I cannot say enough good things about Smokehouse! Delicious, good ingredients, quality cooking and affordable. No hidden costs, the quote we were given included service, tip, tax, delivery. It was an easy choice for us. Our Menu: Smoked tri-tip with fresh horseradish pulled pork sliders with coleslaw sauteed vegetables scalloped potatoes salads (caesar & red onion poppy seed). They smoke the tri-tip on-site, so it's fresh and moist. A word about horseradish- I thought I didn't like horseradish, but their's is delicate and lovely. Salads are prepared as needed, so they don't get soggy. They made my step mother in law her own gluten-free caesar. They brought a couple of pieces of chicken and salmon for us too. I usually avoid chicken because it gets dry- but whatever they do, their chicken is actually still moist. They have a tasting room, definitely go visit them. After the tasting, I couldn't wait to have the food again at the wedding! A few special things that owner Ron did which made it really nice for us: handled food allergies, easy to work with, fun staff (we additionally hired a bartender through them), and packed up leftovers for the after party. I would recommend them for anyone getting married. You *can* get great food at a reasonable price. I was dismayed after getting a few initial quotes from other caterers. And so happy we found Smokehouse caterers. Don't let over-priced vendors fool you!!! Smokehouse would also be great for a rehearsal dinner. They've got a nice tasting room- definitely visit them! Nothing makes you feel better as a bride than to see all your guests well fed and happy! And for you to not have worried about it one bit!

Somehouse catering is not your typical BBQ food. I've heard the stigmas attached to having BBQ at a wedding. Its not formal enough, not classy enough, blah blah. We had a very formal elegant outdoor wedding. Smokehouse catering fit in perfectly. They catered the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Best food I have ever had a wedding and every guest told me the same thing! They cook the food out of sight of guests so guests wont see the big BBQ's and smoke if you dont want them to. They jsut get to taste the delicious BBQ food! Their staff was friendly and on top of things. Cleaned up quickly and served efficiently. It was the best choice.

I hired Smokehouse Catering to cater my June wedding and they did a fantastic job with the food. Usually wedding food isn’t always the best, especially since it’s made in mass quantity. My husband and I wanted something different. We wanted something fresh and something edible and delicious. Smokehouse delivered all of that. I worked mostly with Joe, hammering out the details for the menu. He was not only a joy to work with but very helpful and flexible. The best part of Smokehouse is that they BBQ the food right at your location so all the guests could smell the yumminess. The only thing I would complain about is that the lead or banquet captain that was in charge the day of my wedding, wasn’t the best with thinking on his feet or eager to solve problems. My friend, who helped me with the day was there to help with the set up for the reception and her impression was that the guy “in charge” was really just there to cook. So it seemed like there wasn’t really anyone to go to if there was a problem. For example, at one point, we were missing a good number of forks. My friend asked the guy if he’s seen any of them and he told her that I must not have ordered enough. She didn’t accept his answer and didn’t give up. She looked under every table and found a crate that contained some of the missing forks. The girls who were part of the service staff at the buffet line were very sweet and pleasant but I wasn’t too keen on having photos of them in my photobooth (I don’t think they knew that I would get a copy of all the photos taken). At the end of the night, the box for my cake top and the cake rental items were missing. As a result, my cake top was destroyed. Everyone kept pointing fingers and avoiding responsibility. I still don't know what happened. I'm not saying it was Smokehouse's fault for my destroyed cake top but I wish there was someone who was more "in charge" and could have made sure my cake top was better taken care of. Overall, if you want delicious food at a reasonable price…Smokehouse is a great choice. All my guests still rave about it!

The food was excellent and at a very reasonable rate. We got tons of comments on how great the food was. Ron and Joe were so easy to work with and were very accommodating to us. I would highly recommend them!

Up to the wedding reception Smokehouse Catering was vague and unclear in their role on the day of the event. They quoted being able to serve 150 people in 20 mins (did not happen). They were late upon arrival and behind schedule for serving. Luckily the guest never noticed a thing and absolutely loved the food.

Smokehouse was a great caterer to work with. They let us come in twice to taste test some different food out and it was great. They worked with us and also gave us a military discount which was nice. The food was incredible and every person that complemented me on the wedding said the food was amazing. We did a buffet style with tri-tip, chicken, and pulled pork. All three meats were delicious and tender. Our side dishes were the mac n cheese (my favorite), salad, fruit salad, and sweet corn. It was great because even with your final guest count, they include some extra so my husband and I had leftovers for a week after! Highly recommend!!

Smokehouse is the best BBQ in town! It is definitely classy enough for a wedding, but oh so good... I wish I would have gotten to eat more! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the bartender was an hour late, so friends were serving wine during the cocktail hour! But other than that, the food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly!

All my guests raved over the food. We had Grilled Chicken and Salmon. Buffet style. The food was great, service was great. I am really happy!

Food was absolutely amazing. They did our rehearsal and reception so we got different menu items and everything tasted great. It was great to have an option where they cooked onsite. They were very considerate of our budget and worked with us to give us the best value.
