Miguel and Jamie are ARTISTS and a rock solid team. They photographed our wedding at a summer camp in coastal Georgia. We picked them based on a single recommendation and a hunch, but going with them turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. They were efficient, were a joy to be with, faded into the background, and captured the most amazing moments. The photographs were tender, joyous, beautiful and authentic. We can't recommend them enough.

Miguel's coverage of our wedding was exactly what hoped for. He's experienced — i.e. understands the flow and timetable of a wedding from getting ready to the big getaway - super important. He knows when to slow down to capture the perfect shot and when to melt into the action to capture the feel of the scene. And he's an artist...we got our core must-have shots of family, ceremony, and details, but we also received a beautiful selection of artistic portraits, unexpected candids, and emotional shots. He has a great team to help with organization before the wedding, and I definitely recommend springing for his second shooter, which gave us even more variety, not to mention peace of mind in case an emergency came up. I would say our budget was relatively modest for a medium-sized wedding, but I definitely don't regret prioritizing the photography within that budget.

When my wife and I hired Miguel and Jamie to shoot for our destination wedding, I had an idea based on their portfolio that they were going to do a great job and deliver great photos. However, in the process of actually working with them, they delivered so much more than I would have thought possible. Miguel and Jamie were like the glue that tied our whole wedding together, and the oil that made it run so effortlessly smoothly. They woke up early to scout out locations (it was a destination wedding in Northern Idaho, so they were in unfamiliar territory), they coached us and guided not only us, but our families and extended families, and landed amazing shots of the event, venue, and amazing, moody, deep and atmospheric shots of the surrounding natural beauty. They have such a great style to the way they work. You hardly notice they are there when they are in their groove. Yet, they were also so incredibly helpful with just about everything else. Helping manage logistics, creating and keeping a timetable, coaching us through stressful hiccups and providing levity and sincere emotional support. It was a big deal! To cap it all off, the images they captured are of outstanding quality. Their vision has so much style, captures so many amazing, ephemeral moments, and evokes such a great texture, timbre and mood that can only be delivered by true artists. I can't recommend them enough, and my wife and I can't thank them enough for such an awesome experience.
