I am a film maker so I have had my fair share of events behind the camera but as I set out to as the love of my life, hand in marriage I searched high and low for the right person to complete my day with a custom tux. Well I found so much more with M. Wilson! After giving up on the thought that I would find the perfect suit, I walked into Phipps plaza because I seen that multiple celebrities in Atlanta had previously selected Miguel for their special occasion. I knew that this would cost me more money but I was running out of time. To my surprise My thoughts were incorrect because It was actually very affordable. Once I walked into his store I was greeted by a well dressed, well groomed employee that was enthusiastic and passionate about the clothing he was attempting to guide me towards. He spent over a hour with me and I was sold on the fabric and quality as this was not my first stop if you remember. NOW HERE IS THE CHERRY ON TOP!!! 20 minutes in I complimented his customers service and through joking asked if he had a manager I could give a good review too, he responded “better yet I’m Miguel Wilson the designer and owner and if we do a good job and you’re satisfied just tell the world. “ Needless to say, that’s what I am doing today! My suit fit like a glove, his seamstress made the perfect adjustments. My fabric on my jacket are beyond believable quality and all the way up to the day after the event Miguel stayed in communication to ensure everything was going great and handled properly. I felt like one of the stars that he deals with and I couldn’t be happier with the decision that I made. I decided to purchase two suits from him for my proposal and will be getting married in Greece in April of 2019 and have already started the process of selecting the style he thinks would be fitting for our big day. In addition to leaving this review because at times I’m very skeptical of online reviews and there validity. Being a film maker, I recorded the full process of my engagement, suit selection and the day of event to showcase the full story. buy a suit for my wedding; but they created an atmosphere that made me feel special about my wedding day and wanted me to look great on our special day. Here's one just example, I was with my fiancee when I visited the Phipps Plaza location. After discussing wedding colors with Miguel, he had me try on a very nice suit. My fiancee was impressed, than he asked her to leave the store for a while. I figured I would have to empty my wallet to buy it. Instead, Miguel had me try on another suit he envisioned me wearing on my special day that he didn't want my fiancee to see until our wedding day. Not only did it fit me like a glove, I felt great wearing it. It made me feel confident about commitment I was about to make. On my wedding day, my wife, family and guests were amazed how well I looked in my suit. My wife looked amazing as she walked down the isle but I felt pretty good how I was looking too. The compliments we both received appeared to be genuine not just wedding day comments. I love the flexibility of the suit Miguel designed for me. I can still rock it with 4 to 5 combinations of with the jacket, vest and pants. I felt good about my investment. No One and Done's here. I truly felt like to was my day too and still do!

Miguel and his team are also very professional. They treated my fiancé and I with the utmost respect, answering all our questions. Upon my initial consulting appointment, he sits with you to discuss every little detail that even you may not consider with your wedding tux. He has a pallet of options that CANNOT be matched. With his wedding attire being custom, he is sure to even have your name printed in your jacket with whatever color you would like once all fittings are done. He really lives by his slogan of “Because its his day too....” where he even gifts you a nice Miguel Wilson Collection tee shirt with the quote nicely placed across the back. Miguel works with all works of life from the everyday groom to high profile celebrities. Again, I could not have asked for a better designer to work with on my wedding attire. I was so pleased that I later purchased a dinner jacket last minute for a gala I attented. Miguel was able to make everything happen in less than a week! He and his team will NOT let you down “Because its his day too...”

I went ahead on and visited the store from out of town (North Carolina) in June just to talk with the owner and see if I would like to choose their services for my September wedding. After speaking with the owner he sold me on his services and even told me about their custom tuxedos for groomsmen. Never did I think I would receive the terrible customer service that I did. This was an extremely painful process dealing with the Miguel Wilson collection staff. On July 26, I received a voicemail saying my tuxedo was ready. I made it down to Atlanta on Aug 14th to pick up my attire. Only the jacket was ready! No pants, no shoes, and no shirt. After that visit Miguel told me he would mail the rest of my outfit to me. 3 weeks later he still had not mailed it to me. I drove back to Atlanta on Labor Day weekend in order to get the rest of my outfit. They were unprofessional and unorganized the entire time. You are NOT getting custom made suits. You will receive used tuxedos that even have stains and imperfections. My groomsmen submitted measurements and were given tuxedos that they could have gotten from mens wearhouse. I was stressed from June to September dealing with this business. I had 8 groomsmen and 2 ushers. Every single one of them had an issue. Unless you are a celebrity, you will not be receiving "A1 treatment". I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, even people I don't like.
