MIKKKEEE JOONNEES!!! This guy is an amazing DJ and a super fun person. He is so easy to work with and goes above and beyond to learn about his couple. The personalization tool used to pick music and organized the night is user-friendly and is so helpful. The photo booth is a must-have addition and makes a perfect sign-in book, which our guests loved. Mike made the night so much fun and had EVERYONE up on their feet dancing the night away. We can't thank you enough!! Highly recommend.

Hands down the best DJ experience I've ever had, and I have definitely dealt with many. Top notch quality. Everybody at my wedding complimented how awesome and fun the music was. Mike was very organized, attentive, and helped us personalize our music to match our special day.

Mike is the man! You will absolutely not regret having him as your MC/DJ for your wedding (or event). If you want someone who cares about you, your future spouse, your family, and your big day in general, he is the person for you! I contacted Mike almost immediately to book with him once we picked our venue because he came highly recommended by the staff. Once I spoke with him on the phone, I knew he was our guy! 5 stars because 10 isn't an option. My husband and I had a very unique situation that caused us to reschedule our wedding and Mike could not have been more understanding or accommodating. Mike provides all you want and more for party planning. The Vibo app allows you to make your wedding playlist is a game changer and something many of our married friends wish they had. Mike is an absolutely incredible person and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best DJ around. He provided the personal touch a couple wants-calling my husband and I during our reschedule and on the wedding day to check in. While he couldn't attend due to date change, Bill brought the house down and we received several compliments. I would recommend MJEAE to anyone and everyone!

I cannot recommend Mike enough! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Mike's communication during the planning process was perfect! Nothing was cookie-cutter, and yet the process was so easy and stress-free. I really appreciated that we had video calls to personalize our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception entertainment needs. Mike also uses a foolproof app so as the bride/groom you have total autonomy to determine the order of events of your wedding day, what songs play when and you have the ability to add special notes for Mike (such as what time to start/end a song, how to pronounce names, etc). Mike went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was special, including ensuring my grandmother had a clear view upfront for our first dance during the reception. I got married on the first Saturday of college football season and we had a TV at the reception to play the game. Mike was even able to add a specific timestamp to our DJ timeline to pause the events at kickoff so we could all cheer. At our wedding we had 2 very different crowds. Mike did an amazing job balancing the different groups' music preferences so everyone had something to dance to. We were even able to have a less family-friendly playlist for Mike to use once our older crowd started to leave. I cannot express how much I appreciate how attentive he was to our unique wedding needs.

The absolute best Officiant and MC/DJ out there! His voice, WOW, what a voice he has, his professionalism, his calmness, his knowledge and attention to detail is spot on!! Our wedding date changed a couple of times last year & we weren't sure we would be able to retain Mike however, he stepped up to assist with our planning and made it happen. We went from planning a 100+ person weekend event to 20. Mike performed his magic & surprised us all with the most special father/daughter dance with a "voice over". While I was dancing with my father, my audio love letter to my dad played during the song, not to miss the words of the song nor the words to my dad. This is a moment I will cherish forever! We all had such an amazing time celebrating love, friendship and laughter, lots of it. Our family and friends are still talking about this weekend!

Working with Mike Jones was such a pleasure! He was very personable & easy to talk to from the very beginning. He always had an open line of communication, even making sure we got his phone number so that we could text him if we needed a quick response. Working with him leading up to the wedding was great, but working with him on the day of our wedding was truly exceptional. He directed the room very well throughout the entire night & was able to read the room well & make decisions on what needed to be done to keep the party going, especially for a lot of the children at our wedding who may not have been as interested in dancing. He made our wedding into the party we wanted it to be, & was a major part of making our day an experience we will never forget!

He felt like more of a friend than just a business transaction and went well above and beyond meeting our expectations. We hired Mike Jones Entertainment for DJ, Photo Booth, and Uplighting services and could not have been more pleased with all. Great communicator, great app to download where you can load and get recommendations for various playlists for each part of your wedding and reception, and even went the extra mile to mix in an old recording of me and my dad singing together when I was five years old into our Father/Daughter dance song as a surprise. It was so touching and special. The photobooth was fun and professional and my guests really had a great time. There are also several other surprise touches that he includes that make hiring him and his team the best choice for anyone looking to hire the best entertainment for their big day. Mike was 100% the MVP of our wedding. He went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I had the wedding of our dreams. We wanted a party and he absolutely made it happen. Meetings with Mike leading up to the wedding were a breeze. He was extremely professional and put us at ease about everything in the planning process. Mike did the audio for our ceremony as well as performing as the DJ for our reception. I couldn't recommend him more. His equipment was top of the line and he took care of every detail we could think of and more. Mike is the definition of professional. He is also extremely personable. By our wedding day, we considered Mike a friend and an advisor. He kept us grounded and gave us confidence that our wedding would be perfect - and he delivered! You NEED Mike Jones as your DJ! Not only is he an awesome DJ, but he ensures your wedding day runs smoothly from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the night. The sound and music for the ceremony were absolutely perfect, and the songs and transitions during the reception were wonderful. He is very professional while also being upbeat and a good time, and he goes out of his way to ensure your wedding is one your guests won't forget. He actually CREATED the song that my wedding party and I entered into the ceremony to (he took a longer song, shortened it, moved some parts around) until it was exactly what I wanted. He even had the idea of recording a sweet message from me to be played prior to the father/daughter dance as a surprise for my dad. He goes above and beyond, to say the least. In addition to his talent as a DJ, he keeps the latest technology to provide the best service to his couples. His DJ stand has a huge screen on it that can display a slideshow of pictures, a personalized design of your names - whatever you want, he can do it. He has incredible uplighting options that can be used during your day, as well. I can't say enough about Mike! Mike even introduced us to his wife, Audrey Jones of Georgia TLC Events, who happened to have been a life saver to us during the wedding planning process. They're the BEST duo to include in your big day!!

I've known Mike for over 20 years and I said, "ONE DAY, when I get married, you'll be my DJ!!!" Well, that time finally came true and I wasn't going to ask anyone but him. Mike is good at what he does and I didn't even think twice when it came to picking whom I wanted to be there. Mike referred me to his wife, Audrey with Georgia TLC Events to use her as my planner and naturally I did and that worked out beautifully. Mike also became ordained and officiated my wedding as well. It was such a blessing to have him and his wife as such a big part of my wedding. I wouldn't change anything about that day!!

GROOMS - Read this Review! I feel like there are a lot of Bride reviews, but if you're anything like me and my wife - as the groom, I was heavily invested in getting the right DJ that would work for us (mostly me, while my wife-to-be was working diligently with the other vendors), and our guests. As a self-professed music connoisseur (haha), I personally wanted to hand select specific songs to be played throughout the day, but also didn't know where to start, or how to best organize my thoughts and preferences. Mike Jones made this extremely easy, personal, and always provided excellent feedback (based off of his vast experience, as well as his knowledge from being a certified wedding planner, too). The easily accessible processes he has in place to basically 'fill in the blank' on song selections and suggestions were revolutionary. The planning leading up to the Wedding was impeccable, and just when we thought it couldn't get any better, he executed his job flawlessly on rehearsal and wedding day. He was able to adapt to unique circumstances (such as providing clear audio during the ceremony for the officiant, singer, and pianist), and take the initiative with our wedding planner during points of friction. For the reception (which is the most important thing), he read the dance floor perfectly, in a way that satisfied everyone from all different generations (and even different countries) throughout the night. He went out of his way to make cuts to songs for the father-daughter, mother-son, and first dance in order to accommodate for time limits and choreography. In certain unplanned situations, Mike just said and did the right things that either got the 'crowd' laughing or just focused on what was at hand. I am not sure what else I can say to another couple about him to convince them that Mike Jones is worth every penny - an upright man, a square deal, on the level. So many things from the day of our wedding were so memorable and meaningful, yet, the number one thing I keep hearing from our guests afterwards is how great DJ Mike (and his radio announcer voice) was! Mike wasn't just our DJ - he became and integral teammate in making our wedding the best day of my life, and I am forever grateful.

I have been to a lot of weddings and none had the dance floor going like ours. Mike was awesome!!!! He played great music, catered to the crowd, and really made the dance floor the place to be! Mike shows he personally cares about the bride and groom and was wonderful to work with! He gave great suggestions for ceremony and first dance songs. His site was also user friendly and a great way to organize music. 11/10 stars! I can not recommend Mike enough! He is the best DJ I have ever seen!

Mike Jones is absolutely incredible and I would recommend him to everyone! He made our day so incredibly special and wonderful and all of our guests mentioned how great he was. My grandma is a lot older and has a walker, but still got out on the dance floor and Mike made a point to make sure she felt special and was calling her by name and talking about how great her "dance moves" were over the mike. She was beaming. He was also very flexible and willing to make our day exactly what we were envisioning. Whether that was customizing our first dance songs, or customizing what the screen read on his DJ stand.. everything felt very "us" and personalized. He has an online portal where you can even choose the songs you "must have" or refuse to have which is wonderful. We also used his photobooth and were able to design our own photostrips which really added a lot to the day. He also provided a photobooth book for our guests to put a copy of their pictures in and write us a little note. We ended up using this as our "guest book" and it was really fun to look back at all the pictures and notes when we got back from our honeymoon. We also get the digital copies of all the pictures taken in the photobooth which will be fun to have! Our day was everything we could have imagined and more, and a lot of that was due to Mike Jones! If you're looking for a wedding DJ- definitely book him!

My wedding was Oct 12, 2018 and the best decision I made was hiring Mike Jones. Best. Dj. Ever. I was so lost in picking out songs for the ceremony and he made everything so easy. I had the best time using his website to find songs. He FaceTimed multiple times to check in. It felt more like talking to a close friend or family member than someone I hired. He really kept the partying going at the wedding. The best part was these foam light up wands he brought. They were so much fun at the reception! He even recommended instead of doing a sparkler exit (more money to spend!) to have all the guests hold up the foam wands! It made our exit more unique! Seriously hire him!! People are telling us over and over again that it was the best wedding they’ve been to!

Well, what can I say about Mike from Mike Jones Entertainment and Events?... He is the Bomb.com! From the moment we met him we had an instant connection. We admire your professionalism, work ethic and the love you have for what you do everyday! My In laws knew that we really wanted a photo booth but never had a chance to get around to booking it ourselves so they called Mike! We were SO surprised when we walked into our reception and discovered that they had done this for us. Best. Surprise. EVER! We had already met Mike through our Wedding Planner, his wife. So we were extremely excited to have them there together! He was so interactive and fun and the experience was everything!! The photos and props were a plus AND the guest book that we received at the end is just the best and full of great memories we will have forever! SO sweet and so thoughtful... Thank you Mike for taking part in our special day in many more ways than one! You really are SO special to us and our family and friends adored you! Mike Jones Entertainment was nothing short of amazing. He has such a fun personality and he knew exactly how to incorporate what meant the most to us. We really loved how easy it was to use their online portal for everything from song requests to making payments. You need to hire Mike Jones for your wedding!

Mike is more than a DJ as he always goes above and beyond for his clients. As a wedding planner I never have to worry about my clients not being prepared because Mike meets with them multiple times to help them facilitate the flow of the event and music choices for a celebration to remember. If a situation arises, Mike and his team are always willing to adjust on the fly. He works great with all professionals from beginning to end. This was truly evident for Alex and Holly on their wedding day.

Mike went above and beyond the call of duty--he helped mix a surprise Father Daughter dance for me which was a big hit. Additionally, he brought awesome glowsticks and necklaces to make the dance floor more fun. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Mike Jones helped make our day one for the books and I would recommend him to any Atlanta bride looking for a true professional to help keep the dance floor hopping.

Mike was unbelievably great to work with, and I'm so happy that we had him as a big part of our wedding day! I am thankful that Mike at Mike Jones Entertainment and Events was our DJ! Mike was phenominal to work with throughout the wedding process. I had started out planning my wedding long distance as I was in the process of moving from California to Georgia. He set up FaceTime calls so we could see each other and have a more personal touch. He also attended an in person meeting with me and my fiancé and my Day of Coordinator (his wife). Mike provides a website which you input all the information he needs to know for the ceremony and reception and it also has a list of recommended songs and gives you a chance to input Must Play/Do Not Play music, etc. In addition to planning music for the day Mike was so helpful in giving advice on how to ensure the flow of the event went perfectly. Mike went above and beyond as the day got closer, I mentioned I wanted to do a slide show during my Father/Daughter dance and he volunteered at no additional cost to put together the slide show. He also provided the Up-lighting for ambiance as a gift to me and my husband and it was so beautiful and took the look of the reception to the next level! On the day of the event not only was Mike on time, well dressed, and ready to go, but he made our guests feel at ease. Mike provided the music for both the ceremony which was outside and the reception which was inside at Lake Lanier. Several guests commented that he was “the best DJ they had ever seen”! He was able to read the feel of the room to determine which songs to play and when, he conducted our Newlywed trivia game and was tasteful and classy. To add to his going above and beyond I had planned to do a glow stick exit and when I mentioned it to Mike he let me know he would provide the glow sticks for the reception and exit, he even got an extra clasp for my 5 year old flower girl when she lost hers but insisted she just wanted a clasp and not a new stick. Also, on the day of the event Mike worked with two amazing assistants who kept things flowing and even created a wedding logo for me and my husband to display on our screen before the slideshow. From the older folks to the little ones everyone raved about Mike and I’m so thrilled that he was there with us on our big day! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ for the wedding ceremony/reception!

DJ Mike Jones is amazing! He was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire wedding process. Mike is all about customer service and operates in an extremely professional manner. He met with us multiple times to go over details to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding and gave great suggestions when we were unsure what to do. During the ceremony and reception, he gauged the crowd well and was able to keep the party going all night long. When you hire Mike Jones, you are not just hiring a DJ, you are hiring someone who is extremely committed to making sure your big day is flawless. We appreciated everything he did for us, especially all the little surprises he had for our guests and for us. If you need a DJ for your event, look no further because Mike Jones is the man!

Mike and his team really did a great job for us and helped make our wedding the success that it was. Mike couldn't be at our wedding because of a scheduling conflict but he made sure that he figured out exactly what we wanted and turned that information over to his partner Bill, who worked out great for us. The survey that MMDJ uses is extremely thorough and hits every part of the wedding so nothing gets forgotten about or left out. The MC is a very important job and we were very satisfied with the job that Bill did. I would highly recommend Mike and his team because they are extremely professional and do everything they can to make sure that you don't need to worry about anything on the day of your wedding.

Mike Jones is much more than your average DJ. He is a dedicated professional that takes immense pride in his work. Really and truly, Mike made the reception. He was our master of ceremonies and made the whole evening flow perfectly, while adding fun and interesting touches at every point. He also came fully equipped to add up lights, projected our monogram on the wall, and had remote speakers so he could direct our guests before they even set foot in the ballroom. Last but not least, everyone was dancing all night long. The music choices were all great, and he was great about using our favorite songs, along with classics that got people of all generations up and moving. It was a perfect night.

Mike Jones comes with a reputation that will not let you down. Aside from his perfect "radio voice" and DJ charisma, Mike Jones is the most organized and dedicated in the industry. He made every part of the wedding planning process so much easier by holding several pre-meetings to make the day of event perfect! He was able to give us suggestions, and took special care to get to know us as a couple to tailor our needs on the day of the wedding. He kept up with our vendor list and helped create a timeline that kept us on track the day of to make sure we were able to capture every dream moment that we wanted to have without having to worry about anything at all! Our crowd loved the selection of music and we had guests on the dance floor until the close of the event! Our last dance picture was so full- we could barely capture everyone on the dance floor- now that's a party!!! We absolutely enjoyed Mike and his professionalism and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable DJ! He is worth every single dime!!!

Mike is such a pleasure to work with. He is the one vendor that for some reason, I just didn't stay on top of - didn't matter - cause he was TOTALLY on it!!! We were making changes up to the last minute - he rolled with all of it and executed with perfection. I had a few "surprises" for my groom and they all came off wonderfully. Our officiant even had an oops - but this did NOT shake Mike - I think Mike HELPED our minister recover :) We had Mike do the lighting for our event as well - EXTREMELY well priced and it was beautiful! Another thing that was important to us - Mike is extremely respectful to those who have served and those who are currently serving. Thank you Mike - you were a VERY large part of our wedding being extremely magical and memorable.

Mike was incredible. He is not only a DJ but he also helped coordinate all of the events throughout the night. He has an incredible voice that is made for a DJ. My guests loved him and we danced non stop. He knew exactly how to keep things going and we never had a lull point the entire night. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone needing a DJ even if not for a wedding. He is worth every penny and then some.
