not looking around for more venues to choose for my reception. From the beginning what caught my attention with this venue was what I was being offered so of course I decided to choose this venue . The owner of the venue was nice At first she worked with me and made it seem like everything would be ready and in place the day of . I’m a person that’s very particular about things and picky Which she knew but assured me I had nothing to worry about . The day of my wedding it was a complete disaster she failed at multiple items in our contract. My servers didn’t show up , I had no security ( we were basically running the whole show) no lights outside the venue , bartenders were told by the owner to leave earlier than what was agreed to , no ac ( and no it was not fixed ) , my drinks/ cups ran out within 2 hours of my event due to shortage not the amount of people I had, the bathrooms were filthy now I can go on and on but I won’t . I had to call the owner during the wedding and when she showed up she did not try to stay and fix anything . My family was basically in charge of the whole wedding . The reason I’m writing a whole story as a review is because I need future brides / venue seekers to know the truth about what transpired . There may be multiple reviews on here that are rated great besides mine but I advise you to do more research. I felt not only hurt but frustrated by this and if there was one thing I can go back and change while planning my wedding was choosing this venue . Crazy thing is I didn’t even get an apology she did not try and reach out to me to make things right after this goes to show how professional someone is. Let’s hope that everyone can see my story before she tries to get my review deleted in which she had other reviews deleted made by guest at my wedding because they were in shock of what transpired ! Moral of my review please do not pick this venue !

you will alway remember and look back on. If you want to enjoy every minute of your special day and have nothing go wrong, find another hall. I recently attended a wedding at this hall and it was a nightmare. This hall promise the world to the bride and groom but never delivered what was promised on their wedding day, every thing that could possibly go wrong, went wrong. First of all the ac in the hall was not working, this wedding was for over 400 guest, imagine how everyone was feeling, all dressed up and sweating from the time you walked in. There was no servers at the hall so the bridal party and other family members had to step in and serve the food. There was no one to pick up garage after dinner was eaten, so all the garage was just sitting next to the dance floor. The groomsman had to attend to the garage, move the bar to a more presentable location which was just a small table that was set up next to the food making the lines for food and drinks overwhelming. The family of the bride and groom had to run out and buy plastic cups and ice because the hall run out of it including liquor. There was 3 stalls in the women’s bathroom and one was out of order. All the guests keep going outside for cold air since it was like 100 degree in the hall. If you want a smooth, memorable wedding day where your family is not running around fixing everything that was suppose to be taken care of by the hall, take your money and business somewhere else. This hall is a scam, they will take your money, promise you the world and on the day of your wedding make it a complete disaster.

d a Wedding at this venue and it was a complete mess due to the lack of leadership on the owners part! The venue was hotter than outside and being that I have a 3months old I could not stay inside the venue for long periods of time, upon taking my child outside for some fresh air(which was cooler than the inside) they were no lights on the outside it was completely terrifying having to stand in the dark in such a open area. Whilst walking to the bathroom which is located at the back of the hall I happen to see the thermostat for the air condition which was set at a cooling 80° (keep in mind this was a wedding) The bathroom had three stalls one of which was out of order the other two had cobwebs hanging from them. I also noticed they were is no server staff, clean up staff, no staff in general! And those are just the smaller stuff, Our poor bride was in over her head, it was her big day and nothing was going how it was supposed to, how it was promised everything she paid for, arranged for, all the little extras so she could have the best day Was not being delivered! The owner of this place should be absolutely ashamed of herself horrible service!
