bout how delicious the food was. Not only was the food really good, the service was great. JoLynn and the other individual helping were super friendly and efficient, and my family loved getting to speak with them. They were super helpful with cutting our cakes (no cutting fee) and with helping pass out champagne/juice for the toast. All of this for a very affordable price!
The only drawback was that in the months leading up to the wedding it was sometimes hard to get a hold of someone. There was one instance where it took over a month to get a response. I know these folks are very busy since they also are caterers for a few local businesses, but I had read on some other posts that happened to a few others as well. However, in the few weeks leading up to the wedding, that was no problem and everyone was super responsive day of... just something to keep in mind if you can be overly anxious like me!

an double the cost of some places' advertised prices. What they advertise is truly what you get, just add in tip and tax. Secondly, all the work they put in is fantastic. I wanted a mac and cheese bar, and even though it's not on their menu JoLynn made it happen and it was delicious! She basically just asked what I wanted and gave it to me. Her and her staff also helped with little details like lighting candles and the sparklers for our sparkler exit, and cut our cake without any extra fee. Only complaint is they didn't save the top layer (which was mostly due to a miscommunication from the venue), but cut top-down so we do have the whole bottom layer saved. I read from other reviews that JoLynn can be difficult to get a hold of, which is somewhat true, but if you go in knowing that and know to email her a couple times there were no issues. She came to our walk-through, we finalized the menu with plenty of time, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone - the service you get for the price is absolutely unbeatable!

ere literally double the food costs! These crazy people wanted to charge me $4,000 to feed 60 people and my wedding was a laid-back outdoor wedding with a picnic feel. I was so relieved when my then fiance found Mile High Catering. They don't charge any additional fees, just the usual tax. We only ended up paying $10 per head and that included the hourdours! We served sausage stuffed mushrooms, an assortment of mini quiches, and humus with fresh veggies & pita chips for the cocktail hour. For the meal, we had pork brisket that was sooo juicy and tender and delicious, grilled chicken in a pineapple chutney, fruit salad (and this was GOOD fruit salad - they let us pick the fruit so it was full of berries and pineapples etc), coleslaw and an assortment of crescents and whole wheat buns (again they let us pick the breads). What's great about this company is that they are very, very personable and they allow you to really control what is being served so that you get exactly what you want! And we rented table clothes and galvanised feeding troughs (to put ice and beers and sodas and waters in so people could help themselves) through the cater at a really low cost! Our bartender NEVER SHOWED UP...we were so mad but that's a different review haha Our caterer ended up getting covered under the bar tender's insurance and stepping up as our bartender. She was SO great and helpful and a life saver at the wedding! She also set up all the tables etc for only $75 when our venue said they wanted $250 to do the same thing. She removed our trash for free when our venue said they wanted $75 to remove trash. This is an honest company that really cares about saving people money! Everyone kept commenting on how good the food was, and they let us take all the left overs home with us! We got a ton of food for super cheap! I'd choose this caterer again for any event!
