no tux, simple flower bouquet, you get the picture. They decided to move the celebration to August in early June because they felt they needed to get on with their lives despite this pandemic. The church organist recommended Millenius Strings. Virgil promptly answered my query and we worked together to plan musicians and music for the ceremony. We decided on the string quartet because I felt we needed the richness of 4 instruments in this lovey, old, and historic church. With everything shut down, live music has been missed! Was it expensive? Yes, but in return we got 4 professional musicians who filled the church with beautiful prelude and recessionary music. I also scheduled a rehearsal because we had a dear friend who sang during the service and wanted to practice to make sure the song was perfect. Cheyenne was very pleased and enjoyed her time practicing with 2 of the musicians. They worked together seamlessly during the ceremony. You get what you pay for, and my family and I were/ are so pleased we had the Millenius Strings to add support to the ceremony. Oh, and the music was amazing. I could see that people were very happy after the ceremony. Music fills the soul and I highly recommend this group. The high level of professionalism made this day extra wonderful despite social
distancing and no singing in church.

. They added a really nice vibe to the ceremony that I don't think regular piano music or an organ could compete with. I was really happy with their performance. However, I did have some issues booking them. I booked them about 8 months before my wedding, which involves filling out a form and sending in a deposit. I found out the week before my wedding that, somehow, they didn't realize they were booked. It turned out fine since they were still free that weekend, but it was quite the source of stress for a few days. Apparently since I had sent the email with the form they needed attached and my dad had sent the deposit separately, they didn't know they went together. They cashed the check 8 months before the wedding, and my dad and I have the same last name, so I'm not sure how they didn't put two-and-two together... but as I said, it worked out fine.
I assume this was a complete fluke on their part and not the norm. However, if you do book with them, I'd double check they received everything you need and they know they're booked.
Despite the stress with booking, I highly recommend. (Just wanted to explain why I only gave them 3 stars for service.)
