Booking and Communication: Booking with Mid City Transit was a breeze. The process was straightforward, and their team was responsive and accommodating to our needs.
Flexibility and Accommodation: A week before the wedding, we realized we needed to add a second round of pick-up and drop-off times. Mid City Transit accommodated our request with ease, demonstrating their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. On the day of the wedding, our last shuttle was scheduled to leave at 11:10 pm. However, they kindly waited until 11:20 pm for the bride and groom, allowing us to enjoy a few extra moments with our guests before heading back to the hotel.
Overall Experience: Mid City Transit provided top-notch service on our wedding day. Their willingness to accommodate last-minute changes and their patience in waiting for us at the end of the night were greatly appreciated. The transportation was seamless, and our guests were well taken care of.
