we were just posing for photos for a hired photographer. Instead, we got to have this incredible and joyous experience with our friend (who just happened to be behind the camera ;) ).
Above and beyond would be the perfect description for Michelle!! Michelle became an instant friend! Organized and extremely professional...she helped make the timeline that kept t...
he entire day moving smoothly. Everyone felt very comfortable around her and she was so graceful that sometimes you even forgot she was there. The pictures are gorgeous and exactly what we envisioned!!
From the engagement session to the sendoff, Michelle could not have been better! The second you meet her, she’s a friend.
Some vendors drop the ball with communication, but Michel...
le stays on top of every detail. Very professional on the business end of things.
On my actual wedding day, she handled my complicated family dynamic, last minute schedule changes & planned for any possible hiccups. She is also very adventurous and showed no fear walking on the edge of cliffs to get that perfect shot.
Such an easy going personality but not afraid to take charge when she feels the wedding photos are being interrupted against the bride and groom’s wishes. We would never tell our families, but looking back our favorite memories of our wedding day are of us alone with Michelle there reminding us to take it all in. Those few quiet moments together were incredible, happy, and peaceful with her there capturing the best of our day. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
Michelle is the kind, easy-going photographer you want by your side on your wedding day! She’ll make you feel beautiful, confident, and at ease all while capturing some incredible ...
moments from your day. She has a way of “seeing” the moments you don’t even know you want photographed!
We loved having Michelle as a part of our special day. Things that every bride should know:
-She did a wonderful job of preparing us for the day. We sat down ahead of time and hammered out the details of family photos, family dynamics, and timeline.
-She kept us on track and on our schedule for the day! She knew how to gracefully tell family members to step aside for the next photo and how to keep the “divas” in line.
-She reminded us to enjoy the moment over and over again... which is an important quality you don’t know you need in a photographer... but you do!
-She thinks “outside-the-box” with how she takes her photos and you don’t get the stuffy wedding photos of the past!

Michelle and Trey spend time capturing the bride and groom separately as well as together. Their attention to family dynamics, the bride and groom stress level, and overall awareness made our day so much better. I can't imagine getting through the day without them.
Michelle Taulbee Photography deserves 5 stars in every sense. We picked our date based on HER availability. That is how good she is. Michelle is absolutely wonderful and you will not regret booking her for your special day!

hotographer. They're not only extremely talented, but they're welcoming and kind. They make you feel extremely comfortable and helped make our day fun. I feel like it's very important to have trust in who you select to shoot your special day, and I knew from the beginning that I could trust the two of them. The photos they captured were absolutely breathtaking and I will forever be grateful for them. We look forward to using them in the future for family photos and we will continue to refer people to them so they to, can have the experience we had. Thank you so much Michelle and Trey for everything!

ctures she has given us. Actually, I'm a bit obsessed with the pictures. She's AMAZING! She is so fun, and so great at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. She even made the PDA shots (which I was a little nervous about) super relaxed and we were able to laugh our way through our shoot. I know she will do an amazing job on our wedding day and I will use her again and again for all my picture needs!

and Trey's work from the beginning and dreamed of having them be my wedding photographers. When they agreed to photograph my wedding, I was beyond ecstatic and, from that moment on, did not worry one bit that my wedding pictures would be anything but amazing (which they were of course). It is difficult to put into words all of the little things that my husband and I noticed that Michelle and Trey did which made us feel at ease on a day that can be very stressful and helped us to enjoy it even more than we would have. You can tell that these two truly love what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I look forward to working with them again.

that's saying something!) service from the Taulbee's has been given to me now- months after our wedding.
Just a few weeks ago, the jump drives where my pictures were stored were stolen. Though they weren't the most costly of my things that were gone, they were the most valuable to me. I emailed Michelle in tears that I may have lost some of my most treasured memories. She was so sweet and reassuring that everything would be fine. She has since emailed me the links to my pictures again and all is right with the world!
Michelle and Trey are precious people who are instrumental in capturing some of the most joyous moments in the lives of many!

Photography is for you. From our engagement photos to our wedding day, Michelle and Trey were there capturing every moment. MTP made us feel comfortable, they didn't rush us, but they also took their time to make sure that were capturing the special moments. Michelle and Trey are two dear friends of mine and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not just because they are friends, but because they are passionate about what they do and they enjoy telling stories through photos. My wife and I were very pleased with our photos and I know you would be too.

arried. The amount of work they put in is well worth the money, which is very reasonable to begin with. They cut down on picture time by Michelle being with the girls and Trey being with the guys on the wedding day, which is VERY helpful. They made us feel so comfortable taking pictures and they are great comedic relief! I'm so glad I chose Michelle Taulbee Photography!

From helping me fix the pitiful job the stylist did on my hair, keeping me calm when Dad left his tux at home (1 hour before the ceremony and 25 miles away), to keeping my bridesmaids sober. She is truly the best! Trey captured some awesome and hilarious moments of the guys. Every single picture was so perfect, all of my family and friends are so impressed with album.
Michelle is the only photographer I will go with in the future.
