cooperative and the nicest guy ever. Driving thru Detroit isn't exactly the easiest thing to do yet he got us to our spots smoothly and safely. I highly recommend this company!

eel like I was on crunch time (I booked in May for an October wedding), and that they had limited options and more expensive pricing for me. Because they still happened to have the Cadillac Escalade stretch that I wanted, I decided to book them as my vendor. As it got closer to the wedding day, they were the only ones out of all of my vendors to not contact me first about getting my final payment. After sending two emails with no response back, I decided to call to pay the remainder of my balance. They answered the phone and took my payment, but I noticed after a few days that I never actually saw the money leave my account - it looked like they never even ran my card. Three days before the wedding, they called telling me that they the Escalade was broken and they could not get replacement parts in time. The only replacement they offered me was a limo that seated 8 people, when I needed at least 11 seats. After calling around to many other limo companies, I was miraculously able to find something for our wedding day that would fit my whole wedding party. However, this whole process caused a lot of extra stress that I didn't need.

lene was awesome!! She texted us throughout the day so she could pull around and pick us up whenever we were ready. She was polite, friendly, and helpful. She was often helping me with my dress and veil. She even helped our groomsmen who is wheelchair bound get in and out of the limo and stored his wheelchair in the back for us. It was nice having the stress of transportation taken care of on my wedding day, Millennium Limousines did not disappoint! Highly recommend!

ette the driver was very attentive. There was a leak on the bus and he literally laid his coat over it in attempt to make us all comfortable. Even with that mishap we had a good time. On my wedding day, the service was ok. I don't feel the driver was as attentive.

t us every where we needed to get to on time. We had 14 people in our bridal party and the 14 person bus was a little snug but hey, we just got married and were celebrating so why not be close! We really enjoyed working with millennium and highly recommend them!

s within a 15 minute drive. Once in the limo, the limo was clean and spacious. Only negative was that the driver kept going to the incorrect location even when provided with the specific addresses or pick up and drop off points.

s safe and they worked well with our photographers. The only issue was the air conditioning controls in the back didn’t seem to be working properly. Outside of that everything was awesome!

other-in-law, since she paid for the limo and the rental was in her name, and she went out to check, but the limo was gone. They were supposed to stay at the church for the ceremony. She called and got them to put them on before we left the church to head for the park for photos. They were flying around the hood of the limo and when we got to the park she said they had to be removed because they were obstructing her view. I saw how they were fastened and offered to correctly secure them, since I paid so much money for the decor and she said no. She told us we had less than 20 minutes for photos, which was absurd. We had much more time with our rental than that. She took us to the reception hall and as soon as we got there she told us we needed to pay $60 for going 22 minutes over. I sent in my new sister-in-law to get my mother-in-law to settle things and told the limo driver someone would be right out. The limo driver made threats to storm into the reception hall of my new husband and I didn’t give her the $60 now. So, to prevent a scene we gave her a $50 bill and a $20 bill. She said she would be right back with the change, but instead she sped off. My mother-in-law paid in advance for the limo, in case we went 30 minutes over and a generous tip. We tried to call to clear things up, but they kept hanging up on us. We went into their room office and they told us that our photographer was late to the park and caused us to go over, which is a lie because our photographer was in the limo with us. She then told us how we all greeted and thanked her, and gave her a $70 tip for her outstanding service. She pocketed that money. She harassed us and manipulated us. She took advantage of us because my new husband’s family was Polish and had a thick accent. They are racist in my opinion. If you aren’t an all white American Family, don’t try to go here.

r limo driver and he was awesome and went above and beyond for us!! He was very professional and punctual. He rolled out a red carpet for us at the church when he picked us up, brought us a few water bottles while we were halfway through pictures (and had to climb up a hill to get to us) and was very flexible about where to drive (we ended up having time to kill so he did a few laps around the venue and even stopped at a gas station so people could get snacks and go to the bathroom). He assisted each person getting in and out of the limo. We were having issues with the USB connection to play music, so he pulled out an aux cord for us to use instead which worked. Highly recommend!!

ed the train of my dress so my bridesmaids could navigate the walk for pictures as they had longer dresses they might trip on. She was so kind and friendly and just a joy to work with. Everyone loved her. I definitely recommend Millennium Limo and ask for Stephanie when you book! She is the best!

own Detroit very well I’m busy areas and kept us on time! She helped out so much with my dress and helping everyone get out, holding stuff etc. she was so nice and complimentary everyone. Not sure if you’re able to recommend a driver but we can’t say enough about how great she was. So professional yet gave a really nice personal touch as well :)

-person party bus had plenty of space for our 12-person bridal party plus our photographer, and it showed up right on time to the church to pick us up. Our driver, Charise, was patient as we drove around Oakland University (with a fair amount of construction) to find good spots for photos. When my husband & I got stranded in one building due to a sudden rainstorm, she and our bridal party were able to navigate closer to that building so that we didn't have to run very far through the rain. She even lent us a blanket to protect the bride's hair and dress :) Thank you Charise and Millennium Limousine!

nd offered all the girls a hand to help us get on and off the bus!!! Bus was incredibly clean and looked brand new!!!! Bus was able to comfortably fit our entire bridal party of 14 ppl plus 2 videographers and photographers!!! We got a good deal on the bus and the people we worked with to show us the bus and to book were very friendly and helpful!!! I was very pleased with booking this bus for our wedding!!!! Highly recommend them!

een better! Not only did our driver (I think his name was Chuck) arrive early, but he was friendly and super accommodating. We made multiple stops around the city and each time he made an effort to help my bridesmaids and myself exit the bus. The bus itself was spacious, clean and modern. We had a rather large wedding party (18 people), and the employee we spoke with helped us select a party bus that would fit our friends comfortably. Initially, I was hesitant to go with the larger bus he suggested because it was a bit more expensive, but it was totally worth it. We had plenty of room and for the service we received, the price was very reasonable.

While the ceremony was going on he accepted delivery of our Jimmy Johns food which we’re grateful for because we needed it to hold us over until the reception which was at 6pm. Our driver took us to downtown Detroit for our pictures at Joe Louis Arena, the River Walk, and the Illuminated Mural and then generously took us to a Starbucks before our final destination of Villa Penna. There were 31 of us total (17 adults and 14 kids) and the Rockstar bus was the perfect accommodation and we had enough room for everyone. We were treated so well the whole day and we appreciated the stress-free service. Great times!

sine. From day 1 they were amazing. I called to increase our time because our reception time changed, and they were very flexible and accommodating. Our limo was driver was doug and he was extremely helpful and professional. Right when he picked us up to start the day, he told me that it was my day and he would do/get anything I may need. He even went to the store for us between our ceremony and reception to pick us up some drinks we forgot! We had an 18 person Escalade and it was definitely the nicest limo I have been in. My husbands only wedding request during our planning was to have an awesome limo. He has said multiple times how great the limo was and how helpful our driver doug was. Highly recommend this company!!
