We were fortunate to have Millennium Limousines drive us for our wedding. It was a very smooth reservation process and our driver Joe was awesome. This guy couldn't have been more cooperative and the nicest guy ever. Driving thru Detroit isn't exactly the easiest thing to do yet he got us to our spots smoothly and safely. I highly recommend this company!

I originally booked Millennium Limousines due to their large amount of 5 star reviews and their impressive fleet. When I first called to book, the person I was talking to made me feel like I was on crunch time (I booked in May for an October wedding), and that they had limited options and more expensive pricing for me. Because they still happened to have the Cadillac Escalade stretch that I wanted, I decided to book them as my vendor. As it got closer to the wedding day, they were the only ones out of all of my vendors to not contact me first about getting my final payment. After sending two emails with no response back, I decided to call to pay the remainder of my balance. They answered the phone and took my payment, but I noticed after a few days that I never actually saw the money leave my account - it looked like they never even ran my card. Three days before the wedding, they called telling me that they the Escalade was broken and they could not get replacement parts in time. The only replacement they offered me was a limo that seated 8 people, when I needed at least 11 seats. After calling around to many other limo companies, I was miraculously able to find something for our wedding day that would fit my whole wedding party. However, this whole process caused a lot of extra stress that I didn't need.

They arrived on time and were super friendly for our wedding day. We had a hard time connecting music, but the driver made sure we got it working when we made our first stop for the day

I have used Millennium Limo several times for events (weddings, proms, etc.) and am never disappointed. Accommodating, professional, and always on time (or early). Great company. Would absolutely book with them again.

Cannot say enough positive things about Millennium Limousines. They are friendly and respond to emails/calls quickly. My Limo arrived in beautiful condition and right on time. Charlene was awesome!! She texted us throughout the day so she could pull around and pick us up whenever we were ready. She was polite, friendly, and helpful. She was often helping me with my dress and veil. She even helped our groomsmen who is wheelchair bound get in and out of the limo and stored his wheelchair in the back for us. It was nice having the stress of transportation taken care of on my wedding day, Millennium Limousines did not disappoint! Highly recommend!

Our driver went so far as to decorate the bus for us on our wedding day. They were on time, and very professional. Thanks for making our wedding day easier!

The limo was clean and spacious. We were even able to bring champagne to drink in the limo after our ceremony on our way to take photos. Everyone was really nice and easy to work with.

Myron was our driver for the day and he couldn’t have been any more professional or nice! Our bridal party loved him and he made our transportation needs so easy! Such a great company from beginning to end and super easy to work with and very reliable!!

We booked millennium while at a bridal show, and we were not disappointed! Our driver was so knowledgeable, and helped us figure out good places to take pictures, was a champ while we sang every song as loud as we could, and arrived and got us where we needed to be all on time! Highly recommend!

Millennium limousines was easy to get in contact with, and our driver Tim was on time, pleasant, professional, and helpful with our party bus and throughout the route changes during our pictures and ceremony arrival.

I used there services for both my bachelorette and wedding day. It was very easy to set up times and payments with the company ...there prices were reasonable also. At the bachelorette the driver was very attentive. There was a leak on the bus and he literally laid his coat over it in attempt to make us all comfortable. Even with that mishap we had a good time. On my wedding day, the service was ok. I don't feel the driver was as attentive.

Millennium Limos were fantastic. We had the best driver who took such good care of us. They were also flexible when we needed to make adjustments to the size of the vehicle based on some changes on our end. Very reliable!!! Would definitely hire them again if I needed to coordinate transportation.

We loved our party bus for our big day. I went back and forth for several months on whether I wanted a party bus or not, but it was definitely worth it. The driver was great and got us every where we needed to get to on time. We had 14 people in our bridal party and the 14 person bus was a little snug but hey, we just got married and were celebrating so why not be close! We really enjoyed working with millennium and highly recommend them!

We booked Millennium for the transportation of us and our wedding party from our "getting ready" locations to our ceremony location and then to our reception location. All locations within a 15 minute drive. Once in the limo, the limo was clean and spacious. Only negative was that the driver kept going to the incorrect location even when provided with the specific addresses or pick up and drop off points.

We had an awesome time aboard our party bus for pre wedding photos throughout Detroit. The bus was clean and the driver was very friendly, professional and punctual. The driving was safe and they worked well with our photographers. The only issue was the air conditioning controls in the back didn’t seem to be working properly. Outside of that everything was awesome!

I hired them for my wedding. They were supposed to have my wedding decorations on the limo at our pickup location before taking us to the church, but they were not. I told my new mother-in-law, since she paid for the limo and the rental was in her name, and she went out to check, but the limo was gone. They were supposed to stay at the church for the ceremony. She called and got them to put them on before we left the church to head for the park for photos. They were flying around the hood of the limo and when we got to the park she said they had to be removed because they were obstructing her view. I saw how they were fastened and offered to correctly secure them, since I paid so much money for the decor and she said no. She told us we had less than 20 minutes for photos, which was absurd. We had much more time with our rental than that. She took us to the reception hall and as soon as we got there she told us we needed to pay $60 for going 22 minutes over. I sent in my new sister-in-law to get my mother-in-law to settle things and told the limo driver someone would be right out. The limo driver made threats to storm into the reception hall of my new husband and I didn’t give her the $60 now. So, to prevent a scene we gave her a $50 bill and a $20 bill. She said she would be right back with the change, but instead she sped off. My mother-in-law paid in advance for the limo, in case we went 30 minutes over and a generous tip. We tried to call to clear things up, but they kept hanging up on us. We went into their room office and they told us that our photographer was late to the park and caused us to go over, which is a lie because our photographer was in the limo with us. She then told us how we all greeted and thanked her, and gave her a $70 tip for her outstanding service. She pocketed that money. She harassed us and manipulated us. She took advantage of us because my new husband’s family was Polish and had a thick accent. They are racist in my opinion. If you aren’t an all white American Family, don’t try to go here.

We used millennium limo to transport our wedding party for our May wedding. I appreciated how flexible they were when we made a few late timing changes. The driver was on time and the quality/cleanliness of the limo bus "The Detroiter" was great. The driver was friendly and accomodating.

We decided to go with Millennium after taking a visit to their showroom and being impressed by their fleet. Joe recommended we go out and take a look at the vehicle no matter what company we ended up going with, and I am glad we did! Had a fantastic experience with Millennium Limousines for a recent bachelor party I organized. The driver was very helpful, kind and early! It was a no brainer to chose Millennium for our wedding. Definitely recommend for any occasion.

Such an amazing experience with Millennium Limo! Even from the informational phone call we had compared to the other limo companies, we could tell we liked them. We had Doug as our limo driver and he was awesome and went above and beyond for us!! He was very professional and punctual. He rolled out a red carpet for us at the church when he picked us up, brought us a few water bottles while we were halfway through pictures (and had to climb up a hill to get to us) and was very flexible about where to drive (we ended up having time to kill so he did a few laps around the venue and even stopped at a gas station so people could get snacks and go to the bathroom). He assisted each person getting in and out of the limo. We were having issues with the USB connection to play music, so he pulled out an aux cord for us to use instead which worked. Highly recommend!!

She carried the train of my dress so my bridesmaids could navigate the walk for pictures as they had longer dresses they might trip on. She was so kind and friendly and just a joy to work with. Our driver Katrina was amazing! She really went above and beyond. She was in constant communication from a few hours before our booking until the very end. She got us around downtown Detroit very well I’m busy areas and kept us on time! She helped out so much with my dress and helping everyone get out, holding stuff etc. she was so nice and complimentary everyone. Not sure if you’re able to recommend a driver but we can’t say enough about how great she was. So professional yet gave a really nice personal touch as well :)

We shopped around to compare transportation pricing that would fit our needs and budget, and we feel that we got excellent quality and service for the price with Millennium. Our 20-person party bus had plenty of space for our 12-person bridal party plus our photographer, and it showed up right on time to the church to pick us up. Our driver, Charise, was patient as we drove around Oakland University (with a fair amount of construction) to find good spots for photos. When my husband & I got stranded in one building due to a sudden rainstorm, she and our bridal party were able to navigate closer to that building so that we didn't have to run very far through the rain. She even lent us a blanket to protect the bride's hair and dress :) Thank you Charise and Millennium Limousine!

We had the Cadillac Escalade limo for our wedding. It was very affordable and our driver Bob was so kind and awesome! He went with the flow when things did not go as planned and he was a great driver. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to go with Millennium Limo Service.

Our driver was super friendly and professional!!! The roads were pretty snow covered and slippery on the morning of our wedding and he handled them like a pro!!! Was very curious and offered all the girls a hand to help us get on and off the bus!!! Bus was incredibly clean and looked brand new!!!! Bus was able to comfortably fit our entire bridal party of 14 ppl plus 2 videographers and photographers!!! We got a good deal on the bus and the people we worked with to show us the bus and to book were very friendly and helpful!!! I was very pleased with booking this bus for our wedding!!!! If you’re looking to rent a party bus, look no further! My husband and I rented a party bus for our Detroit wedding and our experience with Millennium Limousines could not have been better! Not only did our driver (I think his name was Chuck) arrive early, but he was friendly and super accommodating. We made multiple stops around the city and each time he made an effort to help my bridesmaids and myself exit the bus. The bus itself was spacious, clean and modern. We had a rather large wedding party (18 people), and the employee we spoke with helped us select a party bus that would fit our friends comfortably. Initially, I was hesitant to go with the larger bus he suggested because it was a bit more expensive, but it was totally worth it. We had plenty of room and for the service we received, the price was very reasonable.

We had such a fun and eventful time on the party bus on our wedding day (July 2016)! Our driver Carl picked up the men/boys and women/girls each separately and brought us to the church on time before the 1pm ceremony. While the ceremony was going on he accepted delivery of our Jimmy Johns food which we’re grateful for because we needed it to hold us over until the reception which was at 6pm. Our driver took us to downtown Detroit for our pictures at Joe Louis Arena, the River Walk, and the Illuminated Mural and then generously took us to a Starbucks before our final destination of Villa Penna. There were 31 of us total (17 adults and 14 kids) and the Rockstar bus was the perfect accommodation and we had enough room for everyone. We were treated so well the whole day and we appreciated the stress-free service. Great times!

We could not have asked for a better limo experience for our wedding. I have had horrible limo experiences in the past so definitely did my homework before booking millennium limousine. From day 1 they were amazing. I called to increase our time because our reception time changed, and they were very flexible and accommodating. Our limo was driver was doug and he was extremely helpful and professional. Right when he picked us up to start the day, he told me that it was my day and he would do/get anything I may need. He even went to the store for us between our ceremony and reception to pick us up some drinks we forgot! We had an 18 person Escalade and it was definitely the nicest limo I have been in. My husbands only wedding request during our planning was to have an awesome limo. He has said multiple times how great the limo was and how helpful our driver doug was. We decided to reserve a Limo for the entire day to help us transport everyone around between hair and makeup and then between the girls and the guys. Doug was our driver and he walked up to the door first thing in the morning and said your day is going to be perfect. He was instantly there to help us in our day by helping us carrying things in and out of the limo and being a gentleman and ensuring we had an umbrella over us when it was raining. He was professional and fun and was there for us the entire day. We also had a beautiful Escalade limo that was almost brand new, clean and elegant. I would definitely recommend Millennium Limo to anyone in the market.

Millennium is AMAZING!! Our driver was Mike and he was outstanding. Car was clean and drove well. After the ceremony he even decorated the car saying "Just Married", had a red carpet and pink bows. Mike also had safety pins in his car when I had an issue with my dress as well as a towel for me to clean my veil when I got some mud in it by accident. Thank you, Mike and Millennium!! You were one of the best highlights of my day. You guys ROCK!! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Our wedding logistics were quite simple, but dealing with Millenium Limousine was nonetheless painless and straightforward. They offered a great value for a party bus for three hours. The driver was accommodating and made sure to ask if we needed anything, needed to make any stops, etc. Great choice for our transportation and would highly recommend.

I was a little worried about Millenium limo after reading a few reviews, but I went with my gut feeling after talking to Devan there. He assured me that everything was going to go perfect, and perfect it did! The bus driver was amazing and got us everywhere on time, our night limo driver was so amazing and patient for after the reception transportation! I would highly recommend this company! I had heard a lot of horror stories about limo rentals and wanted to make sure we found a quality company. After a lot of searching I found Millennium Limousines and was really happy with the quality of the party bus and the service. Our driver was extremely professional as well as fun. He helped coordinate things with our photographers and videographers as we traveled between locations and did a great job of making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We had a larger 24-person party bus which worked out extremely well. It was very clean and was a lot of fun to ride around in. I would definitely recommend this company!

This company is trustworthy and accommodating. The limo driver was extremely kind! He even asked my permission when my bridal party wanted to go for a beer run while my groom and I were taking pictures. I thought that was very professional and respectful. They were on time and even helped drive us longer than we had requested. I would definitely use them again!

Both the limo and large bus we rented were very nice inside and outside. I would recommend this company to anyone but it is more expensive but you get what you pay for.

We booked Millennium earlier for our wedding due to their reputation as one of the best. They did not disappoint. They showed up on time, dressed nice, and catered to our needs on the wedding day. Their limo's were one of the best quality from ones we looked at in town and we liked they allow you to see what limo and party bus you would actually get from their lot in-person. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I used this company. They were great from the beginning. They showed the party bus we would be using. They answered all of my questions. The driver was so courteous. He was on time and made sure the wedding party had a great time on the party bus. He made me feel like a princess getting into and out of her carriage.

Overpriced. We didn't get the time frame we booked for our wedding. The value just wasn't there for the price we paid. The driver was good but that was about it.

We used the Bentley party bus for our wedding. Our driver was very polite and respectful. They were on time and everything was very clean and nice. I would use them again in the future.

DO NOT use this company. They only care about money. Since they have an automatic 20% gratuity worked in the price, they don't care about the service they give. The first thing the driver said to me was, "Congratulations, now you still have a balance. Do you have that for me right now?" The driver wouldn't even help us connect our ipod to play the music. I give this company no stars.

All these limos are in great shape and well taken care of. The sales department was wonderful. Our driver went the wrong way a few times, but we did make it to the reception on time.

I have heard horror stores about transportation no showing up or arriving late. That was not the case for us. The party bus we had arrived on time was got us to every location without any problems. The bus was clean, spacious, and the driver was great. She was flexible when we ran late getting ready and even helped me on the bus to make sure I was situated with my dress and veil. When we got to the church there were already guests there and we didn't want them to see me the bride so she kindly had them step inside so I could sneak in. Overall great experience:)

This limo service was great! They were helpful, timely, and got us to everywhere we needed to go without a hitch the day of the wedding. They even upgraded us to a limo SUV for free when we only paid for the town car. They are wonderful!

Our experience with Millenium Limo was perfect! Every bride is scared that the either the wrong limo is sent or that the limo does not show up on time. From the moment we booked with Millennium Limo, we had a great experience. They matched the pricing to our references and were able to work with us on extending the hours. Our driver was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable of the area and very prompt! The entire bridal party had a great experience.

Millennium Limo's was affordable and excellent choice for my wedding. The morning of the wedding a received a call from Millennium and was informed that there had been a small cosmetic issue with the Lincoln stretch limo I have reserved so they upgraded me to a stretch Excursion! What a delightful surprise! The gentleman who drove or limo was so helpful! He even placed booster seats in the vehicle so that the younger guests were able to enjoy their first limo ride. It had rained the day before my wedding and by the time we got to the ceremony/ reception venue there was some dirt on the step down out of the limo and this wonderful limo driver actually took the jacket off of his back and placed it down for me on the step to step down on! What a great experience! Thank you Millennium Limo for being everything I wanted and more! I would recommend Millennium to everyone and anyone who is in the market for a limo and or party bus for any event!

Greg, the owner, does not know how professionally conduct a business. I am a professional in the hospitality industry dealing mostly with the social market - weddings, anniversaries, many social events, so I am very familiar with vendors in the metro Detroit area. I chose Limo Giant for my wedding because of reviews and referrals from clients and friends. Upon my first visit to their showroom, I inquired about what areas they service and was told they service the are of where my wedding ceremony and reception were taking place. After 2 more visits to the warehouse, each time reassuring they serviced the area I requested, I finally signed my agreement and put my deposit down. Four days prior to my wedding, I contacted them with questions regarding the balance due, and I also wanted to provide my itinerary. When I was asked the address of the ceremony site, they told me there was a problem and they don't service the area! Naturally I freaked out! The owner thought he was doing me a favor by telling me they could still provide service to me if I paid an additional $50 for gas money!!! I was completely appalled. I told him I was aware of the deals and giveaways they offer at bridal shows. He claimed they never give a free limo. The funny thing is, the person that referred me to Limo Giant was getting a free limo from them for their wedding! After a 20 minute argument between myself and the owner, he told me he can't even talk to me anymore and that he would call me back the next day!?! Of course, he did not call me the next day. I called 2 days later to confirm whether or not I was going to be stranded on my wedding day, and the employee that had assisted me told me that I was all set. Overall, I should rate Limo Giant a 1, but I thank the heavens they actually came through.

We used Millennium Limousines because they offered us the best price by far. I had gone into their showroom to see the limo we would get for the wedding, which they gladly showed me. It was a beautiful white Lincoln strech limo (and nearly brand new). They wedding party loved it. Millennium gave us the "red carpet treatment" -they litterally had a red carpet from the church to the limo for us to walk on and then the limo was stocked with champagne (which actually tasted good) and champagne flutes. We had a great time and the driver was really friendly.

Jacqui from Millennium Limousine was the driver not only for my bachelorette party but also for our July 2012 wedding. From the beginning Millennium Limousine was easy to work with and reliable. Jacqui was awesome for both events. She was very personable, treated my friends and wedding party with respect and seemed generally happy to be our driver. Both of the limos we had were impeccable and had great sound systems. I would highly recommend the company and Jacqui to anyone looking for a limo or party bus.

I was very nervous about renting a limo for my big day. The reviews online for all limo places seemed horrible and you always hear the stories about limo drivers being late. However, my experience was VERY different. We ordered two limos, while one arrived about 10 minutes late, everything still ran pretty smoothly. My limo driver was great! She held my dress, made me feel comfortable, and even made sure my groom would not see me prematurely. If all of Millennium Limousines drivers are at that level, this part of your day would go great.

Millennium Limousines was excellent! We had the "Bentley Bus" and it was awesome! They provided water, ice and champagne! The bus was spacious and cold! With the weather being so hot it was great to be able to cool down. They were super professional and helpful. I was very happy with the service and I highly recommend them!

I really liked the limo, but the service wasn't very good. The limo driver seemed angry the whole time. He also made us feel rushed. He interrupted my wedding pictures to inform me of the time and that we had to be heading to the reception hall within 30 minutes. I was keeping track of the time and had no intentions of going over our time. I think he could have been a little nicer, but we didn't let it ruin our fun. The inside of the limo was beautiful and fun, and they did provide champagne for us all.

We were referred to Millennium by our DJ/Photography vendor (Mike Staff). We saved $200 with that referral! The limo was great, the driver fun and fantastic! Only downside that suprised me was the lack of knowledge of the area, where the church was, major streets, etc. But it was still a great time and the driver couldn't have been better!

The escalade limo that we got was nice inside but the air conditioner did not work.

I spoke to several different companies in the detroit area. The cutomer service, and rate was the best for the size limo we were requesting. My husband is a big car guy and really wanted something unique, crazy looking, and fun....Millennium Limousines was the company that stood out the most. They had the best looking limos and a great variety to choose from. We went with the F350 stretch Harley Davidson Limo. They told me that the limo states that it holds 21 passengers, but that he would go over 16 passengers. I am So Thankful for his recommendation because we had 17 passengers in it, and it was a tight squeeze. Doug was the BEST Driver I've EVER HAD!!! Our ceremony was in Ann Arbor (on a UofM game day), and reception was in livonia.Our schedule was extremely tight, allowing for no getting lost or traffic backups. Doug has been in the business for over 20+ years, and was Extremely Helpful...he went out of his way &called the Ann Arbor police to ensure that streets were open by the Law Quad so that we could take pics after the ceremony. He got out a red carpet everytime we stepped out of the limo, and loned us his ipod cable. He also offered to go to the store &get mascara or any other items I may need last minute. If you want Great Service, Outstanding Limos, &Know that you can rely on your Limo....Go With Millennium Limousines!!=)

We used LimoGiant (aka - Millenium Limo) for our fall 2011 wedding. Although they were more expensive than most other limo companies, we had heard such horror stories about the other companies that it was important to spend the extra money. We couldn't have been more pleased with the servie and the limo. They were on time, with the party bus we ordered, had chilled champagne for everyone and the driver was very professional. The party bus was clean and looked brand new! We also used them for DH bachelor party - all the guys loved the huge party bus and Millenium did a great job for them.

Limo Giant is definitely one of the best limo companies out there. We got a party bus due to the size and heights of our wedding party and it was perfect. We had so much room to move around and it was nicely air conditioned and comfortable. The driver was very professional and he was right on time. They are very flexible as well. We paid the final balance when the driver picked us up. If that isn't confidence I don't know what is.

They people I talked to on the phone were easy to work around my crazy wedding day schedule...but I don't think they told the driver exactly what was going on...but they still did a fine job and were there when we needed them...and even brought us Champagne on the ride to the hotel after the wedding.

I just can't say enough for the fabulous service we received with Millennium. We just got married this June and part of our wedding day was a little rainy. Devon went out of his way to make sure my dress didn't drag in the mud and water and that everyone in the limo was covered with an umbrella when they exited the limo. Devon even delivered some flowers that got left behind to our reception site while we were at our ceremony. We used Millennium for some pre-wedding celebrations and they were always on time and very professional.

They called ahead of time to verify that they had all the important details correct. They arrived promptly to pick up my husband and groomsmen from our hotel. The limo was clean and well stocked for our 6 hour rental. The limo driver even backed around the center drive at Meadowbrook when he realized that my husband was going to see me walking in prior to the ceremony. We weren't supposed to be introduced until 20 minutes after our rental time was up, and our driver still offered to let us sit in the car as long as we needed prior to going into the reception. A very pleasant experience, especially considering the horror stories I see on theknot.com!

Our limo driver was very nice and polite. He was new and you could tell because he seemed a little unsure of himself, but he did a great job. He arrived at my house 20 minutes early and got us to the church on time. I did not get his name, but he is from Flint. The red carpet service and the complimentary champagne and water in the limo was great. The weekend before my husband used the same company for his bachelor party. She too arrived early/on time and did a great job. They had ordered a Lincoln, but they had an expedition available so they got a free upgrade. I was a little dissapointed we didn't get a free upgrade for the wedding, but our Lincoln was awesome :)

From my first call to Millenium I was impressed by the superb customer service. On the day of our wedding, I was pleasantly surprised to see that our luxury coach had been upgraded to a much bigger vehicle at no additional charge to us. Our driver was amazing - he helped load our personal belongings into the bus, made sure that we were comfortable at all times, and was hilarious! I will use Millenium in the future anytime I have a need for a limo or party bus!
