The timeline they put together is probably the most important item out of everything. Tori put together an incredibly detailed timeline accounting for every single minute and task of the day. Day of, Tori was there to guide the entire process (lead the bridal party, set up at venue, keep things on time etc.). I didn't have to lift a finger the day of to work with vendors or monitor set up. Day after, everything was moved out of the venue and Tori collected my centerpieces, cards, flowers and even leftover food. I am a control freak, and the level of trust I had in Carly and team was high. They exceeded my expectations and made sure my day was as carefree and fun as possible. ut. Turns out our venue knows EXACTLY what they're doing and yes, you do need a day of coordinator! I can confidently say that working with Milk Glass was one of the best investments we made in our wedding. We worked with Tory as our month/day of coordinator and she was INCREDIBLE. I truly can't say enough about her and what she did to make our wedding experience flawless. Tory was next level (and so much fun to work with!) and on the month of took SO much stress off of us by handling vendor communication, helping with last minute details/orders, and simply putting our minds at ease (which is priceless at that point in the planning process). On the day of, she was above and beyond in every sense. Our wedding day was supposed to be rainy during our ceremony, and all day she was running back and forth between the bridal and groom suites to keep us in the loop about what the latest forecast would be. We eventually decided to hold the ceremony inside with a 100% chance of rain forecasted. 20 minutes before our ceremony, the sun popped out and Tory jumped into action mode, getting our entire set up moved outside for the most amazing ceremony. The rest of the day went perfectly, thanks mostly to Tory. If something went wrong, I still have no idea because she handled it. She somehow managed to be everywhere we needed her at the exact moment we needed it. Whether it was to keep us on schedule, get us another drink, or make sure we actually sat down and enjoyed our wedding meal, she was there. Numerous people even commented on how good she was, and how calm/fun her energy was while handling numerous different things at the same time. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we're so thankful we had Tory to help us because without her, it definitely wouldn't have been the same. Our guests were certainly in a partying mood after the lockdowns and we started to run out of alcohol during dinner. Carly sent someone to buy more so the party could continue. This was the single thing that made the most difference on how perfect our day was!

For example, my husband and I met at an apple orchard- and Carly and her team put together a beautiful and classy "farm stand" welcome table inspired by how we met, such as special touch! In the same vein, Carly thought of an idea to use dried fruit as decorations on the tables and meal markers for our table seating to add more color and fall vibes. This ended up adding such a beautiful, rustic, and unique element to our dinner decorations, and we received lots of compliments! We truly could not have planned such a special day without Milk Glass Productions, and we are so grateful to have had Carly and her team throughout the planning process and on the day of! we planned for our wedding in Colorado. Living in CA, we knew planning for an out-of-state wedding would come with some challenges, especially planning during a pandemic. Alex made the entire planning process beyond manageable for my husband and I. He made himself available when any questions came up, regardless of how small or silly the question was. Carly and Alex also did a great job communicating to us any COVID updates that may affect our wedding date. We felt like we were in the know during the entire planning process. Throughout the planning process, Alex did an amazing job of making any task less stressful - he updated all of our vendor contracts into our online portal, helped us organize vendor payments, and communicated any upcoming timelines that needed to be met. Alex ALWAYS provided the feedback that we needed regarding decor decisions we needed to make. He went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was as stress-free as possible. The week of the wedding, Alex and the Milk Glass Productions team were our saving grace! The day of our rehearsal walk-through, Alex went out of his way to meet with our jeweler to pick up our wedding bands for the wedding the next day. When we found out that my husband's wedding band had gotten lost by FedEx, Alex managed to find a replacement band for the wedding day. He also created a photo-shoot backdrop in place of our neon sign that did not make it in time for the wedding (thanks again Alex!). The day of the wedding, Alex and the team, continued to 'wow' us by the effort and dedication that went into make our day completely perfect and magical. The entire team made sure we did not have to worry about a single thing the day of and allowed us to enjoy our time with each other as newly weds, and with our friends and family. I was in graduate school in New York City with minimal time to visit home (or time in general!) and Alex helped me coordinate everything remotely. He and the whole Milk Glass team really took the time to get to know us and provided us with resources and guidance for anything and everything that goes into planning a wedding. From spreadsheets and check-lists to design consultations to helping my mom choose her dress Alex was always ready and responsive with impeccable taste and expertise! Our day was absolutely beautiful and picture perfect thanks to all of their hard work and help! efaming her business, defended herself regarding the issues noted below , and never asked us our thoughts... MGP stood out for its amazing reviews, their quick response to our inquiry, and a phone call with us to go over their packages, which made us feel confident in MGP's abilities. We had the partial package, which included unlimited emails and phone calls, a couple in-person meetings, assisting with vendor selection and contracts, and day-of coordination. Admittedly we probably could've done the full package. Several times, we would be working on some client emails only to find out later that MGP had already been contacting them. They always pulled through, but the lack of communication repeatedly caused us stress and confusion. Communication in general was supposed to take place over phone, text, or email. However, because MGP seemed so busy and hard to get a hold of, it felt like we really had to work hard to get attention. Throughout the process we had hoped they would keep us on track for what we needed to do and communicate what they were doing, but it often felt like we had to initiate (i.e. what should we be doing, are they doing this or should we be, etc.) I'm not sure if they were uniquely busy, but we got the impression that they were busy elsewhere and we had to keep up with them in order to get a response (reminder emails/texts every few days, etc.). Typically, a vendor strives to make you feel like you're their only client, but that didn't feel like the case. While we knew Carly would not be there the day-of, there was no handoff to day-of coordinators (Alex and Krista) in the preceding weeks and it was an unclear transition. It was wonderful to realize Alex had been working so much on the wedding and he did a wonderful job, but it was confusing to have never received an introduction or explanation about Alex and Krista. On the day of the wedding, we absolutely loved having Krista and Alex, who went above and beyond on so many things. Truly, the day-of coordination was amazing. The team made our visions come to life with so many gorgeous details, and even helped me fix my wedding shoes when they snapped before the ceremony! However, I do need to mention several details that were overlooked. Despite us second-guessing the time allotted for hair and makeup, and being reassured by Milk Glass it was enough, the time was too short, so we were significantly behind schedule for pictures (which added notable stress). The tables were moved around from our seating chart, so the groom's family ended up in the very back... While the MGP team is not supposed to handle food (makes sense!), the dessert table was empty for most of the wedding despite there being more dessert available to refill with (they should have communicated with the catering team). Two envelops with tips for vendors were left by the planner on one of the dinner tables. Again, the wedding was overall so so gorgeous, but the planning and the day-of were not without issue. Overall, my impression is that Milk Glass knows a ton about the wedding industry. We had an amazing wedding that absolutely could not have happened without them, but the confusion and stress (mainly due to communication issues) seem like they could be avoided at this price point.

She helped articulate to vendors the vision I had swirling in my head and ensure every 'i' was dotted when signing vendor contracts. In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding, I truly felt stress free as Carly and her team ensured we were on track to finalize guest counts with each of our vendors and confirm logistics for the day of. On the day of the wedding, I was blown away when walking into the venue and seeing the vision I had in my head playing out in front of me; from the table decor, to my bouquet, to the menu filled with my husband & I's favorite foods. Per Carly's direction, our tables were named after our favorite ski mountains and our place cards were ski lifts tickets designed on a cute chicken wire provided by Carly. She also has great taste when it comes to floral and color arrangements (lol, she definitely helped my husband and I come to some color compromises). She also has great vendor connections and recommendations (Fiori Flowers in Boulder, CO and Phil Gallagher, Officiant). She's also super helpful when it comes to managing a budget, creating day-of timelines, and running an amazing wedding day! My wedding day was beautiful and it was all thanks to Carly!

All of our communications were helpful, on point, and helped calm the stresses of wedding planning. We didn't feel any pressure to use any particular vendors, buy unneeded stuff, etc. Our wedding day itself was seamless.
