My husband and I got married in April 2023 (so this is long overdue)! If you’re skeptical about getting a videographer, don’t be. MPMP gave us over 2 hours of footage and yes! You will watch your wedding video - the long version and the shorter version! It’s wonderful to see your special day from another point of view. Mike and his team are extremely professional, bringing a high-quality of work and much-needed organization to your special day! Everything about this team was on point from beginning to end. They did everything to ensure that the stress was off of us and even helped to fix minor inconveniences (such as my now-husband forgetting to give me my card to read when getting ready (thank you guys so much))! Our wedding day passed in the blink of an eye. We are so happy we had Mike and his team to capture every special detail about our day. You live and experience your wedding day through your own eyes and emotions. Having a videographer, lets you see all the wonderful moments and emotions of your family and friends. I am in the wedding industry and have seen Mike's work numerous times for my brides. I knew I had to have him document my own wedding. I got married August 2022, he went above and beyond to deliver the most perfect wedding video. The day of my wedding went so smoothly thanks to Mike and his meticulous timeline. He made sure to capture every moment and detail. We first saw our recap video which blew my husband and I away. It was the best moments of the day all in a 4 min. video. It perfectly captured all the highlights in our day, and we will always be able to relive those special moments with that short but sweet video. I can’t even put into words how HAPPY and IMPRESSED my husband and I were with Mike Picard and his team’s work! From start to end and beyond they were such a pleasure to work with. They were so much fun! They had a great sense of humor which we love! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Mike Picard is very particular with timelines and good with giving direction which is exactly what I wanted in a videographer. He was organized and amazing at giving direction. There is a reason why his final product comes out so good! Mike was amazing at communication which I also loved about him. There’s nothing more frustrating than hiring someone and spending all this money to not have good communication leading up to your big day! I got married in November 2022 and when picking a package, we weren’t sure if we were going to have nice weather, so we didn’t know if the ceremony would be inside or outside. I was nervous to commit to paying for drone service if I wasn’t going to be outside. Mike allowed me to let him know 2 days before my wedding day if I wanted to add drone service, which I ended up doing because it was surprisingly 70 degrees for my November Wedding! The videos came out so good and I can’t stop watching them! Mike is so good at capturing all the special moments, even the moments I couldn’t be a part of! These are memories I will cherish for the rest of my life, and I am so happy Mike created a beautiful work of art so I can relive each moment. I highly recommend hiring Mike Picard! Mike & his team are incredible human beings and incredible professionals. I have never met a more organized person in my life. He made a very detailed schedule for our wedding day. I even used the schedule he made and gave it to other people and vendors to use so they knew how the day would go. You can rid yourself of any anxiety when you hire Mike because he truly "has it". He's been doing this for years , knows how to run the day and he will demand what he wants to capture the perfect moments for his brides-- you never want to hire a meek videographer and Mike certainly isn't that. Most importantly, the video came out INCREDIBLE. It gives me chills each time we watch it. So much in fact, we are hosting a "viewing party" on our 1-year anniversary with our family. Mike and his team are absolutely amazing. At first my husband and I weren't sure we wanted to have video of our wedding day but after talking to Mike we are so glad we did it. Mike was so quick to respond to my emails and him and his entire team are so professional! We had multiple shoot locations and Mike and the team were so much fun to be around and most importantly, the video is the one of the most amazing things to come from this wedding. Our wedding video is INCREDIBLE! The footage over the water was beautiful. The video captured the feelings, emotions, and romanticism of the day. We couldn't have asked for nicer, more easy going, creative, fabulous people. We looked at A LOT of videos before choosing Mike and his team we couldn't be happier with our choice!

Mike was the first of our booked vendors to reach out to us to meet and talk about the timing and plans on our wedding day. He organized a timeline and gave us a realistic expectation of how much time we needed to allot to get the video/photos we wanted to. Without his guidance we would have been much more rushed, so thankful for his experience in the field- it helped us get the shots we wanted before the wedding and allowed us to have more time to spend at cocktail hour with our bridal party & close family. His team was extremely friendly and professional and made us feel so comfortable with them from the moment they started shooting our parties getting ready. We were so happy with our video!! My husband and I were blown away when we got our mini movie and final wedding video back. When I first started to plan my wedding I was unsure if I wanted a videographer or not. But I am so happy I decided to go with Mike to capture my wedding day! Mike is very organized and professional. He worked with the other vendors and provided us with an efficient timeline for the day. Mike brings great energy and his team is wonderful to work with! Mike (and team) were absolutely AH-MAZING. I cannot put into words. The video came out better than we could have ever imagined! Everything flowed amazingly, it was unbelievable. His communication is on point, they’re all enjoyable to work with and be around, and they make it very comfortable! They’re creativity blows your mind and there’s so many moments you had no idea they videoed, and those were the most special. I would so highly recommend them! If you get the chance to have them, you’re lucky!

BETTER THAN WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED! When Mike & his team (Brittany & Dakota) showed up, they instantly made us all feel very comfortable. It was easy to be natural even when the cameras were rolling. After MPMP was done editing and we got to see our video, we were blown away. It was overwhelming honestly!! The use of the drone, and how they captured every moment (getting ready, to dancing) was perfect. Also, my husband and I are BIG about the music selection, and the editing team nailed it. If your wedding video is important to you, GET MIKE PICARD. You will not regret it. *BONUS* they took pictures on their cell phones and sent me a couple amazing pictures from that night. They felt like friends by the end of the night.

If we could give Mike and his team 100 stars we would! Our original date was during covid and I slightly panicked because we had all of our vendors booked before having to make the hard decision to move out our big day. When I spoke with Mike about moving our date he was more than understanding and eased my mind that it would all work out. Fast forward to 2022 when we met for final details, he was always well organized had gone over time lines, details, things we did and didn’t want. His level of professionalism is beyond explainable! The day of he was early, never in the way and making sure he got all the shots he would need! A few reasons to book with Mike and his team they are professional, on time, personable, phenomenal attention to detail! We truly can not thank you guys enough!

Where do we begin?! It is an absolute must to have Mike and his team beyour wedding videographer!! Mike and his team were unbelievable!! I had known about Mike Picard and his amazing work for years before I got married. He had done the wedding videos for a few of my friends. The minute I got engaged and started my wedding planning, the first thing I was sure about was that I wanted Mike to do my video. I didn’t even need to do any research on other options because I knew Mike was the absolute best! He was so friendly and easy to work with from the first time I spoke to him right up until the day of wedding. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure to get all of the most important shots, and much more. I haven’t even seen my video yet and I know it will be amazing. If you’re looking for a truly talented videographer look no further, you can’t get any better than Mike Picard and his team!

First off, this review is well overdue (Mike, if you’re reading this…I’m sorry!). My husband and I got married back in August 2021 after having to postpone our wedding (originally scheduled for March) due to COVID. I deployed a few weeks after our wedding. While I was deployed, my husband received our video in the mail from Mike and I told him he wasn’t allowed to watch it without me there. I just recently returned home and we finally watched the movie that Mike had sent us months before. And all I can say is wow. I knew Mike and his team were talented (it’s why I booked them!) but I was blown away by the quality and amount of care that was put into our wedding video. Mike worked with us to reschedule when our wedding date was postponed. He didn’t even bat an eye when we mentioned our wedding would be in the peak season when I know his team would already be working full time to cover their normal wedding schedule…let alone my reschedule! On the wedding day, Mike and his team were total professionals, working with our photographer and florist to put together a detailed itinerary for our wedding day. His team arrived promptly and got straight to work, splitting the team between myself and my husband so they could capture all of the wedding day. He knew where to place himself and his team so that they could get the shots they needed and wanted without getting in the way or interrupting my bridal party as we got ready. Prior to the wedding day, he had pre-briefed me on what to expect and what items to have set aside beforehand so that he could get detailed shots of my accessories. As a result, I was able to prep for his arrival earlier that morning and didn’t find myself scrambling to look for my earrings at the last second! For the final product…the video was incredible. He provided us with the short 5 minute recap and our package also included detailed footage of the rest of the day. I expected it to be raw footage. I was wrong. Mike took the time to not only put together the 5 minute recap l but he also edited the rest of the footage into a longer video showing that whole day! To say it was above and beyond what I expected would be an understatement. Watching the video, I was able to notice and remember details from my wedding day that I had forgotten (or hadn’t had the time to really notice and appreciate!). My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a videographer for our wedding. Looking back, it is one of the best decisions we made for that day. If you’re on the fence, I promise you won’t regret hiring Mike and his team.

We hired Mike Picard Motion Pictures for our wedding on 2/26/2022. The day started off rocky with an injury from my father in law, BUT this team knew how to calm us down, make us feel comfortable and still get the BEST shots possible! Our videos came out phenomenal! My husband and I were actually shocked at how amazing our video came out! We could not have been happier!

Our wedding photographer recommended Mike & his team to us and we are so glad we listened! We had a traditional South Indian wedding that started very early in the morning. Mike and his team showed up even earlier to make sure our day went perfect. Our ceremony alone was over three hours long, and they were able to pick and choose the most meaningful moments. They captured all the details and rituals! The planning meeting we had before the wedding was very helpful and helped us stay organized. We used Mike Picard Motion Pictures for our wedding on 7/23/21. Originally we had decided just to have a photographer, but as the wedding got closer we started having second thoughts. Mike Picard Motion Pictures was recommended by our photographer and a friend, and we could not be happier that we changed our minds! Our wedding video was just what we asked for and more! Mike and the other videographers were very professional and captured all the important moments without being a distraction to our guests and photographers who were also trying to capture the same moments. We will cherish being able to watch our parents/siblings speeches and first dances forever! Our only regret is not hiring them for more of the night. I found positive reviews of Mike & his team on the Knot and knew a couple whose wedding he had filmed. Looking through his website, it was evident he was very professional & had a lot of experience in the industry. Going through his videos, I knew he was the videographer I would want for my wedding. Due to COVID, we chatted on the phone & through email for the first few months of wedding planning, meeting him in person only a couple of months before the wedding. Mike’s organization was a breath of fresh air as when we met him we were hitting a few hiccups with other wedding vendors. On our wedding day, he dodged rain drops to capture as much as he could; even with a three man team, you never even knew they were there (unless they were helping us out!). He is committed to his craft but easy to talk to and work with. His team was professional, working harmoniously with our photographer to capture all our moments.

Mike and his team were hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. The close attention to detail and the professionalism were things that stood out to me immediately. He did his do diligence and made sure he was on time and on a schedule which made me (the bride) so much less stressed. He has a special eye for filming weddings. I loved how he got on the dance floor and filmed to truly show the essence of the night. Couldn’t be happier!

Mike Picard and his team were phenomenal!! Mike went over the top to make our special day great despite covid. The attention to detail, the thought, the literary everything that went in to our mini movie was breath taking. Every moment felt so natural never forced. Our first look, I didn’t even know anyone was around us.. Covid had so much stress that came with it planning a wedding in 2020 but Mike was so flexible and understanding. When we began planning our wedding, we knew that we had to have a videographer. We have seen Mike’s amazing work and could not wait to book him. Two years later and now we had COVID-19 to worry about. Mike was helpful during this stressful time and offered us different options. One of the main reasons we decided to continue with our original wedding date was Mike’s ability to live stream our wedding. Due to travel restrictions caused by COVID, much of our family was unable to attend the wedding. We were devastated but Mike reassured us that he would be able to capture the most important moments including ceremony, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc. We were relieved to have an option that could easily be incorporated to our service because we really did not want to move our wedding. Prior to the wedding, Mike provided us with detailed instructions to provide our family and other guests who would be tuning in live, it was so helpful! On the day of the wedding, Mike, Lisa and Dakota, did a great job of capturing special moments without it feeling forced or invasive. Those who watched the live stream, told us that they felt like they were there and a part of the wedding. The final product captured the special moments and more that allow us to relive the experience on demand. We were so pleased with Mike’s work and are so grateful for him and his team. We highly recommend Mike Picard and highly suggest you have a videographer to capture your special moments!

Mike was originally supposed to videotape our big wedding in Rhode Island, but when covid required us to change our plans, Mike agreed to come to New York to livestream and videotape our small wedding on the beach instead. Mike had an amazing set up and the quality of the livestream was incredible. Even though we were on the beach, you could hear everything perfectly. Our friends and family said they had better seats than they would have if they were there in person. Mike also made us a beautiful video with the footage he shot at the ceremony. We were so lucky to have him there to capture the day and allow all of our family and friends to attend virtually since they couldn't be there in person.

Unfortunately, our wedding was impacted by COVID, and many of our friends and family were unable to attend. We hired Mike and his team to live stream our ceremony, and they were fantastic! Mike was super professional, and easy to work with leading up the wedding. The day of, he was prompt, walked my fiancé through the entire set up, and was able to get some amazing shots! He also recorded our ceremony for us! This was so special because my fiancé’s grandmother (who is 90 and in a wheelchair) actually walked down the entire aisle. I would highly recommend Mike - especially if you are having a smaller wedding and need live stream services!

Mike and his team are awesome!! After our initial meeting with Mike, we knew he was the right videographer for us! He was very honest, knowledgable, and thoughtful about the entire video process! He answered all of our questions with ease, and was extremely professional during all of our conversations and meetings. Unfortunatley, due to COVID-19 we had to reschedule our big wedding celebration to next year and Mike made that an easy transition! We did end up having a small intimate ceremony this year and having Mike there with us was a no brainer! Not only was he able to record our small ceremony, he was also able to live stream our ceremony for all of our family and friends who were not able to be there in person! We cannot thank Mike enough and are so excited to have him and his team with us next year!

After extensively researching wedding videographers, our choice was made easy when we heard about Mike Picard motion pictures. His videos are just that – motion pictures! They are phenomenal – the best videos we have seen to date (and that says a lot because we did extensive research throughout our wedding planning process). We met with Mike and really enjoyed it! His studio is gorgeous and he shows wedding films and talks about each one. Throughout this whole COVID-19 wedding planning/re-planning process, he has been very patient and understanding. Though we are sad about our wedding postponement, we could not have found a better videographer and team, and truly look forward to our wedding and video next year. If you have not seen Mike’s videos yet, I urge you to take a look. I literally tear up with each one I watch. You can tell he and his team are highly professional, qualified, and talented with video production. Not to mention the awesome signature ring move at the end of each video - very cool and unique. Once we have our wedding next year and receive our video, I will leave another review – and, I am sure it’s going to be a great one. But, in the meantime, I wanted to leave Mike and his team a great review, because that is what they have up to this point, nothing but great! Thank you, Mike!

Mike and his team are nothing short of amazing. When planning our wedding, I was hesitant on getting a videographer based on price and thinking it wasn't completely necessary. My husband only had 3 things on his list of 'must haves' for the wedding and a videographer was one of them. There was no hesitation with booking Mike after seeing the style and format of his videos. His work had smooth transitions, great music for all types of moments, and captured precious moments that the photographer didn't get. They were very professional and we didn't feel like all cameras were on us. We barely noticed where they were which makes for a comfortable day. Our mini movie and full video came out great! We couldn't be happier with the final product. After watching it (multiple times), it truly means a lot to have the emotions and reactions captured on video to look back on. Photographs will never do as much justice as a video would and I highly recommend Mike Picard Motion Pictures for your big day. You won't regret it!

I just wanted to take a minute and thank Mike and his crew. I will admit I was on the fence about getting a video mainly because of cost but I decided that at the end of the day - after the last song is played and all your guests have left for the evening- what do you have left for memories of the day? Photo and VIDEO! I found Mike by chance online and every one of his videos that I watched - I cried and I didn’t even know the couples. Mike and his team really have a way of capturing emotion and the video is edited so thoughtfully. Mike was professional and so easy to work with. I really liked that he laid out a schedule of the day so we could plan and I could communicate with other vendors. On the day of I honestly can say I didn’t even know they were there and they made us feel comfortable right away in front of the camera. We are in love with our video and will treasure it for years to come. I would choose Mike and his team in a heartbeat! 🥰

Hiring Mike and his team to be our videographers was a no brainer- they are simply the best, no question about it! Mike was so easy to work with leading up to the day of our wedding and is extremely knowledgeable. He is very helpful, quick to answer emails, and had answers and solutions to all my questions and concerns! Mike and his crew mad made sure that our videography went incredibly well. his warm and inviting employees hung out with the bridal party throughout the day capturing great footage while not interrupting the flow of the day. Something we were continuously told while planning our wedding day was to hire a videographer. Having seen Mike’s work before on other family members weddings, we knew he was the one for the job! The first time we met with Mike, he was welcoming, honest, thorough, and organized. He showed us examples of his work and went over each package with us in detail. At our final meeting, Mike created a time line based off what we had put together with our photographer and our venue, which was helpful for all of our other vendors to have. Mike and his team conducted themselves in a professional manner and were never in the way! The girls got ready in a relatively small area and Mike and his team members squeezed in to make it work! I never felt as though the camera was on me and was completely comfortable the entire day. Mike and his team worked cooperatively with our other vendors and helped us to have an amazing wedding day. Our video came out amazing and the most important parts of our special day were captured perfectly. In watching the video, we were able to see the parts of the day we weren’t a part of and our friends'/families' reactions during our ceremony and reception!
