WOW! My wife and I got married here a month ago, and it was absolutely gorgeous! Terrace with retractable roof, Empire State Building views, spacious loft -- what more could you ask for?? This was actually the first venue we looked at, and we didn't bother looking anywhere else. Kadir, the building manager, was super friendly and helpful on the day. He even closed the roof for us right before the ceremony because it looked like a storm was coming in (and it started raining just a few minutes before the end of our ceremony!). Only words of caution: the contract is somewhat prohibitive, and all vendors you use will need to carry sufficient insurance coverage. It's very hard to DIY anything.

Midtown Loft & Terrace is an absolutely beautiful location. The terrace especially does not disappoint and has beautiful views of the city! The only reason we knocked down a star is due to the communication of the venue. We had to postpone due to COVID and, although they were gracious with booking our new date, there was absolutely no communication regarding COVID restrictions. When I would call to inquire, I was told I could get no information prior to 30 days before the event since guidelines change often. But I just wanted some info to know how many invites I could send at this point, etc. And, upon reaching 30 days prior to our wedding, we did not get the information we were told we would receive. Up to this point, the responses were "we'll reach out 30 days before the event." That was truly disappointing, given how expensive this venue is. Additionally, we felt nickel and dimed the entire time. Decoration additions are very expensive, which we opted to do anyway. But just something to note upfront. They charge for NOT USING an illuminated bar in their space. Things like this rubbed me the wrong way. Additionally, they charge you if you decide last minute to have the roof up or down on the terrace due to weather. We opted to have the rooftop open but, because we got married on a rainy day, the venue closed it while they were setting up. When we asked to open it, they said sure but if it rains, they will charge us $500 dollars to close it if it starts raining during the ceremony. We did know this upfront, but it seems a little crazy given that the rooftop is closed/opened using one button and takes only a couple of minutes to retract (as we saw on our wedding day). This venue is beautiful and its draw is definitely the rooftop terrace. It was an incentive for us to book here knowing that even if the weather was bad, we could still use the roof. It's just disappointing to know that you will get charged for this just because they can charge you. Not because it actually takes extra effort or anything. All in all, our wedding day was beautiful and went off without any issues (other than the argument over the roof). Our guests enjoyed themselves and our photos are beautiful! We do recommend this venue, but just want others to be aware of the extra costs upfront. Also want to note that Kadir, the venue manager, is great! He worked with us regarding the decorations and was also responsive to our questions.

We had the most dreamy wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrace! Almost every guest at our wedding came in from out of town, and we wanted to give them a New York City wedding to remember. This venue DEFINITELY delivered. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking, especially the Empire State Building. The terrace also has a retractable rooftop, and they were very accommodating with opening/closing it as the weather changed multiple times throughout the day/night. The loft space is very easy to customize and make your own. I would absolutely recommend this venue if you want to wow your guests with NYC as your backdrop!

I am from France and traveled to NYC to attend my child hood friends wedding. When I got the invite I checked out the site and was very impressed with the many nice images on the site. When I arrived it setup was very similar to the pictures . The space had up lights and drape ceiling and really is a special place in the heart of the city. The food and entertainment that evening was also great and overall was a magical evening .

I attended my cousins wedding here last year and had an amazing time from beginning to end. The caterer had a variety of food even a Sushi and and was all fresh and the staff was very professional. As for the venue the ambiance was very nice. They had up lighting every where .When walking into the building it was welcoming feeling with great energy . My husband and I danced all night and was a very memorable evening .

I had a really great experience at Midtown Loft and Terrace. We had our wedding there last month and it was perfect! The staff was so helpful with recommendations for vendors and really listened to all my needs, wants and concerns. The Loft is very nice but what really caught our attention was the Terrace. It has a glass enclosure so I was able to have guests on the Terrace enjoying the gorgeous view of the Empire State Building in November!! I couldn't have been happier to have my wedding there.

We had our wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrace last summer and it was spectacular! Just a dream come true!The flowers on the terrace were gorgeous and the vine and flower covered arch I got married under made for a perfect ceremony. The event manager , Kadir, was so helpful in making sure everything was running smoothly. I felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing. The loft had crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling which made it look extra glamorous! I definitely recommend Midtown Loft and Terrace!

I am a professional wedding photographer based out of Midtown West and I shoot at Midtown Loft and Terrace quite often. I have shot numerous corporate events as well as weddings and over the past 12 years I have been privileged to witness the astonishing progress this venue has made in terms of perfecting its appearance and comfort. Today, it is truly one of the best venues in Manhattan. First of all, it is conveniently located on the prestigious 5th avenue, right in the heart of New York City. It offers a spacious loft and a beautiful outdoor terrace with open views of the Empire State Building and 5th avenue. Both, the loft and the terrace are perfect for hosting any kind of event. An elegant retractable awning has been recently installed over the terrace so that guests can enjoy the outdoor setting and the beautiful views in any weather. I also love that there is a dedicated elevator that takes guests straight to the venue from the street level. On a different note, I would like to send a special recognition to the venue manager Kadir. He has always been very professional, friendly and hard-working, which makes working at this venue a breeze. One can rest assured that the event will be a success if the Kadir is in charge. He is always there but never in the way, making sure that everything runs smoothly and everyone is well taken care of. I highly recommend Midtown Loft & Terrace to anyone in search for a perfect venue in the hart of Manhattan.

We had our winter wedding on December 1st and it was absolutely fabulous. We had our ceremony on the terrace and our reception was on the 11th floor with the party to follow. We could not have asked for a better venue to marry like Midtown Loft and Terrace. Every single person we have worked with was amazing, helpful and professional. This was the first venue we have looked at and we felt in love with. This venue is everything we could have asked for and more. It’s classic, light, airy, amazing outdoor space with the terrace overlooking skyline, just simply beautiful. Thank you so much for our amazing memories made in Midtown Loft & Terrace.

My experience at the ML&T was awesome . I decided to tour the venue after viewing the many nice virtual tours on the site. The sales team was helpful in connecting me with a Vegan caterer . On my wedding day everything worked out as I envisioned it and very happy to have been married here.

I attended my friends wedding and was a bridesmaid. I was very impressed with the wedding from the moment I arrived. The lobby is right on 5th Avenue and was greeted by a doorman opening the door. The venue is on the top 2 floors of the building and the loft part is open and terrace has amazing views of the city skyline. The music , food and dj were all great and can't ask for more from a wedding.

Midtown Loft and Terrace is the perfect location and venue for a NYC wedding! It was everything I dreamed of and cant recommend it enough. The staff was so helpful and recommended a great caterer that also worked with our budget. We had our ceremony on the roof which has a glass enclosure. The views are incredible!! They offer lots of in house rentals which really made the space over the top. I hope I can have another event there one day!!!

Has a memorable wedding here . The staff was very helpful during the entire process and on my wedding day have many great pictures from the terrace. Since the weather was perfect on my wedding day, I have many amazing photos to choose from. There was also plenty of parking which was great for my guests, since many came from out of town. Overall a wonderful experience.

The staff members were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. After several conversations with our point person Genesis and meeting Keidir we knew we were in good hands. Our friends and family were so empresses by how beautiful the venue looked. This past weekend I went to a party at the Midtown Loft & Terrace and feel I have to tell everyone about this wonderful space. The evening started with drinks and hors d'oeuvres on the rooftop. We enjoyed views of the city and a beautiful sunset. I was able to take the elevator down one flight of stairs with my grandfather to a very spacious room suitable for any event. The food was superb, the wait staff attentive and courteous and the evening was a total success. I would recommend the Midtown Loft and Terrace to anyone looking for a space to have an event.

What a venue! We just held our wedding here and it was just outstanding. This is a hidden NYC gem. The terrace provides you close and personal views of the Empire State Building and the Loft is a spacious and beautiful space for dinner and dancing. It is as beautiful as NYC can be, not to mention convenient with its location on 5th and 29th in the heart of Flatiron. In walking distance of Madison Square Park and the historic Flatiron building, it is really a perfect place to lure family and friends to attend your nuptuals. We worked with the owner, Tarkan, as well as members of his staff and everything went without a hitch. We had a fantastic time as did our guests, who relished the NYC skyline views of the terrace. Could not imagine working with better people and getting married anywhere else. Truly reccomend this venue, and reccomend getting there early before word gets out....

My wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrace was fabulous! Their team was so helpful with rentals and finding the right caterer to meet our budget. Our guests were amazed by the view of NYC from the rooftop. If you want photos of quintessential Manhattan as your backdrop, look no further. The landscaped rooftop is a gem! The Loft is so open and can be transformed into anything. My day was perfect, thanks to Midtown Loft and Terrace and its amazing staff.

Having worked here many times for events, it was such a treat being the client for once. The staff and space are the best in the city! You get gorgeous views, the venue is setup so you can do as much or as little as you want, and it will look spectacular no matter what. Perfect location to have your ceremony and reception in the same venue.

I have worked through a third party catering company (Creative Foods Catering) at Midtown Loft and Terrace for a little over 2 years now. Located in the heart of a historically and contemporarily happening hot spot (Flatiron District), the terrace boasts cinematic views of the Empire State Building as well as sweeping panoramic sites of the rest of Midtown. The loft’s bright an airy ambiance sets up to welcome any sort of occasion; from weddings, proms and bar/bat mitzvahs, to corporate gatherings, formal functions and black tie soirees. The experienced and knowledgeable staff of sales specialist, event planners, and housemen make what can easily be a stressful and chaotic undertaking, a seamless and seemingly effortless execution. This space and the people in it leave a last impression with every guest they host.

Midtown Loft and Terrace is GEM! I feel so lucky to have had my wedding at such a magical venue. The views from the roof are quintessential to NYC and make for perfect wedding photos. The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to make sure my day was perfect. The loft space is very clean and so elegant with the perfect lighting. Midtown Loft was the perfect venue for our wedding! When we first got engaged, we knew we wanted to get married in the city. So, we came up with a long list of venues, and started off with Midtown Loft. No other venue came close to meeting our needs. We loved the customizability of the venue, the location, and amazing views of the Empire State Building and midtown. We even felt like we got two event spaces in one venue because we had our ceremony on the rooftop and reception downstairs in the Loft. Amber, Bridget, and Summer worked with us over the last year to figure all the logistics. They were friendly, professional to work with, and extremely supportive. Bridget, in particular, was flexible, and went above and beyond when working with our vendors, and that made the wedding day go very smoothly. Our guests still talk about our memorable wedding in a beautiful venue!

I was very happy with my wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrace! They helped make my dream wedding a reality! The loft itself is a perfectly clean palette that you can transform into anything your heart desires. They include really cool lounge furniture as well. The views from the roof are incredible. I cant stop looking at my wedding proofs! Not only is the space amazing but the staff was always super helpful with any request and question that I had. I cant wait to host another event here!! I had my wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrace just two weeks ago and I'm still on a high. Incredible venue, awesome staff and GREAT price for a Manhattan. I worked with Bridget and she was very sweet and attentive; she answered all my questions, allowed me to pop my head in every once in a while just to view the space for ideas. She even allowed me to drop off my decorations and beverages the evening before, which made the day of extremely smooth. I chose to do the ceremony on the rooftop and the reception in the Loft. The rooftop space is gorgeous, with a wonderful view of the Empire State building, great for photos and the Loft downstairs, is spacious and a beautiful space for a reception. Midtown L&T really brought my vision to life and I cant thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. FIVE stars all around!!!

My Wedding at the Midtown Loft and Terrace met my overall expectations . I rarely write reviews ,but felt compelled to do so . The space was clean on my wedding day despite an event taking place the night prior . I used a lot of their I house furniture and went with their in-house production company . They were as professional and friendly as the Mlt staff in the office . A lot of my family and friends live in the city and finding this oasis on 5th Avenue in Manhattan was very easy . The weather was also perfect not to hot or cold on the terrace and most important my guest all felt comfortable. I am happy to let others looking at this venue my positive opinion .

I recently attended my best friends wedding at the Midtown loft & Terrace, in which I was the maid of honor . I and was very impressed with the venue and felt compelled to write a review. To start it was easy to find parking at one of the lots near the venue and its on a prime location on 5th Avenue. The venue was very clean on the wedding day, even though I heard they had an event the night before. The event manager Kadir was friendly and helped out a lot . The roof top also was nicely landscaped and they have a retractable awning in which they roll out during inclement weather. Overall great space on a fantastic location

This is a unique event space with 2 level which accomidates ceremony and coctail hour on the roof, dinner and dancing on main floor. We got married at Midtownloft and Terrace in june of 2017. The venue was super clean and has spectacular view of the city. I must say they have one of the best fifth avenue entrance and the besst team to work with; Kadir and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a stress free day, he was exteremeley supportive and always had a positive attitude which is very important. I will definetely recommend them to anyone. We are soo happy we picked this venue out if 6 others we visited.

We got married at this lovely location back in hot August weekend last year, The view and the interior decor was stunning, their in house production company did an amazing job with draping the ceiling, chandelier and uplights. The roof itself is breath taking with soo many different varieties of flowers and trees. The space was spotless when we arrived and the crew there was very helpful to move our boxes . the bathrooms were clean, ac worked well to cool off the space with 180 people plus all the candles, Overall l was very happy l went with this venue, I highly recommend this venue,

Midtown Loft and Terrace was the perfect venue! The costs were reasonable, the location was convenient and the terrace was amazing. The team at ML&T was great. The loft space where we had dinner and dancing was perfect. The terrace was absolutely beautiful, I can't say enough good things about it. I received so many compliments from people that it was the perfect NYC wedding.

My husband and I had our August 2017 wedding at Midtown Loft & Terrace, and we are beyond happy that we chose this location out of the many. This venue set the perfect backdrop for an amazing, fun and beautiful wedding in the heart of Manhattan (a dream come true)! We had our ceremony on their lovely rooftop terrace. This started the day off perfectly as our guests walked into a space with well-manicured greenery/plants, an open layout, natural light, and one-of-a-kind views of the skyline and the Empire State Building! (Although we were lucky enough to have a perfect weather day for an outdoor terrace ceremony and cocktail hour, I will add that it was so nice to know that the terrace had a back-up plan with a retractable roof and sliding windows should we have needed it. Not worrying about weather conditions helped alleviate a lot of stress during the planning phase.) We then had our reception in the loft, conveniently one floor below. We loved the modern, clean, open and natural look of the space as well as all the options to add uplighting, modern furniture, ceiling decor, etc. The space was perfect for a wonderful party, which we were able to customize and make our own! Working with the Midtown Loft & Terrace team members throughout various elements of planning, getting additional vendor recommendations, and day of operations was great --Tarkan, Bridget, Amber, Kadir and Mike were all very helpful! Our guests (a lot of which traveled from around the world or made their first trip to NYC are still talking about how unique and special this wedding was, which couldn’t have been possible without the help of this great venue.)

This venue checks all of the boxes! Amazing location (5th avenue-central), rooftop views, recently renovated, and the team delivers over the top customer service. We worked with Bridget who went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. The enclosed roofdeck they just remodeled is beautiful and the views outside of the Empire State Building are the perfect photo backdrop. You get a lot of space and value for your money here especially given the location. We loved the fact that we could bring in our own vendors but if that is overwhelming they have a great list of recommended vendors to get you started!

We had our wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrace, We had a phenomenal wedding day! the money spent was well worth it. The ceremony was on the Terrace which was so upscale and elegant with a modern retractable awning but at the same time rustic look brick walls. All my guests are still raving about how beautiful, elegant, and unforgettable my wedding day was. Beautiful venue with an amazing rooftop garden where you can have a spectacular view of Empire State Building. We went with their in house production company; the sound system was great, up lights totally changed the entire room, especially on the rooftop up lights were great choice on brick walls. They also provided brand new clean white chairs for our wedding. I would highly recommend you using Kadar as an event manager, He was great to work with. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we were satisfied with everything from beginning to end. Our experience was amazing with Midtown loft and Terrace, All of our guests loved the venue. We have nothing negative to say about this place. Thank you Midtown Loft staff for our dream wedding and still remember this day as though it was yesterday. FIVE STAR, High class, super clean event space, absolutely stunning!, I recommend it to all.

We just hosted our daughter's wedding at the Midtown loft and Terrace last weekend. It is an amazing venue. Bridgette And Amber were extremely helpful in the months leading up to the event. The staff that was on site for the wedding was all extremely helpful polite and courteous. They made the day run perfectly. It is an amazing venue with amazing views. I get it my highest recommendation.

I recently got married here and felt compelled to post a review since it was a wonderful experience. The MLT staff was very professional and really happy I went with their production company since they made the ambiance nicer with draped ceiling and uplighting and was for a reasonable rate. They are also located right on 5th Avenue. I only have positive things to say and is worthy of 5 stars.

My sister recently got married here and everything was wonderful. The space was delivered in clean condition and views of the city skyline and Empire State Building was amazing. It did happen to rain that day ,but luckily the venue came with a retractable awning. I rarely write reviews but am happy to write this one and give this place 5 stars

Midtown Loft and Terrace is a gorgeous venue. My husband and I held our wedding here on August 23, 2014. The ceremony was held on the terrace as well as cocktail hour. The views are gorgeous. You have an amazing view of the Empire State Building. My guest couldn't stop complimenting the venue. Our reception was held on the loft level which is very spacious. My husband and I are very pleased with our decision in choosing MLT. Amber, Bree and Kadir, MLT staff made the experience great. Throughout the process they were helpful, kind and patient. Patience is so key when you are working with brides. I highly, highly recommend Midtown Loft and Terrace.

I loved having my wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrace; the roof is gorgeous, with well-maintained flowers, a trellis, great lighting... and an unbeatable view. It was romantic and New York-y at the same time. The ML&T staff were super helpful throughout; very patient and flexible and clear. Our guests had a great time and so did we. This Venue is an amazing place for having a wedding. It's in a building that has a nice Lobby which is hard to find in NYC unless you book a venue in a hotel. Unlike most hotels in NYC this venue is on the top two floors of the building .We had the ceremony on the terrace with the Empire State Building and city skyline in the backdrop and our reception one floor below. The terrace was also nicely landscaped which created a wonderful ambience for my family and guests. I also have many nice pictures with the Empire State Building in the backdrop. The indoor space on the terrace was also very welcoming and the loft below was delivered in clean condition. The space was priced well and includes a lot such as furniture and staff and overall I highly recommend this venue.

I am very elated to have made the choice of having my wedding reception and ceremony at the Midtown Loft & Terrace. The space was immaculately clean on our wedding day and my guests were all impressed with the views of the Empire State Building and city skyline from their landscaped Terrace. Their website has amble amount of photos from past weddings that they hosted,and even a virtual tour which made planning easier. Their staff also provided me with a variety of setup options and an extensive list of recommended caterers and vendors. Another reason my husband and I felt compelled to go with this venue was because we had a caterer in mind, and they allowed us to bring in that caterer for no extra charge. Overall if you are looking to get married in NYC , The Midtown Loft & Terrace is the place to celebrate this special occasion.

Our wedding was went flawless from beginning to end. To start the view of the Empire State Building was amazing and my guests are still raving about it. The space was very clean on our wedding day and they let us set up as early as 11:00am which gave us enough time to decorate the space. They allowed us to bring our own caterer which was a huge plus since we had a caterer in mind for our wedding and most venues charge you a penalty if you don't go with their in house caterer. The rental fee also included furniture and staff which made it more affordable and they even have a production company called Midtown Loft Productions and they have great rates for lighting and draping the ceiling. Overall great place for a wedding in NYC at an affordable rate

My now Husband and I choose to have a winter wedding theme and this was the perfect venue to have it. For one the space was open and has high ceilings which we hung snow flakes off and overall the layout was perfect for creating such an ambience. As for the Terrace my guests are still raving about the views of the Empire State building and city sky line. The space also came with furniture and an illuminated bar which saved us money . Overall the sales team and event manager were friendly and helpful. We also were given a referral list which made planing the event much easier. I also like the fact that you can bring any caterer you want to this venue and that was a real plus for us since we had one in mind prior to our venue search. If you are looking for a venue in NYC Midtown Loft is the place to have it.

View was spectacular and location was hip and beautiful but toilets got clogged easily (only downfall)

My guests enjoyed the views and two levels to be entertained. Wasn't told that the second largest parade was the day of my wedding and caused over an hour delay. Floors where very dirty and my dress was thrashed within minutes. Never saw or met the "wedding coordinator". So hot in the reception that guests begged to open windows. No lavish area to get ready or area for groom/ groomsmen as told on the website. Views are incredible. Takes along time for them to follow up when you call. They were showing the venue to potential customers while we were getting ready/ setting up. Bar lights went out and they tried to have us rent one...didn't fly and they rented one instead for us. Overall great location for the price we paid for a Friday. I wouldn't pay for the new prices and the area is under construction too.
