th leading up to the wedding, and that is probably all due to Kristy and her team putting my groom and myself at ease. They picked up my vision easily and seamlessly, helping me with pieces I couldn't quite figure out. I had a bit of a unique wedding with an untraditional caterer who had never catered a wedding before, furniture rentals, a staffing company, and lots of other little pieces to coordinate - so my wedding was probably more work and more coordination than most. And since there were so many moving parts, I was very worried leading up to it how everything would work together. As the day got closer, and I sat in on calls with my vendors and Kristy/Danamarie, I realized very quickly that they had grasped the exact type of event I wanted, and they were going to pull it off. At some point, I completely stopped talking to my vendors and put the entire thing in their hands. I trusted them completely to make the right decisions, and I even knew there would be several decisions that would need to be made on site. This When I arrived at the venue and saw what my wedding looked like, those instincts proved to be right. Everything was beautiful, everything worked, there was enough food, the tables fit, it wasn't too crowded (all things I was nervous about leading up to the day) and this is mostly thanks to Kristy, Danamarie and the rest of their staff. They put so much time and effort into every aspect of our wedding day, and it truly was the most incredible night of our lives. I would recommend them to anyone having any type of event - this is truly the dream team to keep you stress free and allow you to enjoy yourselves on the day of your wedding!

o make it all work. We used her for Day of Coordination and it was worth every penny. When my wife's mom forgot the flowers she went back to my house and got them, when we needed to figure out how to get 280 menu cards, table runners, seating chart, and table numbers to the venue she picked them up and we didn't have to think anymore. There was a language barrier and they worked around it with out issue. I can not recommend her enough, from the very beginning on the phone she listened to what we needed and wanted for our day while many other coordinators we spoke to told us what they usually do. We didn't have a "usual" situation and we liked that she listened to us first then asked questions. I didn't want to hire a wedding coordinator but my wife made me and I am EXTREMELY glad we had Kristy come on board that day.

and changed a stressful, tense situation into a relaxed, worry-free one. Kristy and her team (especially Dana) stepped in to deliver on the final preparations with the reception site, to run the rehearsal and to manage all day-of logistics at the church and the reception. From the moment Kristy sat down with my mother and me before the rehearsal to go over all the timing and details, I knew that she would have everything in-hand and under control. She walked through every detail of the day and explained how she would be at the church while Dana would be at the reception site coordinating staff there, deliveries, set-up, etc. I liked her open manner and confidence and clear attention to detail. She stepped right in and took over where my sister's planning and arrangements had left off so that my sister (and mom) could relax and enjoy the day rather than worrying about what was happening next or if things were where they were supposed to be. And that was the greatest gift -- seeing the two of them able to really relax, enjoy themselves and share the joy of the day, worry-free. And we owe it all to Kristy and her team! If we had to do it all over, we would absolutely hire Kristy again. I couldn't recommend Kristy more.
