an usual quantities and not provide safe passage-it's as critical as the wedding dress, officiant or catering services in my opinion. My only complaint is that the contract we had was for 12 hours of service-I was told repeatedly that we had use of the shuttle for 12 hours and it would come and go as needed, where ever we needed in that time frame. We got married in Bellaire, and most of our guests were staying either right at the Inn we got married at (no transportation needed), within walking distance or within about 2-3 miles of the Inn. Thus, we were not asking for the shuttle to cover a lot of miles, but did expect it to have no problem making runs until at least midnight since we didn't have pickup service start until 2 p.m. At about 11-11:30, the driver essentially said she was doing a last run because she had a three hour drive home-the first I was hearing of this-and she told me that in front of some of our guests. Thus, I felt completely cornered and forced to the tell the guests that were remaining that needed a ride back to their accommodations that they had to leave right then-even though we were reminiscing around a fire and not really ready to say good night. I did not appreciate that being sprung on me, more than 2.5 hours before our 12 hour window was up.
Otherwise, a wonderful service and I would still engage with them again should we need it.

o any questions I had when requesting a quote and booking the service. Our driver, I believe his name was Kevin, was awesome! He was early for our pick up time which was a huge stress reliever on the big day. The bus was clean and we had plenty of room - we had requested the black school bus (if available that day) and had roughly 16 people on the bus. The overall price is a little high however the overall experience was worth it! Midnight Madness definitely went above and beyond to work with us and ensure we had a smooth day in regards to transportation!

e than happy to do so. Getting a hold of them when you call isn't always guaranteed, but they always call back in a timely manner if you leave a message. They were on time, professional, and the driver was fun. It was extra nice that we got a purple bus (all of their buses are brightly colored in some way) so my guests could know that was the bus to look for. They even offered to take us out on the town after the wedding, we had the bus until 2:30am and the driver was great the entire time. I would definitely recommend Midnight Madness!

Finding the right transportation for your guests can be stressful and expense. I found Midnight Madness to be my easiest vendor to work with throughout my wedding planning process....
They were quick to respond on questions and were affordable and accommodating.

The bus was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time, with empty jello shot containers all over the floor and trash in the back of the bus. No one wanted to even sit down, so we ran back in the hotel to grab towels.
The driver wanted to dispute the contract at the end of the night (So luckily I was carrying it on me) screaming in my face as he wanted everyone off the bus at midnight and demanded his tip right then and there. We informed him we had it until 3 am and he didn't continue to drop off our bridal party until I had to get on the phone with the owner Mike.
It is not worth the hassle!
Mike did contact us the next day apologizing for the driver and the way he treated us and offered to send a $100 gift card that we still have not received. Needless to say we were very upset with the way the end of the night went and hope maybe they can learn from this. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

DO NOT have air conditioning so if your wedding or event is in the summer, that is something to keep in mind.
These buses are perfect for whatever event you have whether for your wedding, a bachelor or bachelorette party or just taking your bridal party out as a thank you.

e to comment on is their communication with customers. We booked our bus with payment in full 8 months prior to our wedding. I made contact with the company multiple times throughout the next couple months with questions or plans, they kept requesting me to call back in Sept as our wedding was in October. I then received a call 2 weeks prior to our wedding with a worker stating the specific bus I had requested/paid for in full 8 months prior was not available. I was extremely upset and angry I had to deal with this-what was the purpose of paying in full and booking so far in advance? I settled for a different bus they offered me (as I was told "that was my only option") and left it at that. The night before our wedding I received a call from the owner questioning which bus we wanted, etc. I told him I believed it was already taken care of?
Though we had some bumps, our experience the day of was awesome! I just wish Midnight Madness would have better communication and record keeping skills as to avoid causing stress on their customers.
