Amazing experience for our wedding! They were on time, helpful, professional, and made our wedding experience both special and fun!

One of my favorite parts of my wedding day was the party bus rental from Midwest Coach Limousine! We booked them over a year out and there were zero issues whatsoever as we got closer to the wedding and even on the day of. I also had to add in an extra hour for transportation timing and they added it to the schedule seamlessly. They were very on time and had everything set to what I asked for with lights and music and pickups/drop offs. Such a fun part of my wedding day and I couldn't recommend them enough!

We hired Midwest Coach Limousine for our wedding this past weekend and we were so happy with the service! I worked with the owner, Mel, beforehand and she was amazing to work with! The bus was very clean and we were equipped with everything we needed on there, including a bottle of champagne, glasses, napkins, etc. They were on time and very accommodating. We hired Midwest Coach Limousine, Inc. for our wedding. They communicated with us so well and answered all of our questions. They even sent several confirmation emails leading up to our wedding day! We hired them for two separate times, once to get the bridal party from the hotel to the venue and again at the end of the night to get us (bride and groom) from the venue to our home. They were on time, dressed professionally and super nice and caring. They opened doors for us and helped us with any bags we had. They kept conversations going as well. We were so pleased with them and would definitely recommend!!

We used Midwest Coach Limousine for our 6/25/22 wedding. During the entire planning process and the day of, everything went smoothly! The day of, our driver came into the hotel to greet us and let us know they had arrived. We were running about 10 minutes behind schedule and they were very understanding! Mel was fantastic to work with! We only needed the party bus for about 3 hours which made it difficult to find a vendor as many companies have 4 hour minimums. Mel was able to offer us a plan for our needs and it worked out great!

We hired Midwest only about 3 weeks ahead of our wedding date and they were very accommodating! Pricing was also very competitive. We didn’t know our location of pictures until the day of the wedding due to weather and the driver was very accommodating to our last minute change. Thanks Midwest!

My now husband and I were initially unsure if we wanted to provide transportation for our wedding guests because it was just one more expense added to an already expensive day, however we ultimately decided to do it because we wanted to avoid any potential drinking and driving situations after our reception! We looked into various shuttle vendors and what stood out the most about Midwest Limousine was how helpful they were in figuring out what we needed and the logistics of everything. Most other companies wanted me to make all of the decisions such as bus size and hours running on my own, which makes sense except for the fact that I had no idea what I was doing because I do not know how long a round trip in a shuttle might actually take, how many guests typically take the shuttle, etc. Midwest Limousine still let me make those decisions but gave me their professional opinion based on guest count, ceremony and reception time, and their experience working with our venue, and because of that everything turned out great! They were very kind, professional, and easy to work with during the entire process. Also worth noting, they were one of the most affordable options we found when comparing quotes from various shuttle companies! I would absolutely recommend Midwest Limousine for any future shuttle needs.

I booked with Midwest for my wedding, and I would absolutely recommend them! They are very professional, punctual, and accommodating to the times and locations that you need them for. Their prices are also affordable compared to some other companies, and you still get quality service. Will definitely book with them again!

Super affordable and will customize packages

Transportation on our wedding day was important. We didn't want to have to be driving ourselves everywhere, and we certainly didn't want guests who overindulged at the open bar to have to drive themselves home! Midwest Coach Limousine has been top notch to work with from day one! Their customer service was prompt and professional. Booking was easy. Pricing was fair. At 8:30pm on the night before my wedding I had to call and make a change in times -- which they accommodated with ease. On the day of, our driver was prompt, kind, and so helpful! He even dealt with the craziness of my bridal party without batting an eye! I would highly recommend this company for any transportation needs you may have!

We used MWC for our wedding this August. We rented a limo for the ride there as well as a shuttle for after the reception. The limo took multiple trips between the hotel and the venue in order to transport the entire party. The shuttle took as many trips as were needed between the reception and the hotel in order to get all of our guests back. The prices were incredibly reasonable. Mario was very responsive. The vehicles and drivers were great. I have no complaints and I would definitely use them again!

WE booked Midwest Coach for our wedding services. After calling countless vendors and getting 1000s of quotes this company helped me organize and arrange my wedding transportation before I even booked with them. By talking with them I saved $400 on my transportation. I didn't need everything I thought I did. Eric was also happy with their level of customer service. The car was awesome and everyone had a really good time! After the ceremony we stopped at the hotel to drop off our belongings before heading to the reception. Once we were done dropping off our bags we were standing by our limo for 15-20 minutes wondering where our driver was. I then decided to go into the hotel and look for him. As I continued to look I found him in the casino that was attached to the hotel. I thought this was very unprofessional and it was definitely not appreciated. The company was great to work with, but the driver was a disappointment.

I have used Midwest Coach limousine four times now for trips to the airport and most recently booked a party bus for our wedding. They were on time to all of our stops and very accommodating to the entire wedding party. Would definitely recommend for any wedding!

We used this limousine service a couple weeks ago for transporting myself and my bridesmaids and mom to the venue. We only needed a one stop from the house to the venue. Everyone else wanted to charge us a ridiculous arm and a leg fee but midwest coach limousine was so great! They were a great rate, early even showing up to make sure we got loaded up and to our destination on time. The limo was clean and very comfortable. The gentleman driving helped us get loaded in and helped us carry some things off even. It was so wonderful! I highly recommend using this company if you are in search of a limo service for your special day!
