money, and they stopped responding to me. They have a very professional-looking site and someone will text you to help book in a very professional manner, and then you'll be ghosted. I tried to look up the owner of the company whose name and photo are in the email signature - ended up finding out that the name and photo had been stolen from a random account on Facebook. I messaged the real guy, showed him the email signature, and he confirmed that he is not affiliated with the company and did not give them permission to use his photo. This vendor stole his name and likeness so they could scam people anonymously. Beyond fraud. Make sure to thoroughly vet any vendor you find on The Knot, because they do not. Their own customer service agents confirmed this. Hope this helps. The company was on time, dressed professionally, and super fun to work with! Guests had a blast taking pictures and my husband and I loved going through all the pictures afterwards...
