No pressure and we got to try so many amazing flavors!! It was so hard to decide but once we decided on two we worked with Mike for our design. He asked detailed questions and for inspiration pictures as well. He was very accommodating. The cake turned out exactly how we envisioned it all while tasting amazing! We were super happy and would recommend booking with Mike for any cake needs!

and the bottom was coffee with Irish cream filling. The red velvet was amazing! I didn’t get to taste the coffee flavor, but my guests raved about it as well!

s a 10" printed cake for my husband's 30th birthday. He is car guy so we surprised him with a picture of him driving his car printed on the cake. Theresa was very responsive to my emails to finalize the details of the design. I requested a banner on the cake and the end result perfectly matched the aesthetics! At the birthday party, everyone enjoyed and complimented the double chocolate cake. The second order from Mike's was our wedding cake. Originally we planned a 3-tier cake made with white pleated buttercream with marble cake and chocolate filling. At our appointment, Theresa was very helpful with determining the size of cake we needed to match our guest count. However, once the pandemic hit, which changed with our wedding plans, Mike's was willing to modify our order to a 6" single tier 4.5" tall cake for our wedding photo session. He called a week in advance to confirm our order and was very fast to answer questions I had by email. Pick up was easy and the cake held it's shape in the warm weather outside for a couple of hours. But just as important, it tasted AMAZING!!

with Mike's and placed our order. We ordered a small cake for cutting and a bunch of cupcakes. Everything looked great. The small cake was delicious and exactly what we asked for. The cupcakes were a different story. They were dry and the fillings were completely different flavors from what we asked for. I would still recommend Mike's for cakes, but if you want cupcakes, go elsewhere.

t! I made an appointment and saw Theresa. I had emailed her a few photos of some cake designs that I liked and she went through, step by step, how much it would cost and why. They can do literally anything you can think of when it comes to design! It's pretty astounding. My cake was beautiful and everything I wanted! The hardest part of the process was figuring out what flavor cake we wanted. That was also the fun part! Every other week they have four different cake flavors to try. My now husband only had days off from work the same days they had off so we could never go in together to do tastings. Because of that, I would go in every other week and Theresa would make us a cake tasting take home box that I could bring home to my husband so we could do the tasting at home. And seriously, ALL their flavors are delicious so deciding what we liked the best was the hardest choice of all! We decided to go with a chocolate cake with bailey's irish cream and it was to die for! It was a HIT at the wedding! They are also very accommodating and easy to work with! Getting in touch was easy, the decision making process was simple, and they were just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a cake for any occasion!

, they were always very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. We loved all the samples we tried and had a lot of fun creating our one of a kind cake! On our wedding day the cake was a little less than what we had hoped for - lumpy fondant, odd coloration, and just a bit dry. It wasn't anything we couldn't get past so we still enjoyed it. We spoke to them about our concerns and they gave us a good refund without hesitation or even having to negotiate. They exceeded our expectations on that side of things (especially when we had no expectations of a refund haha)! All in all, wonderful people, wonderful cake, and wonderful customer service - even if they had a little miss with ours. I would still recommend them! P.S. they also did my sister-in-law's cake and that was DELICIOUS and beautiful so I think ours was just a fluke.

consultation was amazing, we got to taste test several of the more popular combinations as well as some other’s and that’s really what sold me. We weren’t looking for something incredible covered in fondant (although, the work they do is crazy cool), but for something simple and one that tasted great. I think Mike’s Amazing Cake’s delivered on both accounts! When it came time for the big day they were right on time with delivery, and we are so glad we found them!

All of our guests are still raving about how great it tasted (35 servings carrot cake with a cream cheese filling and 35 servings of spice with a caramel cream cheese filling). The other places we were looking at would have been 3x more expensive. I do think that the cake was a little bit dry, but otherwise amazing. The only other negative piece was that upon delivery they didn't bring a box to put our top tier cake in and I thought they said they would. Other than than super easy and great experience!

They made the cake tasting so easy to schedule and were so flexible with our times. Theresa is always available to answer questions by email which I appreciated so much and she explained everything so well and made it so easy. The cake was delivered on time and I definitely appreciate all their hard work and would definitely recommend!

The second cake I chose to have my own art wallpapered on the cake and they said they do not guarantee the result of color and shape but they did such a fabulous job that it looked so seamless! Mike's Amazing Cakes because of the location, reviews, and the name! We went for two cake tastings first (one public and one private). I liked all the cool and unique flavors but wanted a simple three tiered design for about 70 people. They said they would call me a couple weeks before the wedding to confirm the flavors, but they never did so I had to call them instead. I chose chocolate cake with salted caramel filling and vanilla with orange and peach schnapps filling. Both flavors were a huge hit with the wedding guests! I know I didn't have the cake people use their amazing decorating skills but they made a simple yet elegant cake that tasted awesome! Light and fluffy! Not too heavy or sickly sweet.

The cakes were both incredibly yummy, and our guests loved the flavors that we chose! Our wedding cake was chocolate and baileys, and passion fruit in 1 tier. The grooms cake was chocolate peanut butter, and everyone loved it! I highly encourage going to Mike for your wedding cake, and I am definitely going back for special occasion cakes in the future too! Thanks Mike's Amazing Cakes!!

option. To our surprise, it was MORE affordable AND better than expected. We ended up doing both a wedding cake and a "groom's cake" so we could have the fun waterfall theme. With so many out of town guests, it was great for them to experience our "Pacific Northwest" cake with delicious flavors like lemon with Marionberry. Extremely impressed and would highly recommend.

We first visited them 6 months before our wedding and discussed firstly the whole cake being a dragon then decided on the tiers with us on the top. Leaving we had a jumble of papers that were more like notes than a final but we were confident in what we were getting. 3 weeks before the wedding we learned that they didn't have the style of cake we thought. Thankfully they still knew they were giving us a cake on our day. We had to make another trip to their office to re-explain the cake. I hope they will tighten up their admin end so it is just as amazing as their cake!
