Kathy and the Millenium team are great! She and two musicians beautifully provided the music for our outdoor ceremony at LionRock Farm. Kathy was happy to learn a few custom (and somewhat unorthodox) songs for our ceremony, and her team did a fantastic job. She is very easy to work with and communicative, and we found Millenium’s pricing to be extremely competitive. Nothing but great things to say - we highly recommend Millenium Music!

Kathy was wonderful and so easy to work with! She was so friendly and helpful on our initial call, and the samples and example lists she sent later were so helpful. Her and her group were very professional on my wedding day, I only wish I had been able to stay the whole cocktail hour to listen to them play!

The pianist who showed up for our wedding was unprepared and played poorly. I come from a family of musicians and it was embarrassing how many repeated mistakes were made as my wedding party and myself walked down the aisle. As one of my family members, a lifelong professional musician and Juilliard grad, put it: "In my opinion, it wasn’t like he was nervous or maybe lacked expression or musicality. He was not prepared. The music was standard, straightforward and technically simple yet there were many wrong notes. While I’m not one to throw a musician under the bus, I can’t help but think about the 20 other pianists who don’t have the connections and are struggling, would appreciate the work and would do their best for someone’s wedding." To Kathy's credit, she apologized and refunded our final payment when I reached out about what happened. But I would like to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Kathy was a preferred vendor at our wedding venue, so we knew she would be a great choice. Upon our initial phone call, the process was smooth and easy. We loved her sample music on the website. She can even suggest music pieces based on your preferences. We hired a trio (violin/violin/cello) to play at our outdoor wedding ceremony and into cocktail hour. As music lovers ourselves, we cared a lot about making the right choice. We were blown away by the trio. Our outdoor wedding ceremony took place on an expansive lawn and without any microphone system hooked, but the music filled up the entire ceremony area. We were also impressed by the overall tonal quality, which sounded as rich and full as a string quartet. We are so glad we chose Millennium Music. They are truly professionals with many years of experience. You will not be disappointed.

Kathy was amazing! Everyone was talking about how wonderful the music was during the ceremony and cocktail hour. She was super helpful throughout the planning process, sending lists of songs previously played and accommodating to requests. Her lists were very long and thorough and in the end there was only one request we made!

Kathy was very accommodating! We hired music for 1.5 hours (30 minutes prior to our ceremony as guests were arriving, during the ceremony and 30 minutes after for first portion of cocktail hour). We initially chose a solo violinist and pretty last minute decided to add a keyboard. She was transparent throughout and able to play all of the songs we requested. Highly recommend!

Kathy was fantastic to work with from start to finish!! We used them before and during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Large selection of music and she offered greatly appreciated suggestions on music choices. So friendly and accommodating, as well as easy to get in touch with and make changes as needed. Everything was perfect, many compliments from our guests. Definitely recommend!!

Kathy (owner and musician) and the other three members of the string quartet were absolutely fantastic at our wedding! They played beautifully and were the perfect touch for the ceremony. Kathy was wonderful to work with and was very encouraging throughout the planning process. She is kind, flexible, and very responsive to questions and adjustments. The sample CDs and online samples were very helpful when we were choosing the songs for the quartet to play. Kathy also provided many sample playlists of songs to choose from. We hears from many guests that it was the best strings performance they had ever heard. Thank you to Kathy and the musicians for helping to make our wedding so lovely.

Kathy was a pleasure to work with from booking to the day of the wedding she was very responsive and willing to listen to any ideas we had and offered suggestions. She also offered suggestions for where and if we should play music throughout the ceremony as well. We booked a solo flute and solo violinist for our wedding ceremony and they were great! I didn't hear much of the music before the ceremony, but the music I did hear when coming down the aisle and exiting sounded amazing. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to book Millennium Music! Thank you again!

We hired Millennium Music to play before, during and after our ceremony. Kathy was very kind and so easy to get in touch with. Of course, the music was beyond perfect! Kathy has such a long list of music to choose from. We chose a diverse selection of music, from classical to pop, and each song was such a pleasure to listen to. Thank you so much, Kathy!

We loved working with Millennium Music for our wedding ceremony music! We worked with a trio and selected mostly classical pieces, with a few pieces of pop music. The musicians were very talented and created such a special and elegant feel to our ceremony. Kathy was a pleasure to work with throughout in picking out the songs, selecting the right timeline, and thinking through all the details. We couldn't have been happier.

We could not have been happier with our experience with Millennium Music for our May 2017 wedding!!! Live music was something I had always dreamed of for my ceremony, but I thought it was a luxury I couldn't afford. Luckily, that's where Kathy came in! I had emailed her inquiring about pricing, and she really knows her stuff. We discussed different options and ultimately decided on a piano soloist. I sent over my song wish-list ahead of time, and Kathy confirmed the pianist was familiar with all the songs. David Bradley, the pianist, was just wonderful. All the songs I selected were modern, popular songs and he did a beautiful job arranging and adapting them for the piano. I walked down the aisle to his interpretation of "All of Me" by John Legend, and it is a moment I will never forget! I highly recommend Millennium Music and would work with them again in a heartbeat!

We booked Millennium Music about 4 months before our wedding and boy, am I glad we did!!! They totally added that elegant, unique touch we were looking for!! Kathy was fantastic to work with- offering several suggestions and advice. Her team is very professional and the music was BEAUTIFUL! Some is even used in our wedding video and I just love listening to them over and over. You will not be disappointed if you book!!

We wanted to thank you for being part of our happily ever after. Millennium Music played as a trio for our wedding ceremony . Living in NY, and getting married in CT we didn't have an opportunity to meet Kathy in person until our wedding day. We communicated by email and phone for our entire process. Kathy made it seamless. She sent us CD's of music and we made our selections from there. Many thanks for playing such gorgeous music for us on our wedding day. It added such a romantic feel to our Sunday evening ceremony. We received so many compliments from our guests. Truly wonderful to work with .

Millennium Music provided a string duo for my ceremony and cocktail hour. Kathy is so easy to work with! She sent a demo CD, and I knew right away they were the musicians for me. They sounded fantastic. Throughout the whole planning process, Kathy was a pleasure to work with. She made it so easy! They arrived exactly when they said they would and sounded so lovely. It really was a nice touch for my wedding. I was so happy I chose Millennium Music and would recommend them to anyone.

I have to say, Millennium Music added a touch of elegance to my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. I received lots of compliments from my guests on the trios performance. They arrived and started promptly. They were also very professional and sounded absolutely amazing! I am personally grateful for the CDs and the lists of music that I have received. I also met with Kathy a week before the wedding. She was very nice, upbeat, and very knowledgeable. After meeting with Kathy, I had a better understanding on classical music and on how to make my music selections. Millennium Music delivered a classic performance.... I am very please.

Millennium Music played as a trio (Cello, Violin & Flute) for our wedding ceremony & the music was absolutely beautiful!! It was such a special part of the ceremony & was one of our best vendor decisions. Our guests raved about the beautiful music which was so pretty but unobtrusive. The perfect elegant touch! Where do I begin!? I am so happy we decided to have Millennium Music play at the ceremony for our daughter's wedding! They provided us with the most beautiful sound and romantic atmosphere any bride could ever hope for. Their professionalism and technique was beyond our expectations! Kathy was wonderful to work with and made our decision to have the Quartet an easy one! ...We are still getting compliments from our guests today and the wedding was 2 months ago! She made the whole process easy and fun with her wonderful recommendations and vast knowledge of all styles of music. She was familiar with our venue and everything was wonderful. Kathy provided a great welcome package CD and listing of songs, this helped me choose what package (duet, trio, quartet etc) to choose. She provided me with the list of "normal songs" for weddings as well as a few lists of songs she had recently played for other brides. She was very quick to respond to my requests and helped me choose the right music for my wedding. The team was very professional and ran without guidance. They were on time and set up ready to go. No supervision needed. Thanks for making my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour perfect!!

Kathy was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. She was so willing to make our day very special, sharing her thoughts in a positive, warm, intelligent, and concise manner. I felt instantly comfortable with her. The music of the trio was fantastic. Many guests commented how nice it was to have a live trio and how much their excellent music added to the event.

My wife and I used Millennium Music for my son's wedding. This event was possibly the most elegant and treasured moment that parents will experience short of the birth of a new baby. Millennium Music provided a truly memorable experience with beautiful music. We never had to worry about this vendor in terms of being on time, overly obtrusive, or inappropriate in any way. They were a pleasure to work with and delivered a performance which will forever be remembered. I would not hesitate to recommend this vendor and will consider using them in the future.

Millennium Music made our special day unforgettable! Very talented and professional. They picked songs to fit our musical taste and were even able to happily change the bridal song less than 24 hours beforehand (upon my request). Kathy was easy to work with, accommodating and quick to answer emails and phone calls. We highly recommend their services!

We were excited to work with Kathy after meeting with her a few weeks before the wedding. She was very energetic and excited about playing our selection of songs. A few days before the wedding, she emailed to say she couldn't make it and was sending someone else in her place. While this was very unprofessional, we weren't too concerned. The music was great (we had a violin and cello play). I was just disappointed that Kathy bailed on us so soon before our wedding.

We had millennium music do our wedding ceremony. Kathy was so helpful in planning out the music for the ceremony. She gave us lots of suggestions and provided us with a worksheet to help us decide what music to play. They arrived early to set up and they sounded wonderful! It added a special touch to our ceremony that everyone will remember.

We are so happy that we went with Kathy at Millennium Music to play at our wedding on Saturday, May 19, 2012!! We selected the duo cello and violin packaged for our ceremony and cocktail hour music. They are truly talented musicians! What I liked the most was the wide range of songs that they could play. They could play everything from traditional wedding songs, to Coldplay, to Elton John. It was great! I also am not really familiar with popular ceremony songs. Kathy provided a CD of songs where she was playing. It truly helped to give you a good idea of what you wanted played during your ceremony if you were unsure. I would highly highly recommend Millennium Music out of Avon, CT, if you are a CT bride to be!

This review is long overdue! Kathy and Co. at Millenium Music were the perfect touch to our wedding ceremony back in May at the Webb Barn. While clouds were threatening overhead, they continued to play the most beautiful versions of Clocks and Hallelujah we had ever heard even with the threat of rain... and boy did it rain! We cannot thank you enough, Kathy, for being such an important and wonderful part of our very special day!!

Kathy of Millennium Music is a sweetheart and I very much enjoyed meeting with her to discuss our wedding ceremony music. We had a traditional Catholic ceremony in a church. I very much enjoy classical music and Kathy was super helpful in organizing the music ceremony details. She had great suggestions and even provided a string quartet for my wedding since she knew how much my husband and I would enjoy it (we originally opted for a 3 piece). All of our guests very much enjoyed the classic melodies being performed during their entry to the church and during the ceremony. Excellent!

We had a fantastic experience working with Millennium Music. Kathy was very easy to work with and organized. We used the trio for our ceremony music and it was one of the best decisions we made. We received so many compliments about how beautiful the music was and they were spot on with timing throughout the entire ceremony- just perfect! I can't say enough wonderful things about the group. My husband and I agreed this was one of the best vendors we hired for the wedding! The music was phenomenal and the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. She sent us a sample CD as well as religious guidelines so we could choose the tracks for our ceremony. She even worked with our vocalist to coordinate parts of the mass. This group played absolutely beautiful and made the ceremony unforgettable!

I was immediately impressed with Millenium Music. We contacted Kathy Schiano, of Millenium Music, when we were researching string groups. With a quick turn around, Kathy sent us a sample CD with 40 something songs and insisted that we set up a meeting to discuss the music for our ceremony. At this meeting, Kathy brought endless energy and provided many musical resources for the ceremony as well as for our cocktail hour. She was flexible and responsive to our questions and our musical needs. The day of the wedding, the string trio played eloquently and really added a nice finishing touch to the ceremony and cocktail hour. Kathy Schiano was one of the most responsive vendors we worked with and her experience and diverse musical talents really added a lot to our special day. I highly recommend Millenium Music for any of your musical needs!
