Seriously the best food! From apps to main dishes! Friends and family from all over the country loved their BBQ. Truthfully, we wanted them as our caterer after meeting Joshua and his team at a vendor fair and he said “I know there’s a lot going on, just let me feed you” and the food did not disappoint. They were so easy to deal with while planning, dealing with a last minute venue change, and the day of experience. I will recommend Midnight BBQ any chance I can.

everyone kept raving to us about how good the food was at our wedding! (especially the coleslaw, which people typically avoid lol) would 100% recommend Midnight for your event. not only was the food good, but they will answer you right away/good at communicating . we had to change the amount of people coming to the wedding and it was no issue.

Our wedding was on 3/14/25. Midnight BBQ was the best decision we made for our food. They are amazing and will make your guests leaving craving more. I had so many people tell me after the wedding how much they enjoyed it. We had brisket tacos, refried beans and brisket quest with chips! When I tell you there was no brisket left after the wedding, there was none! Our menu was an absolute hit.

The professionalism, quality of food and service, and easiness to work with was top notch! I am so happy we chose them for our big day! We couldn’t have picked someone better for our wedding! Josh went above and beyond and was so patient with my lack of knowledge on all things vendors and wedding related. He knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They fit in seamlessly to the ebbs and flows of the big day.
And the food! I had Canadian family who have never tasted brisket and seasoned Texas smoker veterans who all said the same thing. Best. Food. Ever. Don't sleep on Midnight Barbecue.
