Mike had an uncanny ability to blend in with the entire wedding party and make it seem like he had known all of us for years. I feel like this resulted in him capturing me and all of our friends in our most authentic form - and it translated beautifully to our final wedding film. Mike made the entire process fun and enjoyable and you should absolutely hire him if you are looking for video for you wedding - you won't be sorry.

Working with Mike was like working with a long-time friend I’d never met before. He’s got a great work ethic and attitude that helps you stay calm and confident during all the craziness that a wedding can be. His “home video” style of editing really captures the essence and vibes felt during the day’s (or in our case, the weekend’s) events. I cannot recommend Mike enough!

I honestly don’t think 5 stars are enough to give this EXTREMELY talented young man! Mike went above & beyond in every aspect of his job as videographer for my son & daughter in law’s wedding. He not only caught many small details and special moments on camera , he also became an integral part of the day . His good nature and easy smile put everyone at ease which allowed for some very poignant and very fun times to be immortalized! Mike’s editing skills are so creative and so far beyond the typical wedding video! He not only told the story of the day but the stories of our lives together . I am a vendor who has worked alongside mike a handful of times now. I've always found that he sets everyone at ease. Not only the couple, but the other vendors around him. I've seen the quality of his work, and it sure is terrific, but it's equally important that Mike is able to keep the energy casual for everyone in the room, and that he has fun while he's working. This is the kind of person I want to work alongside as a vendor myself.

Mike is nothing short of fantastic. A true melding of professionalism, creativity, technical prowess, and genuine care. He worked a long getaway weekend wedding that I was fortunate enough to attend. The entire time he was present, confident, and engaging with both the wedding party and guests. Even on a lazy lake day he was finding ways to capture the mood, chatting with guests one on one and breaking out drones to record the gang floating and relaxing. Anyone looking to entrust their special day(s) with a level-headed, talented videographer should look no further.

Mike was the consummate professional throughout our entire wedding process. He was very thorough during his preparation and delivered exactly what we wanted. From 10 AM to past midnight Mike got footage in five different locations on our wedding day. I am not sure how he managed to do it, but he stuck to the schedule better than us!

If you’re looking for boring, awkwardly posed, same ol’ wedding shots we all know and hate, then go elsewhere. Mike is an extremely talented artist who does everything you didn’t know you needed to capture your event in such a special way. First, from a planning perspective, this man was so patient and understanding when our date was changed/cancelled 3x during the pandemic. He open mindedly looked over my inspiration photos folder and noted what he loved about them, shared which ones also happened to fit his personal style, and he confirmed his confidence in capturing what I was looking for. Day of, Mike and his videography team showed up to our home on time, found me in my bridal suite, had such encouraging and sweet words to kick off the day and then put themselves to work! I gave them light ideas and free rein and left the rest in their creative hands! Throughout the groom/bride getting ready process, the crazy final hour leading up to the ceremony, the wild family photo configuration requests directly after, our beautiful private photo shoot as husband and wife, and a 4 hour dinner…Mike was dialed in to capturing it all. Including the moment my Husband and I found ourselves alone on a balcony and Mike even happened to notice and only interrupted the last few min to capture the emotional moment we were wrapping up. If you’re lucky enough to nab Mike as the photographer for your wedding date, be prepared to feel like the work was done FOR you, and to sob when you get the final shots. It’s actual magic. While I know Mike can capture many styles, he definitely brought a special touch to the look and vibe I was going for which I’ll describe as soft, romantic, dark and moody. He suggested great photo spots and angles and the edits are dreamy. Thank you Mike!

We had the pleasure of working with this incredible artist, and I have to say that I was blown away by the quality of his work. On the day of the wedding he was unobtrusive but at the same time made us and our guests comfortable being in front of his lens. He managed special moments that usually slip by in the excitement of all the formalities. He has an amazing eye for detail and seems able to capture all the little things that made the day so unique and special. He’s incredibly skilled at editing and post-production. The final product was truly perfect. All I can say is hiring Mike was THE BEST wedding decision we made. I have never been into wedding videos and frankly thought they were stupid. It wasn’t even on my radar to hire a videographer until a family member suggested it, and then gave the recommendation of Mike who she said was very good. Saw some samples of his work and instantly knew he was talented. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, Mike was fantastic. Easy to work with. Didn’t even know he was there, but was social and interactive when he needed to be. Fast forward to receiving the video, and OMG, best thing ever. It was literally everything we asked for but 100x better. He captured the most amazing details and poignant and funny moments. Everyone who had seen it has been blown away and said that they laughed, they cried, and it was the best video they’ve ever seen. I couldn’t agree more and cannot recommend him enough. I just want to have another big life event to have him there to document it! Don’t give it a second thought. Hire Mike!

Mike Demellia was by far the best thing we spent money on for our wedding. I have watched our wedding video an unhealthy amount of times and will truly cherish it forever. Mikes style of capturing the day is very different than most other videographers. He captures the small moments, interviews family/friends. It makes it feel more like a documentary or home video (with professional quality) than a typical wedding video which I absolutely loved. You can tell Mike has a true passion for what he does.

The most personal video ever. Mike was truly amazing. He acted like he had 3 helpers from the quality and the amount he captured. I honestly couldn't recommend him enough, and I would hire him every single time a friend needs a videographer.
