Mikki was an absolute joy to work with, and helped us craft the most beautiful ceremony. We are still receiving compliments on how deeply personal, and carefully crafted the ceremony was. Coming from a Catholic faith, while my husband was from a Buddhist background, Mikki helped us create a ceremony that felt both personal and special to who we are and the things that wove us together. We interviewed a lot of officiants, but none took the time like Mikki did on the introductory call to really get to know us on a personal and spiritual level. She is so special and will be a wonderful officiant to your day!

Our wedding ceremony was so incredibly beautiful and a day we will never forget. It’s something we look back on and relive so often. We cannot say enough about how happy we were with Mikki and how she so perfectly articulated our wedding ceremony. Mikki was an easy choice upon meeting her via zoom. We immediately knew this was the person we wanted to marry us. It felt like meeting an old friend, yet also so professional. The way she told our story with such comfort and ease, it was like she knew us all along. She touched us all with her words, there was hardly a dry eye in the house. We also wanted to do something a little different during our ceremony and she suggested doing a handfasting knot, this was so magical and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how unique and beautiful it was. If you’re looking for someone to make your special day even more special, we couldn’t recommend a more perfect human than Mikki Baloy! 🫶🏻

The task: find an officiant for two people who were iffy on a ceremony in the first place, had more ideas about what shouldn't be said than what should be, but also couldn't figure out how to write their own vows. Thank goodness for Mikki, who was a patient, thoughtful resource and wove together a lot of disparate input from both bride and groom. The result was a beautiful, dignified set of vows that the churchiest person on the bride's side requested a copy of after the wedding.

5 stars is just not enough! We give Mikki all the stars in the sky! Mikki officiated our 9/3 wedding & we couldn’t be happier. The ceremony was our favorite part of the whole day. I have had numerous guests reach out to let me know it was the most beautiful ceremony they’ve ever attended. I looked forward to all meetings with Mikki leading up to our wedding day. After our first initial interview, we knew she was the right person for us. She put together the most beautiful ceremony, and I still get emotional when I think of it! It was completely personalized & we were still able to honor the traditions we wanted to acknowledge. It was everything we could have hoped for and so much more. I can’t fully express how meaningful and beautiful everything was. We are SO grateful that Mikki was a part of our day. You will not be disappointed. She really is the best.

Mikki was an absolutely incredible officiant and was exactly what we were looking for. She was so responsive throughout the whole planning process and truly took the time to learn about the two of us. Her ceremony was written and delivered beautifully. It was truly personal, specific, and deeply spiritual. Many of our guests stated that this was the most beautiful ceremony they’d ever attended.

Shaman Mikki is no typical officiant. She not only created the most amazing ceremony but went above and beyond to get to know the story of our love and the depth of our energy. She not only got to know our story and love enough to customize our ceremony but she went to the next level and created an atmosphere where the entire audience felt the depth, power and strength of our love.
