Marty and his team did an outstanding job installing a large sailcloth tent for our wedding reception. It was a somewhat complicated location that required anchoring into concrete ...
at some of the anchor points, and the team helped us understand what would be involved and strongly executed the vision we were going for.
Most incredible vendor! When we landed on having a backyard wedding, one of my requirements was that the tent and furniture had to look good and 'elevated'. I reached out to many r...
ental companies and Milestone had by far the best selection, prices and service. We planned our entire wedding remote as we live in Europe. I had many questions, tweaks and changes and Marty was excellent at communication. He responded immediately to my many emails! The set up and tear down was so quick and efficient. They even set up the tent one day early cost free so we could host our rehearsal dinner there. Not to mention everything looked STUNNING. We got so many compliments all weekend, and still get compliments when people see photos of our wedding. Highly recommend booking Milestone for your wedding!
Where to begin with this review.. Milestone event rental is the real deal. We had a large backyard wedding on our farm in Thompson, IA, on 9-17-22, and they made our dreams come to...
life. We rented a clear tent, a smaller sailcloth tent, generators, lighting, and multiple other items. Marty is so knowledgeable, and we were so impressed by their professionalism. They came and set the tent up on Wednesday before our wedding, which took over 8 hours, and tore it down the Monday after. We were so thankful for them to even provide the labor!
Our wedding guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the tent was and how the entire venue looked. They built our wedding venue from the ground up, and I couldn't be more thankful for their expertise.
10000/10 would recommend. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

Our wedding almost was a horror story 😳 and Milestone Event Rental came to the rescue. We rented several things from a different company and also had them set up some café light...
s outside. Long story short, they showed up day of and they didn't have enough café lights, cords and other equipment. We called Milestone in a panic and begged them to come set up and take down the cafe lights. They were perfect and the venue owners even complimented it!
The floor was amazing, the tent was spectacular, the lighting was perfectly executed and everything else was just purely majestic
Marty and his crew were incredible to work with. You can tell that he really takes pride in his business and treated us like family. Planning a wedding out of state is difficult, a...
nd Marty went the extra mile for us. He even made a trip to our family’s property to measure the yard so we knew which size tent we would need for our wedding and what would fit in the space we had. From being adaptable to last minute guest count adjustments to a prompt delivery and set up, we are so grateful to everyone at Milestone.
Working with Marty has been absolutely amazing. He is professional and helpful. He walked with us every step of the way and the compliments we received from our tents were never en...
ding! Highly recommended Milestone for any of your wedding rental needs!
Working with Marty at Milestone Event Rental was great! About a month away from our wedding date we decided to downsize to a backyard affair. I knew what I wanted to rent and Miles...
tone had an easy site where I could add all my items to an online order (and I could see the prices, the transparency was awesome!). I had some limitations for delivery and pick-up times and coordinated with Marty before placing a deposit to make sure it worked out. When it was time for delivery (and pick-up) I swear Marty arrived on the minute! Everything looked great and it couldn't have been easier!
Marty at Milestone Event was amazing. We needed to bring in chairs for our wedding, but needed set up and take down on the same day. I called a couple other chair rental places th...
at had been recommended to me by my day of coordinator and one of them suggested Marty at Milestone Event when he heard the situation I needed. I called Marty and within 30 minutes, we had everything set up and booked, at a very reasonable price! He did everything he could to make it as cheap as possible and was even the one to insist that the chairs shouldn't get picked up until 9 PM (we got married in July) so it would be darker and the guests inside the reception area wouldn't see his crew stacking the chairs. I couldn't believe how easy he made it and how great it turned out - the chairs looked great and it was so nice not having to worry about it all day. All we had to do we ensure that my husband and his groomsmen were there when Marty's crew showed up to direct them - and that was it! Would recommend this place to ANYONE needing chair rentals!!!
