the temps outside were 90 plus degrees. I spoke with the boss TONY and he pointed out that AIR CONDITIONING is NOT GUARANTEED, and if you read all the way to the bottom of their website under F.A.Q.s. it does say that “air conditioning is not guaranteed”!!!!!!
No refund, full price paid for a dirty bus with no AC and also the windows don’t open.

d pickup they called to cancel the ride since the bus broke down and told us they would give us a refund. They did not provide any alternative options. DO NOT BOOK. They do not deserve their current rating and since this has occurred we have learned they have done this to customers quite often.
