able to give each of us the exact look that we wanted. She was amazing. I hired Mili for a trail-run about 6 weeks before the wedding. We quickly found that she was caring, sweet, and knew her stuff! She was able to make me comfortable (and I wear zero make up on a daily basis) and also impressed my maid of honor (who knows everything about make up). She spent an entire day with us, even doing three different styles in my hair, and two styles for my mom. It was obvious that we were going to NEED her for the wedding! On the day of the wedding, Mili brought an amazing assistant and they went to work! Again, they were so sweet and attentive. More importantly, their work was amazing. I have never felt so beautiful and that is what everyone wants on their wedding day. We all joked that we would love to have Mili on speed-dial to help get us ready every time we go out. But, its not a joke. I loved working with Mili and would hire her again and again.

at the salon was so nice and helpful, it really made me feel good about my experience. After my engagement photos that day I realized I had forgotten my purse at the salon and I was pretty stressed about it since the salon was closed the next day and we live about 2 hours away. After contacting Mili she put me in touch with the receptionist Rachael (Mili didn't have keys as she just started with this salon), who was nice enough to come all the way back to the salon at 9pm just to let me get inside and get my purse. Mili even called again the next day to follow up and make sure everything had worked out. Thank you Mili!

. She listened to what each of the women wanted and then used her expertise to perfect the looks. She matched the makeup to each of our skin tones perfectly. Mili paid extreme attention to detail, she was even touching me up as I was leaving the hotel room to head to the ceremony! I received many compliments on my dress, flowers, etc., but the most compliments I received for the night were for how gorgeous my hair and makeup looked. Mili is the best!

rough. As for hair, I have thick, curly, unmanageable hair that she transformed into the most glamorous, sexiest, classiest hairstyle I have ever had! And that is no easy task! She used her time efficiently, working with my daughter, my mother-in-law and the bride! Did I mention I was not the bride? She treated me like I was though! My 13-year old daughter was thrilled with getting to wear make-up and I was thrilled with the appropriate amount Mili used on her. And then, there was the bride. I have to say that I have never seen a more beautiful bride! The bride went from a daytime, outdoor wedding to a sophisticated, glamorous nighttime indoor reception (change of dress included!) and Mili was able to give her a look that transformed easily into both settings. Again, this was no easy task and Mili handled it smoothly. Being a diverse group, we provided Mili many challenges with different hair textures, skin types and colors, age groups, personalities. She handled it like a true professional and is an absolute pleasure to work with!

ning I mean from the first day I spoke to her. I found her on the knot and thought why not give her a call. From the moment we spoke I knew she was going to be the perfect person for me. I dont know very much about makeup but she walked me through all the steps and went out of her way to come to me for a consultation. We emailed and exchaged texts about inspirations and ideas as we formulated the perfect look together. The day of my wedding she accomodated my mother, my 7 bridesmaids and myself with ease. We all looked so magnificent. My husbands face when he first saw me was priceless! I know I am going overboard here but I just have so many amazing things to say about Mili. I hired a dresser who was supposed to be there for damage control however she was more in the way then anything. Mili stepped up and really helped out in this department as well. I really believe she has the talent and style to handle it all on her own. I have already recommended her to several friends and one of my bridesmaids has already booked her for her wedding in September 2012. Trust me she wont disappoint!!! THANKS MILI. Even fixed my husband's grandmothers hair minutes before the ceremony after it came undone from her salon's work.
