We used Milano as our caterer for my wedding at the Grange Audubon center. The experience with them from start to finish was fantastic. They were extremely supportive and helpful to me as I planned for a 100-guest reception. Their food options were robust, reasonably priced, and most importantly delicious! I also loved being able to have the flexibility to adjust the headcount up to 10 days before the wedding, as we had ended up having closer to 90 guests. A big shout out to their director Joshua, who worked very closely with me to get the logistics sorted, especially as the big day arrived. He was onsite the day of to assist and their hired crew were so attentive and kind. I cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

ld help us for our wedding, which was only three months away at that point. They took us in, and comforted us and truly made us feel like everything was going to be okay. AND IT WAS! Jayne, Enzo, Joshua and the entire kitchen and serving team went above and beyond throughout the entire process, not just the night of the wedding. They helped us make last minute changes to our tables, accommodate allergies, and they even attended multiple meetings with our venue and wedding planner to make sure we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. The tasting was great, and we were allowed to bring up to four people including us! They took care of table placement, movement and turnover, and all of the trash and kitchen cleanup. We also got at least a dozen compliments about their bartending staff and how they recognized faces and remembered orders. We never had an empty hand; Joshua was always refilling our drinks and checking in! Every person on their team was so detail-oriented and helped us with so many little things that weren’t catering related, just to make sure we had a smooth night. We truly think Creative Cuisine made the difference in our wedding and made it go from organized chaos to smooth sailing.

ed to have indian food catered in for almost half of our guests. They worked with us to make sure we could do this as well as have plated food for our American guests. Unfortunately on the day of our wedding, they were delayed in getting dinner out to our guests. This delayed our reception by about 40 minutes. We did not receive direct communication from them about this delay and had to hear from our other vendors that they were running behind. I wish the communication was better with us so we could have decided to rearrange the different events we had during our reception, instead of everyone just sitting at the tables waiting for food. The delay caused us to miss out on 40 minutes of dancing and our other vendors had to stay later.
I would recommend them if you don't have a time sensitive event like wedding where the timeline is really tight.

All our guests were impressed with the food and the rentals from Creative Cuisine were of a high quality. Jayne assisted us in finding custom linens for our reception that really pulled together our look. Additionally, she was very helpful and providing advice to keep us to our budget throughout the whole process.
The staff at Creative Cuisine were all highly professional, helpful, and kind. Our coordinator, Jayne, was really above-and-beyond what we expected. She was very clear in her communications and did a great job working with the venue and our wedding coordinator.
One final piece of congratulations: the invoices we received from Creative Cuisine were all both *accurate* and *easy to read*. Planning an event like a wedding involves reviewing a lot of vendor invoices and I came to really appreciate this detail of their service.

There wasn't a detail in our wedding that Jayne did not know. I can't imagine our wedding running as smoothly as it did without having Jayne's insight. Beyond having an amazing event consultant on staff, the food was delicious. We opted for multiple stations because we had several allergies and dietary restrictions. All our guests were so happy they could make their plates according to their needs because all the food items were clearly labeled with their ingredients list. The staff was polite, friendly, and accommodating - the food was "literally the best food I've had at any wedding" (actual quote from my guest who has been to a TON of weddings). The beef was some of the best I've ever had at a wedding BUT the chicken, I'm told, needed just a little bit more sauce to make up for any dryness. Other than that, everything was amazing and we received countless compliments on the entire event.
Jayne and the team flawlessly executed our vision and with very little guidance/instruction - which was incredibly impressive AND appreciated as we all know how hectic the timelines are on those magical days.

A non traditional approach and they did it flawlessly, we couldn't be more grateful that the food was not only beautiful but delicious!
Jayne not only helped with finalizing floor plans that were not the easiest from our venue but handled weather options/alternates as well as we were largely outdoors. We were in great hands!

Our guests LOVED the food and Creative’s service during the reception. I desperately wanted grilled cheese, and Jayne made sure it happened and helped us pick other food that balanced out my child-palate. We also did the flaming donuts which were delicious and a super fun presentation.

This team is punctual, professional and thorough - they worked with us to have a few dishes from our preferred Indian catering present alongside their western fare for our blended wedding, and helped us stay on track with all of the details necessary for a very smooth and easy implementation day-of.
