DO NOT. AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MILANJ DIAMONDS. Very rude and Dishonest. I was shopping at MILANJ DIAMONDS. The necklace I purchased cost $487.60. It was the end of the night and I was being rushed to make a purchase before closed. To me it seemed as though the salesperson that was assisting me was rushing so that he could meet his daily quota. The approximate time of the incident was 8:43pm and the store closes at 9:00pm. I ended up buying the piece of jewelry, it was for my sister. However, she didn't answer the phone when I was calling to confirm beforehand and because I was hesitant I asked the salesman about the stores return policy and he reassured me that if I had any issues the jewelry could be returned. I came back to the store the following morning, and the same sales person was there with the OWNER. He told me a different story when less than 24 hours before he explained to me that I could return my purchase if I wasn't satisfied. I also spoke to the store manager and he said that there was nothing that he could do. To add to that the OWNER was being VERY RUDE and nasty to me and treated with no respect. A customer spending money in his store and should not be talked down to in the manner that he was acting towards me. That isn't how you treat your customers nor how you run a business therefore instead of going back and forth I dismissed myself from the situation and left the item that I was unhappy with at the store.. Never heard from them.I called more that 10 times they always say they will get back to me never a call back. I just Called the store recently to get it resolve and this guy by the name of Pejman said he will get back to me and he never did. called again 3 weeks later which is today. He said: "I will not get my money back and I should do whatever I wish".

The owner and staff at Milanj went above and beyond to get us wedding rings in time for our wedding. The jeweler we were previously working with closed unexpectedly. Jalil stepped up and delivered the rings as promised. Every time we walk into the store they make us feel like family. I won’t go anywhere else to buy jewelry.

Great experience! PJ was a huge help in assisting me with purchasing my fiancé’s wedding band. Friendly staff and amazing selection. Would definitely recommend for those looking for amazing pieces of jewelry.

J is the best. They always work out a great deal for you. I’ve bought an engagement ring, two wedding bands, an anniversary ring and two diamond necklaces and couldn’t be happier. Always a pleasure dealing with these folks. Good cookies too!!!!
