Best food ever! We were able to go in for a tasting a few months before our wedding to check everything out and it was a great experience with the chef and Hannah. We even made a few changes to what food tier we wanted and Hannah changed it very easily for us. We chose to serve chicken & waffles and brisket and the guests loved it! We also used them for bar service and they did a great job. They were able to handle our guests very quickly through the night . Hannah was very quick to respond to emails and calls and was always happy to answer any questions that came her way. 10 out of 10 service! Thank you guys!

They are just such an amazing staff you don’t have to worry about anything !! Everything was detailed outlined and explained to us so there were no surprises on the day of . They made sure that we were taken care of during the reception and served my husband and I first I felt like royalty I was expecting to get up and get the food ourselves which I would have been fine with since it was buffet style we didn’t want for anything the staff at millennia catering is who you need !!!!!

Yum! Did a fabulous job for my wedding. Even had some special appetizers ready just for me (vegetarian bride here)! They had meals in our room for after the wedding also as a midnight snack. So thoughtful! Everyone loved the steak and potatoes au gratin. Only recommendation for them is to have the vegetarian plated meals delivered before the table leaves for the buffet! Some guests ended up with 2 plates of food.

When we had our tasting we had the most delicious garlic mashed potatoes, steamed corn and tilapia with chunks of crabmeat. I was so looking forward to the buffet at my daughter’s wedding. Instead of garlic mashed potatoes, we had instant mashed potatoes. Not even garlic instant mashed potatoes. The corn was from a can that was heated and put in a serving tray. There were several portions of tilapia that had no crab meat at all. The pasta primavera was cold. I had bragged about the food to my friends and ended up apologizing to them because it was so awful. We had to use them as a package with the venue but I would never ask them to cater another event.

Wow, wow, wow! I cannot speak highly enough for our food and experience with Millenia! I wish I could give them 6 stars. We were so impressed at our tasting. We had been to many before Millenia and they blew them out of the water. We did not feel pressured in any way or that we were a "bother". They took time with us, gave specialized one and one attention, and answered so many of our questions throughout the whole planning process. They were able to deliver a menu beyond our expectations and within our budget. The staff at the wedding were also superb. They always made sure we had food and drinks in hand and the food stations were all set beautifully. Food was a top priority for us for our wedding and this was above and beyond. We - and our guests - will be remembering that food for years to come!

Millenia Catering was delicious! Everyone that attended our wedding was so impressed with their food! Angie was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process as well. She is them extremely flexible and professional. The staff at our wedding was also very friendly and professional. I couldn't recommend this Millenia Catering more! We honestly couldn't have had a better caterer.

We got soo many compliments on our food at our wedding! Having Millenia Catering as the designated caterer for our venue (Dr. Phillips House) took a huge weight off in choosing a caterer and it is just a bonus how delicious the food was! The chef was very accommodating in our cultural and dietary needs. The staff was professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend hiring them. (PS - Try the beef wellington appetizer! Amazing!)

Absolutely incredible in everything. We had Buffet style but they were amazing in making sure we (the bride and groom) were taken care offend has everything we needed including passed appetizers while we were taking pictures so we didn’t miss out on food! . I received so many compliments on the quality and tastiness of the food. Many of my guests kept going back for more. I would highly highly highly recommend Millenia catering and The courtyard at Lake Lucerne.

Hands down one of the easiest decisions we made. As in shut up and take my money easy. Traci was a dream to work with and always responded quickly and gracefully to my 5 million questions. The food was amazing, and their pricing and service simply cannot be beat. We got rave reviews from every guest that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. They were beyond professional and treated us like a king and Queen. My only regret is I can’t do it all again!

After having three tastings at different catering companies, we knew Millenia Catering was the best. Traci made us feel so welcomed and comfortable while at the tasting. She brought us the food and gave us the space to enjoy and discuss. Their selections for cocktail hour were delicious and it was hard to choose just a few. We highly recommend the raspberry and brie puff pastry. The quality of food you get for the cost is fantastic. During cocktail hour, a server brought food and drinks to the wedding party as we were taking pictures. We upgraded to the filet mignon as dinner option and the steak was so tender and perfectly cooked. The servers were very attentive throughout dinner and through the night were cleaning up glasses and plates left around.

The food was delicious, they have a wide variety of options and are really open to changing or adding anything.

as a couple I am a big foodie and my now husband is a chef so we had to have the best food. Millenia Catering blown us away first at the tasting. the second time at the wedding they recreated the food exactly like the food tasting the beef and salmon were cooked to perfection. we booked as a package deal with courtyard at lake Lucerne

Millenia Catering was outstanding. I definitely recommend them. We worked with Traci and she was the most helpful, attentive and sweet person ever. They work very efficient, the food was delicious, all of our guest loved it. We had a food allergy in the family and they made sure that the person got the correct food, so there wouldn't be any issues. Will definitely use them again if I am planning any big event.

Catering is not only one of the biggest expenses for the wedding, but one of the most important. Choosing the catering company was one of the biggest decisions for me and my husband. We wanted to ensure that our guests would walk away feeling not only well fed but also that they enjoyed a top-notch meal. Millenia Catering far exceeded our expectations. They were one of the best decisions we made when choosing vendors for our wedding. We researched about a dozen catering companies and did several food tastings. Millenia Catering far surpassed all of them and did so without breaking the bank. Their service, value, and quality are outstanding. From beginning to end, Traci and the whole team treated us not just like another client, but like friends. She listened to our needs and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with every aspect of the catering process – from the food tasting, to picking out the menu, to securing all the other details like napkins, champagne flutes, etc. Millenia Catering was also able to accommodate our request for an ice-cream bar and a cappuccino station. All within our budget. On the evening of the wedding, Traci made sure the wedding party was fed and that my husband and I were taken care of. She brought us a big plate of food and we were actually able to enjoy the food we had put so much thought into for the months leading up to the wedding! So many people say that they were not able to eat on their wedding day, but Traci made sure we were able to enjoy it! The food was DELICIOUS! We received so many compliments from our guests. People are still talking about the pecan crusted chicken with the whiskey glaze! Seriously, I cannot say enough how impressed we were with Millenia Catering. We would hire them again with no hesitation and cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, look no further. Hire Millenia Catering for your wedding or event.

We highly recommend Millenia Catering after the great experience we had at our wedding. The private tasting was a big help on giving insight to how the food is prepared along with what they're capable of doing. Hannah reminded us of any outstanding decisions that were needed and very flexible to minor changes. Not a single person complained about the food at our wedding. They pride themselves on providing enough food for your guest plus seconds. (We had a buffet service). Hannah provided me and my wife with our own plate of all the items and really took care of us on our special day. I highly recommend Millenia for their service, quality and price point.

BEST FOOD EVER! We loved Tracey and her team. They were professional, friendly, and made sure we ate all of the same foods as our guests. We didn't miss a moment of the yumminess that everyone else got to enjoy as well. Our guest's commented that it was the best wedding food they have ever eaten! Millenia was awesome! Our venue gave us a list of about 20 caterers we could hire, and after much research on cost and packages we narrowed our options to Millenia and one other. My husband and I went for our tasting and were so impressed with the quality of the food. We were further impressed because my parents had wanted to come to the tasting, but at the last minute they were not able to join. Millenia allowed us to come back for a second tasting so my parents could come! My parents were also blown away by how good the food was. We had a few small miscommunications with the initial point of contact there, but someone else took over our event and immediately resolved all issues and was very helpful. Not even worth going into specifics, I just want other couples to know that Millenia quickly and professionally corrected any issues. We were impressed with the bar service as well. We provided our own alcohol for a full open bar and hired Millenia to tend bar. We had a signature drink (cucumber gimlet) which uses cucumber and rosemary. We thought for sure we would have to supply those items, but Hannah said "nope, send the recipe to me and we'll provide those supplies too"! Our guests all raved about our food and quality of drinks, and the bar tenders worked quickly. I cannot recommend Millenia Catering enough. They clearly know how to cook, provide professional service, and are fair in their cost.

Excellent food, super helpful, very accommodating. There was some unexpected turnover at the company but that did not stop them from giving us an amazing event!!

From the moment we did our tasting with Millenia Catering for our wedding, we knew we were done with our search! They were so wonderful to work with every step of the way, and the food... wow! We received so many compliments from our guests. Not only did we get to actually eat, but we had our own personal server following us around with drinks all night! I cannot recommend them enough!

The food was amazing! We went with the chicken piccata and the pepper corn beef and it was simply delicious! The cheesy potatoes and mixed veggies were a hit too. The only problem we had was that the line at the bar was way too long. It would have been nice for the them to recommend another bar station since our wedding was so big (160.) Almost no left over food at the end of the night, but everyone was fed and happy. Even with a few snafu's when the staff changed over during out planning process, they remained professional and got the job done perfectly.

Best. Food. Ever. Millenia knocked it out of the park. The food we ate on our wedding night tasted every bit as amazing as the tasting that convinced us to choose them in the first place (we did three caterer tastings, and were pleasantly surprised to find that our favorite food was also the most affordable option). Tonya was super easy to work with and so attentive to our needs the day of. When it turned out that no one had brought bitters to the reception, she ran out to get some so the groom could have his favorite drink, and replenished our stash of wine when the bottles we purchased ran dry. If you want to impress your guests, this is your caterer. Get the short ribs!

Five stars isn't enough! I will never be able to give enough thanks to Millenia and especially Tonya Boardway for their services before and during my wedding. Tonya is SUCH a sweetheart and met with us multiple times during all of my linen color scheme decision changes (bless her heart) before the wedding. On my wedding day, Tonya and her team assisted with the linens, napkin folding, lighting candles, etc. and just went above and beyond with making sure my reception looked nice (which is way more than her job description as a caterer). I received so many compliments from my guests about the food (salmon and chicken) and we also had a dessert bar through Millenia that was amazing! Tonya and her team are extremely nice and professional and Tonya even brought hors d'oeuvres and waters to my husband and I as we were taking bride and groom portraits (we were a pretty long walk from the reception space too). Like I said, I can never thank Tonya and her team enough for their role in my wedding! I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to experience their services!

We had Millenia as our caterer at our wedding on March 19 and they were OUTSTANDING!!! Tonya and her team were so easy to work with, and were so helpful in making the wedding planning process seamless. We have had so many guests compliment us on the food at our wedding, some even said that it was the best wedding food they've ever had! We had a buffet style setup and the presentation for the food was so beautiful. Their presentation added to the wedding decor without distracting from it in any way. Our day wouldn't have been the same without Millenia and we cannot thank them enough! If you are thinking of booking Millenia Catering, please do yourself a favor & use their services! You won't regret it!

Holy amazing food. We had a brunch wedding and this was like no other brunch menu I have ever seen. Fried chicken and belgian waffle tower with bacon and a bourbon vanilla drizzle?! YES PLEASE. The detail and the originality of the menu was top notch. And our guests were obsessed with the options. The staff we had with us that day were phenomenal. Kept everything clean and always catered to me and my husband to make sure we had everything we needed the entire day. The bartender served amazing drinks and we LOVED having their coffee bar (it had alllll the fixins). Tonya was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. She always had the answers to my questions and anything we wanted, she made it happen. I can’t say enough about this staff and the absolutely amazing food. Our family and friends are still talking about the meal more than a week later. This was one of the best decisions we made for our big day.

My wedding was yesterday and I could not wait to write a review about Millenia. They were the first caterer we tried and signed up immediately at the tasting as it was clear that there was no reason to look further. The food was amazing both during the tasting and the actual reception, so I definitely say complements to the chef but that is not what drove me to write this review so urgently. It was Tonya Broadway that exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish over more than 12 months she was always extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. All my questions were answered promptly, she made great suggestions, she knew my venue, and I know my wedding would not have been as good without her and the fantastic staff at Millenia Catering. I could have went with several other cheaper or more expensive options but, none of them would have provided the world class experience that Tonya and the ladies over a Millenia did at my wedding event.

We loved working with Tonya at Millenia Catering. She was very helpful and accommodating with all our requests & changes. We were thrilled with the food and service at the reception, and we would definitely recommend them!

We were extremely pleased with the service and quality of the food provided by Millenia. Tonya was AMAZING to work with, she literally took care of everything we could ask for, and then some. We had a few special requests and they were handled perfectly, including receiving a whole pasta entrée complimentary due to the special needs of my bride’s family. Tonya volunteered to handle multiple things that we assumed we would need to do ourselves, which made our wedding day go so much better. We have received so many compliments on the quality of the food, from the passed hors d’oeurves to the main course. A special thank you as well to the wait staff (& Tonya again), as they kept their focus on us for the entire night. They repeatedly checked on us during cocktail hour, served us the meal, and never let our glasses go empty. They even held off a few glasses of the specialty beer that was served during cocktail hour, in order to continue to serve me after the keg was floated. Our wedding planner, Vangie, recommended Millenia to us and we couldn't be more pleased with how our wedding meal turned out. It was so delicious!! We went with a southern-style menu and the food and service complimented our wedding reception perfectly. Jessica was so easy to work with and made everything run smoothly. We were so impressed by Millenia Catering in planning our wedding. Our contact, Tonya, was always available and helpful in answering our questions. They provided us with two amazing tastings, (one as a follow-up to the other). We began the process by telling them exactly what foods we wanted to serve, as well as the budget we wanted to stay within. When we arrived at our tasting, they had cooked the entire meal we dreamed up, and then provided the proposal to us within the budget we requested. I was so impressed with this! Chef Lo put his own expertise and creative spin on the menu we’d created and did a marvelous job. We served our meal family-style at the wedding, which our guests really loved. We were blown away by all of the positive feedback about our wedding food. So many people told us it was the best banquet food they’d ever had. Everything was very fresh and well-presented. I love salmon, but usually salmon is overcooked at large events, but it was one of the moistest and most flavorful salmon dishes I had ever had. They were also wonderful in accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions. We provided a list of those vegan/gluten-free guests, and they made sure those guests got their meals—which they raved about. Usually the “vegetarian” option at banquets isn’t so good, but our vegan guest were blown away. We also supplied the alcohol for our wedding, and they handled the process of bringing the bottles to set up and packing them up at the end of the night and taking them away, so we could pick them up later in the week from them and not that night. They also handled all of our linens and napkins. We also hired Millenia to bring us food during our “getting ready” morning, as well as for a dinner during the wedding weekend, and they did a great job on both. We highly recommend Millenia Catering!

YUM, YUM, YUM! Our venue gave us the option of working with one of 4 catering companies. We narrowed down to two and ultimately decided on Millenia for a number of reasons. First and foremost, the food is outstanding!!! Not only at the tasting which was carefully planned & presented but also at the reception itself -- amazing! They offer a great variety in menu items and we decided on a buffet with some great choices - the peppercorn top round was off the charts good! Another reason we selected Millenia was the service we received from them. Starting at the tasting and continuing through the reception, the staff is very detailed, attentive and so kind and sincere. Tonya is a rock star and made us feel very comfortable and special. Finally, Millenia is affordable. We felt the value for what we received was phenomenal. Great choice for a caterer in Orlando! The entire experience with Millenia was truly amazing. From our first meeting with the catering coordinator (Jessica), to menu selection and tasting, linen decisions, to the Day-Of setup and service, we were absolutely blown away. Jessica went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. She was always so responsive and helpful. Knowing that she was there taking care of things on the wedding day put me totally at ease. Of all the tastings we tried, Millenia’s food was the best by far. The large number of people that came up to me during the wedding night as well as afterwards to specifically tell me how good the food was just proved how great Millenia did. The staff was very attentive and friendly the night of the wedding. Tico was the team lead that night and did a great job always ensuring we had everything we needed. Hannah and Matt were the bartenders and were very attentive to all the guest’s requests. Ray, Cyndie, and Stefan worked the floor that night, and were always there to help. And as mentioned before, the Chef is stellar at what he does. I would HIGHLY recommend Millenia for any of your catering needs! They far exceeded our expectations.

Our wedding venue had us choose from a few different caterers. After having a tasting with Millenia we knew they would be the one. Jessica was a great help and the food was beyond amazing. ALL of our guests raved about how great the food was! I will recommend them for any catering event!

They had us at the tasting. Awesome food and they were so accommodating. They made sure we had the wedding we dreamt of!

Our venue had us pick a caterer from a few options. My husband and I decided to go with Millenia after looking at the different menu options from all catering companies. After food tasting, there was no doubt we were having Millenia cater on our special day! The portions were large and everything tasted delicious! Jessica sat with us and went over our colors for the table cloths and napkins. We informed her that we were having a 50's theme and encouraged all guest to dress the part. On our wedding day, the servers had on emerald green (one of our colors) bow ties/ties! They looked awesome and did a fabulous job making sure everyone was served and drinks were topped off. Even when my husband and I were finishing up with our pictures, a server came out with appetizers! (And I thought we were going to miss the eggrolls and cocktail shrimp due to photos). Everything was perfect; from the cucumber water to the wonderfully displayed, perfectly cooked and temperature food. Thank you Millenia for making our special even more special!

Our venue required us to choose between several different caterers and Millenia Catering was one of them. Before our tasting we had to provide what on the specialty menu for our venue we wanted to try. My husband and I both have food allergies and Millenia was very careful to guide us towards what we could and could not have, along with what could be modified. We provided a very long list of items we were considering and we were allowed to try all of them at the tasting. The food was amazing and we were able to customize some of the dishes to allow for my gluten intolerance. Now everyone always says that the food you have during the tasting is no doubt much better than the night of the wedding. I have to tell you, the food the night of the wedding was pretty much just as awesome as the tasting. I even had a friend come up to me (a little miffed) the our wedding food was way better than the food at his own wedding! I didn't finish all of my meal and asked them to box it up with tupperware I had brought. I microwaved it the next day and it was still so delicious I wished I had more. All of the staff we worked with was awesome and willing to make accommodations for various diets and extremely special requests.

We used Millenia Event Catering for our rehearsal dinner at the Bella Collina Corporate House in Monte Verde FL. They had a wide variety of entrees and passed horsdoevres to choose from. After making our selections and buying our own wine for them to serve we were very excited. The team arrived 3 hrs ahead of time for food prep and set up. When we returned with our guests the spreads were lovely. We ended up serving Maryland crab cakes, vegetable spring rolls, and strawberries with whipped goat cheese for the passed horsdoevres. For the three food stations we chose the potato martini station, the flat bread bar and a pasta action station where the entree was prepared with fresh ingredients in front of you upon request. All the food was delicious. The event went beautifully and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There was someone serving the wine, an attendant at every station and people walking around passing the horsdoevres. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Millenia Catering for their services.

Millenia Catering is an awesome vendor. They customized our food stations to fit well into our budget and to the liking of our taste buds. Of course,at the time this was my fiance's favorite part of the wedding planning process and when it comes to food he does not play around or just settle and he loved everything. Ely was easy to contact and she went above and beyond to work around our busy work schedule, which was very important for us. Our guests loved the food and the presentation of everything was beautiful!!!!

Chef Lo is absolutely the best! He is so professional and easy to work with. The food is amazing. From the time of our tasting to the Wedding Day, my husband and I were so anxious to get to eat his yummy food again! He even boxed up what was left so we were able to enjoy it after the wedding day! He goes above and beyond and we could have not asked for a better caterer. He even went as far to helping us with out honeymoon and having a room decorated when we got there. He is seriously awesome!

Chef Lo is the leader, and he's very friendly, accommodating, creative, and experienced. He was very flexible with his prices so that we could afford our vision. Our tasting was awesome (although it was a little better than the food on the day of which is understandable considering he was cooking for 2 and not 175). He was very organized and the service was smooth and easy. We got so many complements on how good the food was and even a few who asked for his recipe. My husband is a chef and we are both into food, so we really appreciated the food quality. The food displays were also very creative and beautiful and modern like we asked. They took care of the details and made changes that we requested closer to the wedding without any extra fees. We would reccommend them to anyone!
