This is where I had to take a leap of faith when they suggested that they would make a custom ring for me which I was a little apprehensive about but they assured me I would be happier with this result. Through the whole process in the creation of the ring from picking the diamond to the casting of the setting the amount of detail they put into the ring was astounding! It made me feel taken care of and safe knowing exactly what was going on the whole time even through distance communication during covid-19!!! After a couple of weeks and an incredibly easy payment process came the big reveal.... To tell you I was blown away is an understatement!! In an already nerve racking situation wanting to make sure that the proposal was perfect this gave me such a sense of peace and readiness to ask the love of my life to spend forever with me! The beauty this ring gave me no doubt that she would have no problem saying yes though there wasn't much doubt. Milano Jewelers are true artists at their craft and if you are thinking about going with a big box store I highly recommend having in the least a consultation with them to see how truly incredible of an experience you will have with their boutique service. They will make you feel like your needs are the most important and will make your dreams come true. Having proposed and my now fiancé loving the ring so much she is sleeping with it (against my wishes ;p) they will continue to have my business for the wedding bands and any jewelry or watch needs I will need for the future. You might say that the perfect ring doesn't exist but when you are in the hands of Milano perfection is what's to be expected.
