ay of the venue and exceptional to work with (as was everyone else building up to the day). The included retractable roof on the rooftop was a highlight to be prepared for rain which did come on the day of! The space was absolutely beautiful and easily fit 120 guests with plenty of space.

k for?? This was actually the first venue we looked at, and we didn't bother looking anywhere else. Kadir, the building manager, was super friendly and helpful on the day. He even closed the roof for us right before the ceremony because it looked like a storm was coming in (and it started raining just a few minutes before the end of our ceremony!). Only words of caution: the contract is somewhat prohibitive, and all vendors you use will need to carry sufficient insurance coverage. It's very hard to DIY anything.

ar is due to the communication of the venue. We had to postpone due to COVID and, although they were gracious with booking our new date, there was absolutely no communication regarding COVID restrictions. When I would call to inquire, I was told I could get no information prior to 30 days before the event since guidelines change often. But I just wanted some info to know how many invites I could send at this point, etc. And, upon reaching 30 days prior to our wedding, we did not get the information we were told we would receive. Up to this point, the responses were "we'll reach out 30 days before the event." That was truly disappointing, given how expensive this venue is. Additionally, we felt nickel and dimed the entire time. Decoration additions are very expensive, which we opted to do anyway. But just something to note upfront. They charge for NOT USING an illuminated bar in their space. Things like this rubbed me the wrong way. Additionally, they charge you if you decide last minute to have the roof up or down on the terrace due to weather. We opted to have the rooftop open but, because we got married on a rainy day, the venue closed it while they were setting up. When we asked to open it, they said sure but if it rains, they will charge us $500 dollars to close it if it starts raining during the ceremony. We did know this upfront, but it seems a little crazy given that the rooftop is closed/opened using one button and takes only a couple of minutes to retract (as we saw on our wedding day). This venue is beautiful and its draw is definitely the rooftop terrace. It was an incentive for us to book here knowing that even if the weather was bad, we could still use the roof. It's just disappointing to know that you will get charged for this just because they can charge you. Not because it actually takes extra effort or anything. All in all, our wedding day was beautiful and went off without any issues (other than the argument over the roof). Our guests enjoyed themselves and our photos are beautiful! We do recommend this venue, but just want others to be aware of the extra costs upfront. Also want to note that Kadir, the venue manager, is great! He worked with us regarding the decorations and was also responsive to our questions.

er. This venue DEFINITELY delivered. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking, especially the Empire State Building. The terrace also has a retractable rooftop, and they were very accommodating with opening/closing it as the weather changed multiple times throughout the day/night. The loft space is very easy to customize and make your own. I would absolutely recommend this venue if you want to wow your guests with NYC as your backdrop!

ite. When I arrived it setup was very similar to the pictures . The space had up lights and drape ceiling and really is a special place in the heart of the city. The food and entertainment that evening was also great and overall was a magical evening .

very professional. As for the venue the ambiance was very nice. They had up lighting every where .When walking into the building it was welcoming feeling with great energy . My husband and I danced all night and was a very memorable evening .

It has a glass enclosure so I was able to have guests on the Terrace enjoying the gorgeous view of the Empire State Building in November!! I couldn't have been happier to have my wedding there.

nd over the past 12 years I have been privileged to witness the astonishing progress this venue has made in terms of perfecting its appearance and comfort. Today, it is truly one of the best venues in Manhattan. First of all, it is conveniently located on the prestigious 5th avenue, right in the heart of New York City. It offers a spacious loft and a beautiful outdoor terrace with open views of the Empire State Building and 5th avenue. Both, the loft and the terrace are perfect for hosting any kind of event. An elegant retractable awning has been recently installed over the terrace so that guests can enjoy the outdoor setting and the beautiful views in any weather. I also love that there is a dedicated elevator that takes guests straight to the venue from the street level. On a different note, I would like to send a special recognition to the venue manager Kadir. He has always been very professional, friendly and hard-working, which makes working at this venue a breeze. One can rest assured that the event will be a success if the Kadir is in charge. He is always there but never in the way, making sure that everything runs smoothly and everyone is well taken care of. I highly recommend Midtown Loft & Terrace to anyone in search for a perfect venue in the hart of Manhattan.

This was the first venue we have looked at and we felt in love with. This venue is everything we could have asked for and more. a great caterer that also worked with our budget. We had our ceremony on the roof which has a glass enclosure. The views are incredible!! They offer lots of in house rentals which really made the space over the top. I hope I can have another event there one day!!!

n the rooftop. We enjoyed views of the city and a beautiful sunset. I was able to take the elevator down one flight of stairs with my grandfather to a very spacious room suitable for any event. The food was superb, the wait staff attentive and courteous and the evening was a total success. I would recommend the Midtown Loft and Terrace to anyone looking for a space to have an event.

d the Loft is a spacious and beautiful space for dinner and dancing. It is as beautiful as NYC can be, not to mention convenient with its location on 5th and 29th in the heart of Flatiron. In walking distance of Madison Square Park and the historic Flatiron building, it is really a perfect place to lure family and friends to attend your nuptuals. We worked with the owner, Tarkan, as well as members of his staff and everything went without a hitch. We had a fantastic time as did our guests, who relished the NYC skyline views of the terrace. Could not imagine working with better people and getting married anywhere else. Truly reccomend this venue, and reccomend getting there early before word gets out....

NYC from the rooftop. If you want photos of quintessential Manhattan as your backdrop, look no further. The landscaped rooftop is a gem! The Loft is so open and can be transformed into anything. My day was perfect, thanks to Midtown Loft and Terrace and its amazing staff.

The experienced and knowledgeable staff of sales specialist, event planners, and housemen make what can easily be a stressful and chaotic undertaking, a seamless and seemingly effortless execution. This space and the people in it leave a last impression with every guest they host.

off with Midtown Loft. No other venue came close to meeting our needs. We loved the customizability of the venue, the location, and amazing views of the Empire State Building and midtown. We even felt like we got two event spaces in one venue because we had our ceremony on the rooftop and reception downstairs in the Loft. Amber, Bridget, and Summer worked with us over the last year to figure all the logistics. They were friendly, professional to work with, and extremely supportive. Bridget, in particular, was flexible, and went above and beyond when working with our vendors, and that made the wedding day go very smoothly. Our guests still talk about our memorable wedding in a beautiful venue!

Not only is the space amazing but the staff was always super helpful with any request and question that I had. I cant wait to host another event here!! Its a real gem!

she was very sweet and attentive; she answered all my questions, allowed me to pop my head in every once in a while just to view the space for ideas. She even allowed me to drop off my decorations and beverages the evening before, which made the day of extremely smooth. I chose to do the ceremony on the rooftop and the reception in the Loft. The rooftop space is gorgeous, with a wonderful view of the Empire State building, great for photos and the Loft downstairs, is spacious and a beautiful space for a reception. Midtown L&T really brought my vision to life and I cant thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. FIVE stars all around!!!

t taking place the night prior . I used a lot of their I house furniture and went with their in-house production company . They were as professional and friendly as the Mlt staff in the office . A lot of my family and friends live in the city and finding this oasis on 5th Avenue in Manhattan was very easy . The weather was also perfect not to hot or cold on the terrace and most important my guest all felt comfortable. I am happy to let others looking at this venue my positive opinion .

a review. To start it was easy to find parking at one of the lots near the venue and its on a prime location on 5th Avenue. The venue was very clean on the wedding day, even though I heard they had an event the night before. The event manager Kadir was friendly and helped out a lot . The roof top also was nicely landscaped and they have a retractable awning in which they roll out during inclement weather. Overall great space on a fantastic location

I must say they have one of the best fifth avenue entrance and the besst team to work with; Kadir and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a stress free day, he was exteremeley supportive and always had a positive attitude which is very important. I will definetely recommend them to anyone. We are soo happy we picked this venue out if 6 others we visited.

an amazing, fun and beautiful wedding in the heart of Manhattan (a dream come true)! We had our ceremony on their lovely rooftop terrace. This started the day off perfectly as our guests walked into a space with well-manicured greenery/plants, an open layout, natural light, and one-of-a-kind views of the skyline and the Empire State Building! (Although we were lucky enough to have a perfect weather day for an outdoor terrace ceremony and cocktail hour, I will add that it was so nice to know that the terrace had a back-up plan with a retractable roof and sliding windows should we have needed it. Not worrying about weather conditions helped alleviate a lot of stress during the planning phase.) We then had our reception in the loft, conveniently one floor below. We loved the modern, clean, open and natural look of the space as well as all the options to add uplighting, modern furniture, ceiling decor, etc. The space was perfect for a wonderful party, which we were able to customize and make our own! Working with the Midtown Loft & Terrace team members throughout various elements of planning, getting additional vendor recommendations, and day of operations was great --Tarkan, Bridget, Amber, Kadir and Mike were all very helpful! Our guests (a lot of which traveled from around the world or made their first trip to NYC are still talking about how unique and special this wedding was, which couldn’t have been possible without the help of this great venue.)

You get a lot of space and value for your money here especially given the location. We loved the fact that we could bring in our own vendors but if that is overwhelming they have a great list of recommended vendors to get you started!

Beautiful venue with an amazing rooftop garden where you can have a spectacular view of Empire State Building. We went with their in house production company; the sound system was great, up lights totally changed the entire room, especially on the rooftop up lights were great choice on brick walls. They also provided brand new clean white chairs for our wedding. I would highly recommend you using Kadar as an event manager, He was great to work with. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we were satisfied with everything from beginning to end. Our experience was amazing with Midtown loft and Terrace, All of our guests loved the venue. We have nothing negative to say about this place. Thank you Midtown Loft staff for our dream wedding and still remember this day as though it was yesterday. FIVE STAR, High class, super clean event space, absolutely stunning!, I recommend it to all.
