I have been cooking since the the age of 7 years old,being raised in a family full of cooks. At a young age I knew this was something I could do forever and wanted to learn more about. After finishing high school I pursued my passion for Culinary and start Ai Charlotte. This would not only change my life but also my whole perspective of cooking. I started to learn techniques I never knew and cooking foods I never heard of. It was breathe taking and mesmerizing that I was doing exactly what I visioned myself doing. Cooking is not only my career, this is my passion and every day I strive to be better in every feild and with every customer. My promise to every client is top food and service.

final bite of dessert, everything was flawless. We had 200 guests and wanted a high-end, high-quality menu that fit our budget, and Mick’s Kitchen delivered beyond our expectations.
The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and packed with flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the perfectly cooked prime rib, the tender herb-crusted chicken, and the exquisite seafood selections. The side dishes were just as incredible—rich, creamy mac and cheese, perfectly seasoned vegetables, and the most delicious garlic mashed potatoes we’ve ever had.
Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They ensured everything ran smoothly, from setting up the elegant buffet to making sure our guests were well taken care of. The plated dinner service was seamless, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect.
